As always,
I always get above and beyond when I need help with anything on my website. Today Chris help me with some thing that I was stuck with and unable to do myself, without his help my website wouldn't be nearly doing as well as it is now I really appreciate all the support that I get from these guys! II's always a pleasure and very seldom do I ever get anybody saying no when I get some thing outside of the norm.

This is a great place to start working on Wordpress, Wordpress can be very daunting, especially if you plan to setup more than a website.

WPMU has a great set of plugins that enable ideas, helps manage and reduce confusion. They have a great community, blogs and tutorials.

If you looking to save tons of money from going up in smoke, wpmu and it's great set of products will definitely get you started ok that path.

I highly recommend WPMU, a must have for any Wordpress freelancer. If you don't have this you don't have superpowers.

I have a small business and maintain my own website. And sometimes I do things I really shouldn't do -- because I'm not sure what I'm doing. Which is what happened today. I was trying something new and my whole site got messed up. BUT... I have WPMU DEV. So I immediately went to the live chat and Nahid was there right away. He calmly walked me through what to do so that within a few minutes my nightmare was over and I was back in business. Thank you, Nahid and WPMU DEV!

We had an issue with one of our plugins and we had a support person available instantly! We got the issue resolved within minutes. It turned out to be a caching issue, not even a plugin issue.

I'm using their paid plugins plan and their support team was able to help get a client site up to an A rating on GTMetrix using their plugins Smush and Hummingbird and they they go the extra mile to help with complex problems, depending on which rep you get. Hummingbird plugin can also break your site easily so be careful when configuring and make sure you have backups. Many of their products work best on their own hosting, when trying Snapshots or Hummingbird on sites on other hosts, I ran into a lot of issues they could not fix. That said, their hosting speeds are great for the price and they allow multisite installs on base plan and have extra expertise there.

I have to tell you the truth: I'm a wordpress poweruser. I'm using wordpress on every of my sites and most of my customers sites too. So it didn't take long to get in touch with wpmudev. Almost on every project which I have realized I'm using minimum one or two plugins to extend my site functionality. A must have two every responsible webmaster.

Was using WP Engine before these guys. Finally switched because I realized I could cut my hosting costs in half and receive twice as many benefits. Plus, their tech support team is phenomenal.

I started with the plugin set service, then mooved to their hosting service. In both scenarios, any time I need help, even on a hurry I get fast, reliable and great and personal support. They go far away than other hosting providers, helping with questions which actually are closed with a "we cannot help you on this, good look googling"

I'm kind of new to WPMUDEV, I started using their plugins and was impressed with their service on a pretty cheap product, so I've upgraded to their hosting and so far I'm VERY impressed. I haven't had any problems with the hosting yet, and I've been with WMPU Dev for more than 2 years. The only problems that have happened have been because of 3rd party plugins and files, and because of my own doing, haha. And the support have managed to fix all of them for me in no time. I definitely recommend them!
