WPMU DEV

Love these guys and gals. I'm pretty tech savvy, especially with Wordpress, but whenever I run into a problem with my sites they are always there to help. I'm never bounced around from one support agent to the next, the person I talk to fixes my problems right away or troubleshoots absolutely everything in order for my site to work better than it previously did.

I had a problem transferring a site, they helped me in less than 5 minutes.

I had a problem where my theme was conflicting with Smush Pro, they fixed it right away.

I had a problem with a plugin, one they don't own, and they fixed it for me even though it wasn't theirs lol:)

I'm glad I took a chance on their plugins and services. I'll be a member for a while :)

We've been trying to find a solution for our website we're building and WPMU DEV seemed to have the tools we were looking for, but I couldn't be sure until I tried them. Unfortunately, they didn't have free versions of their plugins, so we had to purchase a subscription in order to get access to the plugin. I get it, but it's much easier to test before having to cough up the cash.

Unfortunately, what they had didn't fit our needs and my research got cut short. We had to go with another option. HOWEVER, the guys at WPMU DEV were very accommodating in cancelling our subscription with no questions asked.

WPMUDev is a source of not only some of the greatest WordPress plugins - including those for Multisite - available, but also a terrific support system and community.

My experience with support and even their billing office has always been positive (and fast),.

I'm excited that in a new network site I'm developing for a non profit with frequently changing personnel, I am able to include their extensive library of training videos in a private documentation resource.

For any developer serious about WordPress, WPMU Dev is a worthwhile investment for your tool kit.

I don't even know where to start with WPMUDEV.

1. The products are awesome, all plugins are designed to save me time, increase the website performance/security/and ease of use. They work exactly the way they are designed and are fully customizable and the support staff is always there to help

2. The $30 in free hosting credits a month are great, the servers are very high-performance, fast and very easy to manage for both me and the customers allowing us to give them access without the fear of them breaking something.

3. Last, but perhaps the most important is the support staff. They are AWESOME. Prathamesh & Subash helped me out big time on a custom request for Forminator. It was something that I didn't know that was possible but both of them dug in and made it work! Could not be happier.

We are new to the WPMUDEV environment, but it has to be said that their solution and support is great! The WPMUDEV dashboard is really easy to use and also quite powerful too. Discovered WPMU DEV while looking for support with my first steps in WordPress Multisite. The membership of WPMU DEV offers huge value for your money. I have to admit, so far I only used their plugins. They have loads of them. The plugins for Multisite work like a dream. For me it made my start as a multisite user so much easier and better,
I also tried the 7 themes of WPMU DEV and their Theme builder. So far handling them is too difficult for me. Have to put more time in that, but that will come later on.
Finally, the support of WPNU DEV is excellent. Only negative side, it took some time. But the ability of the support contributor to explain everything and his tone of voice was excellent.
