This used to be a good company to do business with 14 years ago.
Bought a watch got it shipped to me Tried again took my money No Watch. No way to contact the company. No answer on phone call or emails. Contacting credit card to attempt to get a refund. Do not use this company

Needed a watch to replace my Timex Explorer and the G-Shock does not disappoint. A lot of good features on the S series without going too overboard.

I bought it a month ago, since Sept. 2020... till now I did not receive anything. Contacted them... With no answer.
Called them... With no answer.

This is my 5th watch from World of Watches. Every one has been spot on and delivered as promised. I could not be more pleased. I always feel that I am getting the watch I want and the value for my money.

Returned a watch, never got refund. Would not communicate with me. Disputed the charge with my credit card company and got credit from credit card company but never got refund. THEY GOT TO KEEP MY MONEY AND THE WATCH! BUYER BEWARE!

In order to return an item you have to call a "customer service" phone number. I suggest you call it prior to ordering anything from them. It will either hang up on you immediately or music will come on and you'll sit there listening to music without anyone ever answering. That's the type of customer NO service you will receive if you have to return anything. I would not recommend buying anything from them!

I ordered a 46mm watch and the company sent me a tiny model that is no use to me. They ignored my requests to return the product which forced me to file a complaint with the credit card company. Avoid them!

World of Watches is an excellent choice to buy! I love it! Fast, convenient and great prices. Excellent offers and easy shopping cart.

My purchase experience with WOW was great. The product, a Citizen Promaster Ti Diver is proving to be a bit of a problem, it is losing approx. 5 seconds every 24 hours. I'll track it over several weeks & see if it adjusts. If not I will have to seek warranty service & we'll see how that works.
