Do not buy from these people. You order and NEVER receive your order. They have disconnected phone numbers on their site. It is impossible to gets hold of a person when you finally get to a number that is never answered but does allow you to leave a voicemail. Total ripoff. Stay away from this company.
I bought next level v neck Tees, 2 black and 3 white. They were all the same style number and blend. The white tees fit at least a whole size bigger than the black tees. The tags all read the same size. A little disappointed.
I recently ordered a few sweatshirts and I was pleasantly surprised with how quick the delivery was. The quality of the sweaters are amazing as well. I was missing a couple items from my order because it was a back order. I got immediate help from Charlie who was extremely understanding, helpful, friendly and quick with his responses. I got everything sorted out very quickly! Based on the amazing costumer service and quality of items I would definitely buy from Wordans again!
I ordered 40 shirts on Wordans to produce shirts for a customer. It has been 8 days and I still have not received the shirts. I have a customer waiting. This is unacceptable. I have emailed to no response and there is no customer service number to call.
So nice to order and get great service from a company these days. Ross has been sooo helpful! The products are exactly what I expected. But the service has been wonderful!

I had never heard of the company but it came up on a google search and I was so glad to find it. I will absolutely be using the company again. I received the products quickly and as expected and the one item that wasn't available was quickly addressed by Alejandro. Great work!
I had an order that had one I correct item and one damaged item. Charlie from Customer Service was quick to respond and resolved the issue quickly and provided me with an update. Very happy with the service.
10 out of my 40 sweaters where the wrong colour.And as annoying that is, lets be honest, $#*! happens. Very Happy with Customer Service. Alejandro was super helpful, friendly and funny. Thank you for quickly fixing it. I have ordered all ready again.
Not only did my 12 item order come in 2 days but, when there was a slight mixup with products I emailed *******@wordans.ca and employee Alejandro was amazing. He sent the hoodie I originally ordered and it came the next day! I always order from Wordans and I've never had any issues but it's good to know if there is a mix up there are employees like Alejandro that will put their customer first!
I ordered 5 hoodies and 1 sweatpants for my 15 yr. Old on 10/18/18. Next day on the 19th of October this Fraudulent Company charged my credit card in the amount of $83.34. Today is 10/21/18 and still says the order is Pending and will be shipped out soon. I tried to contact customer service via email, calling but no one is there. Very Sad to think there are people who would Steal your hard earned money for their profit.

Ordered 3 shirts on the January 3rd didn't receive until January 20th. Only received 2 of the shirts. I have sent several emails and no response. They have no number to contact. Whatever you do do not order from this company. They will steal your money and you are stuck with what they have done. Horrible horrible place.
I bought some hoodies and t-shirts just to see how well the quality was. They did get the order wrong but the customer service was amazing! They were super nice about getting me my missing items and letting me keep the extras. Overall pretty good quality, amazing customer service.
I wish I would have researched further before ordering from Wordan's. I have tried calling and sent emails and have received no response. The order continues to read processing. I have opened a dispute in Paypal. Learned my lesson.
Didn't receive 2 items, due to them going out of stock. Send an email and got a response back the same day with details as to why it wasn't received. Appreciate the reason done by Adiel to find the reason behind it, and immediately the amount was issued back to me. It was fact action, was super easy and very trusting. Really appreciate the wordons employee Adiel for being professional, quick, very nice and responsible! Will definitely be making more orders and has been the best customer service I had received. Thank you for the great experience.

I placed an order with Wordans and paid for it on 11th September 2017. Despite emails to their customer service department I have had no response or acknowledgement at all.
There seems to be no way to contact anybody within Wordans to find out what is going on. I am feeling totally frustrated. Please help.
I first began the return authorization process on October 3rd. It is November 13th. They never contacted me again to get a return authorization. I will NEVER buy another product from Wordans. Use a company that actually has a telephone number you can contact customer service. Use a company that has a better return service. Not only did I lose out of $100, I bought the sizes I needed from another company to finish my project. Please... head my advice before its two late...

I requested a return authorization number based on their policy on October 3rd... 23 days later and 6 email exchange between Christo in Customer Service and myself and still no number. Buyer beware. Go elsewhere. Please.
I had a damaged item so I had to notify them. After a few minutes, I received an email from Charlie and he assured me that the item would be replaced in a few days. Shoutout to Charlie for being so proactive and very professional in handling my situation.
They are horrible and a huge waist of time 9 days and still no shippment. Lied to through email wow a company that needs to just go out of business because of how untruthful they are to there customers.
