This was my first time ordering, everything came in a timely manner and was good quality for an affordable price. We had one white hoodie that arrived with some minor marking likely from the warehouse that was over seen. Theyhave since sent out a replacement and were very quickly to respond. I dealt with Charlie Cox and was very professional and quick to fix the problem. Overall I am happy with my experience and will be ordering again soon.

Anna was a pleasure to deal with, she was very professional and swift in my request and now I can rest easy that everything was taken care of!

Recently I had a an inquiry regarding one of my orders and a lovely man by the name of Alejandro started to correspond with me via email and by phone. Alejandro was thorough, professional and courteous. Alejandro was able to quickly resolve my issue while maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanor. I ordered 3 green polo shirts from Wordans, one small, 2 mediums. Only one of them were shipped to me along with a totally different 4XL navy blue shirt! Colour, size, and quantity wrong... contacted the company for refund who told me they were "starting" to process my order, but had to cancel some items, but my order would ship without the items(?) They offered a coupon code for the 2 cancelled items. Cannot believe a company in Ontario could operate so poorly.

Bought some Bella & Canva masks ( ST323)... This is the worst quality item i have ever bought in my life, this material is see through and the mask itself holds zero function. Dust would easily go through it. The mask was poorly cut as the ridge for the nose is crooked and the ear slits do not hold well. This was one of the biggest waste of money and wordans refuses to refund to give store credit for this recycled scrap of fabric that they sent me. Sent two emails which they responded to the first stating they don't accept refunds on this item which i understand as its a mask, but this looks nothing like the photo on the site and the quality is not worth the hundreds i paid. It also took them almost a month to ship this item out...
In normal times i would just take this as an L but considering that we are in the middle of a pandemic, its almost criminal that you would sell such an item.

Warning. Read the return policy carefully. Unlike every other company I have dealt with in my life, these people have an extremely unreasonable return policy. I did make a mistake ordering the incorrect size. It is reasonable for me to be responsible for the return shipping cost. However, they are serious about a restocking fee of $25 for a $30 order. I'm going to contact my credit card company to pull back the payment funds. I'm ready to fight this nonsense for all of us. The product was fine that's why It got the one star.

I ordered 23 items including men's t-shirts, sweat pants, and a winter jacket. Total was $145 which qualified for free shipping. My order arrived after just two weeks in June during the covid pandemic. I was warned of a shipping delay in advance so I expected a much longer wait. Everything was as described and pictured. The medium size was a good fit across the different brands. I also noticed there were no "made in China" labels so I was pleasantly surprised. Haiti, Honduras, Bangladesh, and India are the countries producing these goods. They are not designer clothes, but the quality is still good for the price. Just a few items had loose threads and slight imperfections, overall nothing to really complain about. I took a chance and bought a winter jacket on clearance too. It was perfect and wrapped in heavy plastic from the factory. Hope this review helps. Thanks for reading folks.

I made several orders without incident. Then 2 minutes after making an order I realised there had been a mistake made. Too be fair, it was my mistake. So, after promptly getting hold of customer service, I was told that "NO". They can in no way alter the order. So, I had to then order two 5 dollar shirts separately and pay over $17 for shipping. They were for customers, so I had to do it.
