Do not order from this company! They will take your money and not deliver your order! I placed an order with them in March it is now July and still no trace of my order. They will not respond to my emails or even requests from the BBB. I wouldnt risk ordering from them!

Placed order assuming I would have within a few days according to their website and still have not received. Have emailed only to get an auto responder response the first time stating that they would contact me with 2 business days. No response to 2nd email (not even an auto responder) as of yet. Will be contacting Paypal and my credit card company (I have already received a bill for this merchandise) tomorrow regarding filing a dispute and getting a refund. I am trying to run a business and this is BS. LESSON LEARNED.
My family and I decided to get special t shirts {21 Tshirts in different styles} that we could each customize for our first virtual Christmas from several locations in Ontario, Tennessee, upper new York state, Washington state, Alberta and Vancouver Island. This whole process was made soooo much easier as Charlie C really showed patience, knowledge, and understanding with helping me with the separate orders being shipped to all our locations.
I don't know how long Covid will restrict our family celebrations - but I do know where I am buying Tshirts from now on. Thank you and I give you gold stars from a very satisfied customer.

My daughter ordered 100 shirts for a school project 10/24/17 and the order is still pending, she has also reached out to customer service but has not received any response. She is out over $200 of her hard earned money! WE NEED THIS FIXED!
I thought I would write this review in light of all of the bad reviews Wordans has received. I have ordered from Wordans twice. The 1st time I ordered 2 hoodies and the 2nd time I ordered 3 hoodies and 2 long sleeved shirts. Both orders were shipped out and received within a week. The prices were amazing and the product was exactly as described and as I expected the Gildan products to be. Sometimes popular items go out of stock but are replaced within days. There were no problems whatsoever. Maybe they have made improved changes to their system or customer service. I will be ordering again.
The only reason I ordered from this company was because I was told I would have my order within 3 business days. I placed my order on the 19th and have yet to receive my items. I checked the status of my order yesterday morning and it showed pending. I emailed the company at 7am yesterday asking them to cancel, checked my order status again at 2:00, which then showed that part of my order was shipped (how convenient) however, when you clicl on the tracking link, nothing comes up. I tried calling the company and you have no option to speak with a live person. I sent another email to a different address and still have yet to hear from anyone. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I am all about customer service and obviously they are not.

It was my second order, I had an issue with my order. Within 36h i had another shirt at my door to replace to one that has a problem. I spoke with Adiel, very kind and very efficient. Will order again!
Very fast and friendly service from Alejandro, minor shirt issue but was fixed up quickly, will be ordering all my shirts from this site from now on! Fast shipping and website is easy to use!
My review is a zero. I bought a chair and ottoman for close to 500 and I have a foot stool to show for it. They sent the same emails every time I ask again it this was like 3 Or 4 months I purchased this ago. And it took forever to receive the ottoman. They Stold all the cash I had to buy a chair. I am Sooo angry. And I sent a photo of the package I did receive. Also sending a credible photo was sent which also did nothing.
Definitely recommend this company and their products. I have ordered 3 times and each time has been a great experience. I use their shirts to Tie Dye with. Great choice of sizes as well.
Excellent customer service. They always go good for their clothes. I have had a few issues but they were solved quickly and satisfactory.

I placed the an order for 15 shirts to have customized for a family Christmas bonding activity, order number (*******). My order was placed on 11/20/17. When I check on the status my order it STILL says that it is processing. I have emailed customer service and received no response. I need my shirts ASAP, or I will not have them for the holiday. If I do not have my order by Monday, I am contacting my lawyer. I WISH I would have read the reviews before I ordered from this company. STAY AWAY

It has been 10 days and my order still has not shipped. Customer service is totally unreachable. Never replies to emails. Save yourself the trouble. Order from anywhere else.
