It's 3 weeks later and I still haven't received my products! They promise 3-5 days shipping. No way to contact them directly. Only through email and they don't respond.
My package was showing to be delivered but I didn't receive it, Anna from logistics department helped me out and gave me a store coupon of the same amount my order was with free shipping.
I purchased several dry fit blend polos. I was really pleased with the items I ordered. Showed them to some colleagues and ended up placing multiple orders.

Have placed an express order 2 weeks ago. It is still not delivered. I've send them million emails, trying to call them- never got a respond. Horrible people trying to take your money.
I accidentally put my order wrong but talking to the customer service I spoke to Alejandro and he was very helpful definitely recommend ordering from here again!
I ordered shirts 3 weeks ago and still no shirts! I contacted customer service via email and they said it would ship in 1-2 business days... that was over a week ago! Do NOT order from this company!

One of my friends told me about Wordans and I decided to check them up, great deals love it. I recently had an inquiry and i received excellent service from Alejandro.
I placed an order that was supposed to ship in 2- 5 days - some shirts for my sons bday that needed to be sent to a printer. Well 5 days, no shirts, no shipment, still processing. I called and was advised on the 5th day (after sitting on the phone for 30 minutes) that they would make sure it went out that day - "they have been very busy". Next day, still nothing. Called as soon as they opened to cancel the order - allegedly - my request had to be sent to the warehouse... Why? Customer service is capable of accepting orders but not cancelling? I get an email hours later that my order has been delayed 3 more days... STILL NOT CANCELLED. As a person who WORKS IN THE WHOLESALE/RETAIL BUSINESS, Let me inform you - this is not how it works. You all need more customer service members to accept calls so that customers are not waiting forever on the phone & if you can't simply delete the order yourself & have to reach out to the warehouse, you need to invest in a new order processing system.

I was having no luck with the order i placed at first either. Every number listed online for them isnt the right one but the phone number on my bank statement for them did work.*******395...
I placed my order july 13th and after calling them i finally got it july 27th. But they did send it. I would suggest calling between 11:30am-12:30 pm and ask for John Matias. I hope this helps everyone..

I ordered 6 shirts on the 7th of July and they debited my account on the 10th. Today is the 28th of July and I still don't have my order. I placed this order for the convenience! What convenience? Never again!

I ordered almost 50 shirts from this company. They only sent 1 shirt with the status as pending on the rest for the last 2 weeks. I have tried several times to email them about the status of the rest of my order. Absolutely NO RESPONSE! There is also no phone number that works for Wordans as well. THEY ARE A SCAM AND I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM! Now I have to deal with unhappy customers.

My order arrived without one of the items. I emailed customer service and the issue was resolved quickly. Alejandro followed up in a timely manner and made sure that I receive the missing item.

HORRIBLE / NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't be an idiot like I was; DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM Wordans (a/k/a NEEDEN.com)! I ordered 3 t-shirts - seemed simple. One was shipped in a completely different style. Of course, I immediately emailed their customer service dept, who (auto-generated) an email saying they would get back to me within 2 business days. Nothing happened, so i again emailed them, asking to have my order shipped correctly. I've heard absolutely nothing from them. Spread the word of how horrible this company is!
