Have ordered many times and each order has been exactly as ordered. Delivery has been between 2 to 5 days. Am a satisfied customer that will be ordering again.
My experience mirrors what everyone else is saying. I placed an order because the website advertises that they ship all orders from the warehouse within 24 hours. I had 8 days to receive these and figured with standard shipping I'd get if they got it out of the warehouse in the 24 hour time frame. Tried to contact customer service after 48 hours and received an automated machine with the phone number. Sent an e-mail and they told me it was actually 3 days that they ship out of the warehouse, they shipped mine on day 6. By this time I had to order from somewhere else as the date they were coming to me was past the day I needed them. I advised via e-mail prior to them shipping that I wanted to cancel due to this, but they still shipped. Rejected delivery. I've been asking for a refund and an invoice showing where I was refunded for 2 weeks now. I am all for a company not having a phone number to call, but they need to be better about returning e-mails within 24 hours if this is the case. The website has false claims, horrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone, even if the price looks great. Will be reporting them to the BBB.

I placed an almost $500 order with this company and after weeks of not receiving a single item from the shipment I inquired for an estimated shipping date several times. They could not ever give me an estimated shipping date. I asked to cancel my order and was told it was cancelled successfully and that I would receive a refund. After over a month of waiting I still have not received any of the refund. When I contacted them they gave me some bogus statement about their financial department reviewing it and it would take up to 14 business days after it had been reviewed. Well clearly it had been more than 14 business days. They also could not give me a time frame of when to expect my refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT HAS TO BE A FRAUDULENT SITE!
I contacted mastercard and will be refunded total amount... did some research. WORDANS in Montreal closed down... what does that say... don't let them keep your money... do what I did call credit card company and you will be refunded and NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WORDANS... They should be ashamed of themselves and brought to justice PERIOD
I too have placed a order on Nov 2 and been over a week $233 for 11 shirts I'm not far from the montreal location and I want my shirts...
It's terrible, by now you see how they are. I had to learn the hard way. Ripped off for $200 for an order for my company which gave my company a bad name as well. Is there a way to sue these people?
Two words for ya: RUN AWAY! Wordans.ca is the Hotel California of ecommerce sites. You can check out any time you like...
It started with the opening of the box. A massive jumble of folded and semi folded tshirts and an invoice that did not match the emailed receipt. So I picked through the box, tried shirts on and ended up with a pile to return. And the fun starts. Remember the invoice not matching the email receipt? They ask me what I want to return. After 5-6 emails over TWO WEEKS I figure out what I want to return by visually matching up the shirts to the frigging website and send them the list. One week later they email and ask, "So how much do we owe you?". Right then and there I should have given them the ole Dr. Evil One MILLION dollars! But I was gobsmacked and responded with something along the lines of "are you $#*!ting me?". I send them a number... another week goes by after which they say my number looks good. Wait for your refund... ANOTHER 2 WEEKS! And when the refund comes they have not refunded the taxes on the returned item. So I spell out F-R-A-U-D to them and after consulting their accountants take another 2 weeks to send me the freakin' $14 + change.

Charlie did a fabulous job with helping me out with items I needed to add onto my order. This type of service is always why I continue to purchase annually from Needens!
Delivery was a little slow on some items but quality was what I expected and prices were good. Overall I would use wordans.com again allowing time for delivery.

I will start out with that we have ordered from Wordans for over a year now and have spent tens of thousands with them and NEVER had an issue.
We put in a order over 10 days ago and order is still in pending just like everyone else here has stated. We have called, emailed, FB messaged, FB commented (these get deleted), Tweeted and no response.
Wordans, we are filing a fraud claim against you this week and will also be filing with BBB.

I ordered 6 Polo Tees. Five Shirts in Small and One in Medium. The Small Polo fit like XXS and the Medium fit like a Small. These Polo's are VERY THICK and Itchy. I tried to e-mail the company for an exchange. NEVER CONTACTED me back! Now I'm stuck with 6 shirts that don't fit. There sizing chart IS SOOO OFF it's not even funny. They also shipped my shirts in THREE different Packages. Crazy! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY!

I received my order quickly in less than one week.
