There wasn't a great deal of money involved but that made it even better that Alejandro took such trouble to sort it out

I received only 50% of my order, when contacted they answer that the ''delay'' was passed so they can't do anything, it was a few weeks... A bunch of thief is what they are!

I had a minor issue with the front pocket being off centre on my hooded sweatshirt! I emailed the company and the next day I received my replacement! Alejandro was more than accommodating!
I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TWO SAMPLE SHIRTS, THEY TOOK A WEEK TO EVEN EMAIL ME ANYTHING THEN WHEN THEY FINALLY DID EMAIL ME, IT SAID THAT THEY WERE HAVING MANUFACTIRING DIFFICULTIES AND MY ORDER EOULD BE SHIPPED IN 3 DAYS. ITS NOW BEEN AN EXTRA WEEK & I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING. PLUS NONE OF THEIR PHONE NUMBERS WORK. THEY ARE BAD FOR BUSINESS

So, I run my own small business making stickers, custom clothing etc. I've used wordans for almost 2 years now and never in my life have I been treated so poorly. For someone who orders at least one a week you'd think I would be treated better. They sent me 8 Crew Neck hoodies, when I ordered 8 long sleeves and are now asking that I pay $80 postage with UPS just to get a refund; and then pay the full amount for the right product to get here along with $20 shipping. The communication is horrible, no one knows what's going on and I was told 4 different things that they were doing to help me and then was notified that the ONLY option after discussing everything was for me to front this money and hope they send me a refund back. I'm super disappointed and my business is really suffering from mistakes like this. The only compensation I got was a 3% discount A THREE % DISCOUNT! Are you kidding me. Super ridiculous. They told me to take the package to my nearby post office to ship; in turn they sent me a UPS shipping slip, so it can only be shipped with UPS; costing $80 for 8 hoodies to get back to them for their mistake.
I ordered hoodies from this site over a month ago and it is "still pending". I am sure they are great products but it takes A LOT longer than it should.
