Very comfortable clothing, fast delivery, and very good customer service. The sweatpants I ordered did not fit me, but Alejandro was very helpful in assisting me through the return process!
One of my order was canceled due to backorder issue. Ross helped me by including a free shipping for my coupon code to reorder the backorder in a dif size!
Haven't been receiving tracking numbers or updates on orders. Taking a lot longer then normal to ship out packages. Overall not happy lately with shipping.

I do not recommend Worden's. I ordered items and they do not show up on time, When I questioned customer service they indicate that it is on the way and when it will be here but it never shows up.
I currently have two orders sitting unshipped for items that are labeled "24 Hour Shipping". One was placed 2 weeks ago on 2/9/17 and the other on 2/15/17. To say their "Customer Service" is poor would be a compliment, they have no customer service. I have emailed their "customer service" email (which by the way is their only means of contact available even for customers with open orders) and I waited an entire week for a response which was generic and little help, especially given the urgent nature of my customer service inquiry. After responding with their requested information I have still not heard back from them.
I am extremely understanding when issues are out of a companies direct control and they communicate with you, but when there is no effort made even after a problem has been brought to their attention it is SERIOUSLY CONCERNING. If I had not in the past received orders from them promptly and in good order, I would be seriously concerned they are a fraudulent seller. Hopefully they will resolve the matter, but I have already lost hundreds of dollars in addition to the goods that I have paid for long ago and have not received.
Had a slight mishap with my order but fortunately got a quick and polite reply from Alejandro. Great work! Will definitely be returning!
If you answered "yes" to both of those, by all means- order through Wordans! I paid $8.60 in shipping for a hoodie. ONE hoodie. Which I ordered on 8/11/17. And it stayed "In process" for a month before being shipped. The site clearly states they aren't responsible for shipping times and costs, so basically you'll get your items when they get around to it, but they're gonna make it worth their time by charging you for shipping that is the opposite of expedited. As many have stated, if you don't live in the US they'll charge whatever for excise charges, and sometimes after the order has been placed! If it took a month to get one hoodie from NJ to TX, god help you if you're ordering from overseas.
Additionally, when I e-mailed them to ask about shipping status (3 weeks after the order was placed and it still hadn't been put in the mail) and to notify them I would be reporting it to my credit card company as fraud, they didn't feel compelled to respond. It *did* seem to get the item shipped shortly thereafter though!
Go through another vendor. Wordans doesn't seem to care about anything other than overcharging and underdelivering.

First time I ordered was happy, delivery took almost 3weeks, 2nd time I emailed so many times because the products did not arrive after saying it was being sent, kept emailing saying it was needed for an event, finally after almost a month and then said would charge 20%restocking and I had to pay shipping, after they verbally agreed to cancel, stock was not shipped, then shipped it 2days later,,, ordered again because I had credit, got 1/2 order and now a month later and 7 emails, got a response saying I can cancel and a refund takes 15-20 days, do not deal with this company.
I ordered 3 sweatshirts two days ago, they came today and are so comfortable and look amazing! They were also a lot cheaper then other websites.
