I tried the repair function one time and it mostly failed. Never used the terrible service ever again. I put a reminder to cancel the service after the year was up. The company randomly charged me for another year. Tried canceling and they repeatedly denied me. This is another ome of those scam services where they get you in the end with the subscription. This is also a Chinese company. Their branding may look like Microsoft, but it is not. I moght be out 42 bucks, but hopefully I save someone from ever trying this. Don't get desperate. Find a reputable American company. These companies live through people subscribing and forcing them to pay. Don't nale the mistake I made dealing with this terrible Chinese company and I'm in the United States. I dropped the ball on that one. I wish I checked sitejabber last year on them.

The product is rubbish and the refund policy is a joke. The customer service team will send you screen shots telling you that you agreed that aren't even the same pages that are on the website. They will refuse to acknowledge that you believed you were in a 7 day free trial and don't care that you're unhappy with the product.

Just go get davinci resolve. The fancy AI plug-ins don't do what you hope they will and davinci resolve is better at everything else.

Utter scammers with rubbish software. Avoid

They are unpresentable. They put an advertisement for a 7-day free trial of one of the functions right in the plans, but if you are not familiar with the program, you think that the 7 free days are for the plan. Then, when you pay through PayPal, it does not tell you that you are going to pay an amount, and that is mandatory, so you do not know that you are really paying for the plan. The minute I found out that they had charged me, I canceled the subscription and asked them to please give me a refund, and they say no, that their refund policy does not contemplate that situation, unfortunate. The first time something like this happened to me.

Where to start. Lost around 2000 files to lost.dir. Here comes wondershare to save the day. Download. Oh ya forgot to tell you its not free but hey we found your files. Deceptive but okay I need the files. Oh ya about that payment thats just to find the files its another fee to "restore" them. FU really. I reluctantly pay. Two days of searching for the files to say they found. Another day restoring the 4000 files they said they found. After all that I got exactly 11 files back. Zero customer support. I uninstalled and canceled via credit card company.

Used the recoverit software after accidentally deleting files just a few minutes before - and the files were recovered, but were all blank (nothing in them). These files had been deleted no longer than enough time for me to find a software and recover them. Then I requested a $70 refund and now they want copies of the blank files. I plan on disputing the charge and continuing to write reviews on their software and customer service since I'm not being offered a refund easily.

I signed up for the 3 day trial and after downloading realised the product was not as advertised to what I required and tried to cancel my membership. I believe they intentionally ignored my 5 messages in this 3 day period then took $78 from my credit card on day 3. I finally got an email response saying too late to cancel and try this but their instructions took me to a page with no information about my subscription. I contacted PayPal and they immediately refunded my money without contacting Wondershare so I would say they are flagged as being dodgy.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would, I got this product thinking I could retrieve some files, I searched over fifty thousand files and photos and the specific ones I am looking for are no where to be found, all I am asking for is a simple refund because the product isn't working for me and all I keep getting I'm return is tech support, I don't need the tech support, the program isn't finding what I am looking for I've tried all the suggested methods, I want a refund, please stay clear of this there are many other options out there

I bought the yearly plan and used it for 2 days and wanted to get a refund because they did not have the gadgets I needed to make my type of videos. Needless to say they did not refund me. I spent $50 just to use it for 2 days.

For the past year that I have been paying my subscription I have not recovered any single video data that i lost. They also automatically renewed my subscription with more than what was indicated in my plan. Waste of money.

1 day after the subscription "auto-renewed" I asked for a refund and was refused. Auto-renew should be illegal. Don't trust this company.

I tried using this program to download a facebook event I created and save it as an MP4. I bought the lifetime version and the program was not able to do this simple task. I tried to contact them by phone and chat on a Saturday as I needed to acieve the conversion that day and there was nobody available to assist. I ended up using a different free program that worked great. I asked for a refund the same day and they refused to give one. Total scam.

This company refund policy is violating customer rights! Be aware and do not buy anything for them!

I am pretty sure according to the law I have a right to get a refund of any goods and services within 14 days after purchase. Moreover information on their website about 7 days trial is confusing and turns out to be for another (not main product, but "add-ones"), which I do not why is there at all.

I haven't used any of Filimore services and applied for a refund within one hour after realizing I was charged the yearly subscription, without any trial period, and they declined it.

The refund policy, which their support team referring to is a scum and illegal!

I am also not satisfied with functions of Filimora application.

I've tried to download (export) 1 hour video and had to wait for 3+ hours, it is too long for such video, I've thought it because of "free" version and wanted to try how it would be with "full" version, but then I was charged a full amount without any chance to get a refund

They will charge your for all these extra plug ins without your consent. Quick to take your money, slow to help assist and give a you a solid product.

I purchased this software with a lifetime ownership, two weeks later they forced updated it then locked me out until I pay for it again! All of their methods of contacting support don't work! These people are liars and thieves! I am so pissed at these people! I've tried everything to contact them but nothing works they don't have email, they don't answer Facebook or Twitter! Their messaging form does not work! I even sat on hold for hours on the phone but there's never a human to help! Stay as far away from these thieves as you can you will absolutely be cheated and then have zero recourse!

Wondershare PDF Element took over a Word document I had spent hours working on. The Word document was just gone, replaced by a pdf doc that I had open. Spent 4 hours trying to retrieve the Word document with no success and finally had to spend 4 hours to recreate it. I was scared it would happen again so I deleted the program from my computer. When I finally reached someone in customer service they said they can't help me because I don't have proof of what happened, and refused to provide a refund without that proof. I am deeply disappointed in this product.

The wondershare screen unlock product for android is garbage. Do not waste your money. Does not work

I had the worst experience with Wonder Share Pdf Element. They have a really bad customer service department. A joke of a refund policy and basically try to lock you in once you make the purchase. I wish they were no longer on the market. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!

I had a lifetime license for iSkysoft video converter.
Apparently Wondershare took over iSkysoft.
Then they reduced the capabilities of iSkysoft video converter and forced an upgrade to iSkysoft video converter. It no longer downloads from youtube. Then they want you to purchase the Wondershare replacement product. I recommend to AVOID this company and their products.

I've tried the soft and it's really very very veeeryyyy sloooow on my Macbook Pro 2019.
When I've asked for refund in 5 days, I wait an hour in chat support for person, then
Support guy asked about logfile. I've got the file, but the chat does not work. Then it was just ignore...
Money down the drain. I do not recommend it to anyone.
