The worst PDF program I've ever used. It's glitchy, slow, unreliable and locks up! I stuck with them for several years but after their latest "Improved" Update that locks up upon exit and you have to use Ctl Alt Del to get out I was done with them. I gave them one last chance but when after 4 tries their "Support" couldn't fix it I was done. Wish I had jumped ship two years ago!

(a) Applications don't crash; they don't even start. The "bug reporter" is a means of collecting your data.
(b) If you uninstall, you get taken to a "feedback" page - another way of collecting data - where the feedback submit button does not function
(c) Seeking a "contact" on the website takes you nowhere useful
(d) Chatbot runs around in circles and does not provide any information other than "Say Hi Wondershare and I will provide you with optimal solution". It does not. Interestingly enough, it responds to "Hi, Wondercrap":-)
(e) Facebook page has no one responding to people - and there is quite a lot of complaints about refunds, so caveat emptor.
The question is, under which legal system is this bunch of crooks operating?

I have seen reports against the wondershare software company as far back as 2013. Why are they not caught.
I puchased a money back guaranteed software to tidy up my misic libarary. Of course it didnt work as stated. When you ask for refund you find that its impossible to reach them and all of them lie low, giggling at how clever they have been.

The wondershare screen unlock product for android is garbage. Do not waste your money. Does not work

I paid for a subscription last year and it was cut off after 11 months. No reply from customer service. Time to search for an honest reliable company,

I purchased PDF Element and sent a refund request in one day, as the software turned out to be pretty mediocre. The CS person offered me an upgrade to the Pro version. I said I didn't want the Pro version and would rather have the refund. Again, the request was not entertained - the CS told me to try the Pro version first and if I wasn't happy with it, they'd offer a refund.

A couple weeks later I sent another refund request and it was the same pitch again ("We can't give up on trying to help you without knowing what's wrong. How does the Pro version works for you?") When I insisted they should honor their 30-day refund guarantee and the customer service promise they made (about refunding my money if I didn't want the Pro version)... Radio silence. The CS person simply ignored my messages. Didn't bother to reply again.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WONDERSHARE!

I had one year subscription for dr fone that did NOT work to recover my android phone and resulted in serious software damage and voiding phone warranty. Tried to cancel vicious cycle of AUTO RENEW and charging my account for this unsubscribed software. I advise everyone to read the reviews and stay away from this scam company. This should be the last option to subscribe to any service from this company. Their customer service is very poor and usually with the same reply repeatedly (sorry we did not find a solution). I am wondering how some people rate them with 3-4 stars. Anyway their modus operandi is repeated unauthorized RENEWAL of subscription and that is the ONLY way for their survival. I'll never recommend this DR FONE TOOLKIT software to any body.

I purchased a software program that failed to do what Wondershare claimed it would do.

I immediately requested a refund for the purchase and received an email that I would receive one, only to spend the next three weeks in a constant circle of emails from a different customer service representative each time telling me to contact 2CheckoutSupport.

Yet, every time I contacted 2CheckoutSupport, they would respond to tell me that I need to contact Wondershare.

I strongly do not recommend wasting your time or money with this company. Their software does not fulfill the purpose and the company will not make good on refunding your hard earned money and will give you nothing but a headache and frustration in the waiting.

I have had to file a claim with my bank in order to get this rectified. Wondershare needs to do a lot of work on customer service. They also make it extremely difficult to contact them outside of emails. They list phone numbers that will tell you there is no one to talk to you.

I purchased Filmora Wondershare two years ago and shortly after cancelled my subscription via email to support as requested on their website. I received an automatic reply to this email and so was assured that they had indeed received my cancellation. I was not charged again until two years later where I have recently had £22.46 deducted from account via paypal as an annual re subscription charge. Not only was the annual re subscription not made clear in the first place I had actually in fact contacted customer support as advised on their website to cancel my subscription two years prior anyway.

I have since contacted support to explain this mistake with evidence of my initial cancellation and request a full refund and although they say they reply within 48hours, almost two weeks later I have had no response.

If I do not get a response or a refund in the next week I will be forced to take legal action.

I understand mistakes are made in these instances but this is completely unacceptable and wondershare have ignored all my efforts of correspondence regarding this.

1 day after the subscription "auto-renewed" I asked for a refund and was refused. Auto-renew should be illegal. Don't trust this company.

I spent $100 and bought the uniconverter software to export mxf files and it does not export mxf OP-Atom/ mxf OP-1A which was the only reason why I bought it in the first place.

I tried to reach out via their chat and I could only talk to a bot which was absolutely no help at all and kept repeating the same message over and over again. I then tried to call them and it didn't even ring, but went straight to a voice message saying "THIS NUMBER HAS BLOCKED ALL CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS"... they blocked all calls from customers. Can't even say "worst" customer service because there literally is none.

I am right out of college and spent $100 for no reason and can't even get in contact with them for a refund.

Additionally, I went in their refund policies and its pretty much impossible to get a refund anyways.

If you have to re-install Wondershare software because you have had to format your PC or you have purchased a new PC then this is going to affect your licence. Once a licence has been registered to a pc, you cant de-register it, and if you format and reinstall then you will hit problems with their licence policy that says if you have to re-install more than 5 times for any reason, computer crashes, new PC purchase etc, then your licence will be blocked and you must buy a new licence. Of course I had not seen this when I purchased and never thought any company would have such a ridicules policy, but after a couple of weeks of computer crashes where I re installed several times trying to track what was causing the crash. I got my licence cancelled, emails to wondershare just said if you re-install for any reason you have to re purchase no they were not interested thats there policy, they did not care if it was because my PC had crashed and been re-installed, just kept quoting, if you re-install more than 5 times, for any reason you lose your licence end of

I used Wondershare Recoverit - their platform that promises the recovery of lost data because of repartitioning, reformatting, or backing up your drive.

Look, if you're a student and you lose all your data, you're scared $#*!less and will try literally anything to get your work back. Wondershare is legit - their service salvaged more data than other software I had tried out for my particular issue (and I tried three others). The problem is that they're not clear AT ALL that there is a difference in their product offerings, and their customer service hasn't a clue as to how to understand what you mean. Add this to the fact that their refund policy ensures that it is a HUGE pain in the $#*! to try to get any sort of refund for the mistakes you make due to the lack of clarity they build into their user-journey in the software itself.

Students and teachers - beware! Yes, there are student discounts, but they do NOT mirror the individual product offerings on their webpage, and if you accidentally purchase additional things, you can't refund ANYTHING. They will force you to pay for the Premium offering, $30 more, for any type of refund.

I hate that there is this cottage industry out there that preys on student vulnerability. I understand that they provide a service, and that they should be paid for it because yes, obviously, you have talent and a thing you should be paid for. But Jesus, be clearer about your offerings - students are already paying for a lot and accidents are not something they should have to pay for, let alone ACCIDENTALLY PURCHASING a product YOU are responsible for explaining the benefits of.
