My post office on February 25 and then was shipped to somewhere in Mississippi. I understand Illinois and Mississippi look almost identical (). Post office has no interest in finding the package and Women Within says their policy is only after 20 days will they do something to rectify the matter. They are a horrible company with no Customer Service. The calls are answered by someone overseas and sometimes difficult to understand. Do not order from this company.
Same as lots of others have experienced. The company takes over a month to ship orders that are supposedly in stock. They are blaming the pandemic but it really seems they've over extended themselves with all the other companies they've added recently. I used to shop Catherine's regularly but will now be cancelling my card. I won't ship anywhere affiliated with them again.

Went to use Christmas VISA gift cards today. Most items were (as usual) back ordered. This company charges your CC for back ordered items when the order is placed and won't refund until 30 days after the item is confirmed unavailable. I did find two in-stock items totalling $112. Each gift card was $100 - and Woman Within refused to split the order across multiple cards. The quality is variable, so I often return items. This was my last attempt to order from them. It's just not worth the hassle. Caveat emptor.

I just bought 2 Catherine's Brad from them. The front strap broke loose the second time I wore it. $55 for it. I had to sew it up at work. When I let them know, all I got back was a form email saying they inspect everything before it is shipped. First and last time I will buy from them.
Wow I just posted a review where the womanwithin (Fullbeauty Brands) customer service representative was unable to help me. After talking to her I found my tracking number and phoned back. But the extremely nice gentleman I got this time helped me immediately! And he didn't even ask for the tracking number! I wish the 1st lady could have been as helpful! But it HAS restored my faith in them somewhat.
Still have not received my refund of $89.97 yet they received my return on 6/14/2021. I tried to call again today and it said my wait time was 10 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and no one answered. What a sham this company is! Marcia Stone (CEO) should be ashamed of herself!

I purchased 6 flannel shirts for the Fall, all of which I thought were beautiful. As soon as I washed them (cool water, not high heat) They shrunk! The arms are now 3/4 length and they no longer fit or look well on me.

I placed an order and used 2 coupon that came in the magazine they sent us. It was deemed not eligible to many disclaimers. Be very wary of this company, I am now one and done for an order.

I ordered my favorite nightgown, long waltz gowns. I have several from 7 years ago. The quality of the material is sub par. It's not silky feeling like before. It was scratchy and very thin. I should have listened to the reviews. I am done with Women Within.
I ordered from WW for the first time last week, and I was so disappointed, I won't be returning. I ordered three tunics on sale from the WW brand. All of them were made with this weird, stiff fabric with no give. They say they're 100 percent cotton, but it didn't feel like cotton to me. Plus, the size chart is off. They run smaller than other brands. So as I begin the process of returning the shirts, I realize there is a $7.50 fee just to send them back! I guess I've gotten spoiled with sites like Amazon, because it never occurred to me that they would charge me a return fee. This company has other terrible reviews online that I wish I had read before ordering from there. But they had good reviews in a Facebook group I belonged to at the time, so I thought I'd give them a shot. I'm just hoping this return goes smoothly and I get my money back (or what I can get of it).

I placed an order three weeks ago, and they haven't even shipped it yet. The original delivery date was April 5, and it keeps getting pushed back, and is now at April 12, although USPS hasn't even received it. This is the second time I've ordered from this site and both times, I've had this issue. I understand Covid has previously caused shipping issues, but no other companies that I know of are having this issue still. I'm ready to completely cancel the order at this point.
I paid $29.98 for overnight shipping and they only reimbursed me $19.99 instead of the entire amount! They didn't get my order out on time, I'm inconvenienced, but they're not going to compensate me for their mistake. I'm done with them, their incompetent service, and their cheap-made clothes that don't last.

Steer clear of this company (& all Full Beauty brands) and if you are told that your refund is via a gift card instead of to your original payment method - complain. (good luck getting through to them though). Thieves.

I ordered one terry cloth bathrobe that cost $48.00 (a little more or less). They offered me their credit card and I accepted. To make a long story short. They send out the paper bills such that they arrive the day of, or the day after payment is due without a late fee. I have currently paid $96.00 in late fees. I have asked for my account to be closed, but cannot get it done when showing a late fee due. The entire thing is a scam to collect more money, and more money. I do not intend to buy anything from them ever again, no matter how I would pay for it.
I ordered on 19 April and the item tracking said it was delivered to the NJ post office on 23 April. It's now 12 May and I haven't received my item. Today, I was told by 2 June, then to let them know on 15 May.
The item is no longer seasonal.
I've been billed but don't believe it was sent. I have an APO (military) mail box address.
This is not some fly by night address.
I purchased a computer from Hawaii and it was delivered yesterday, 10 days later. From Hawaii.
I can't get this package from New Jersey.

The biggest problem with WW is shipping and return costs. Just trying an item that doesn't fit or look good on can cost nearly $20. The quality is not consistent either, but the selection is good and it's not easy to find a big selection of plus-size clothes, so I keep shopping here anyway.
I found woman within thru Amazon. When I got my order, they had included their own magazine. I was immediately accepted for a WW credit card. I love the stylish clothing for us bigger girls. I have had 4 abdominal surgeries and this year a neck surgery. I have gotten bigger over the last couple of years cause I can't exercise like I would like to. It's great to have a place to buy clothes that don't just say "potato sack".
This company is all about selling and $#*! the customer and their experience. They do not follow their own expectations and if you express your dissatisfaction you are then targeted to be ripped off and ignored when trying to get your refund. My bank had to get involved to get my return money processed. The worst company I have experienced in a 20 years and will never order from them or any of their parent companies.
I dont recommend this shop to anyone to buy merchandise. These guys charge for shipping costs and also for the returns. Also, I was surprised to see a monthly charge in my account for member rewards program which was charged without my knowledge. The customer service provided a direct number to cancel though they couldnt give a reason why was it charged. These guys are real cheaters. They were not ready to waive the shipping costs too. There are tons of shops who give quality product and offer free shipping. This shop is absolutely horrible in everything! I dont recommend giving even 1 star to this vendor.
NEVER order from Woman Within -- worst customer service. My experience: I changed my default address on 11/29 at 1:39 AM and then placed an order at 1:42 AM, received confirmation for both of these actions in an email. The order was delivered to an old address on 12/6. Called customer service on 12/9 and was told there is nothing they can do, no refund or credit will be offered. WOW, just WOW. This company has lost my business forever.
