Tried to find t -shirt (Agatha Christie's Poirot with quote about little grey cells) When I googled these shirts Wish had one at $11. Clicked to their site, the price jumped up to $15. Then went to checkout to see shipping costs, the price jumped to $27! WHAT? No one answering the phone but no mention that number not working. Tried to email and that not working. Don't need Poirot to figure out the clues. Will never shop with them.

Do not recommend. Took ages to arrive. Terrible after sales support. I ordered a item in my normal size which didn't fit. They asked for photo evidence which was sent but they refused to do anything about it. Would offer a swap, a credit or refund - they just said "I understand this issue caused an inconvenience. The store has fulfilled your order correctly based on the variation you have chosen." Useless their customer as it doesn't fit! Don't be tempted to use them.

Advertised a 50 piece router bit set in a aluminum case at a HUGE discount. Ordered the set believing that I would be getting 50 piece set as they kept lowering the price from nearly $100 to $10.
Today I received the set: 1 router bit from NY vs. China a month earlier than they projected. Why? They never intended to send the set. So now I am faced with me paying for a return of the one router bit, which I do not need.
All their pictures show a set of 50 with the case. They people are a scam. Beware of all of the positive feedback. I should have realized, if it is too good to be true, it is too good to be true.

This company is probably a total scam. I ordered my granddaughter's birthday present. It was to be delivered in 10 days. I never showed up. I forgot about it and later checked with my daughter to see if it ever came. Never did. Tried to get a refund and they refused. Then I realized that there was no order number provided. See attached. Ordered 3 picture frames only. Then 3 rolled up paintings show up. Wrote and complained they said we got what we ordered even though the paintings were only $3 each and our frames were $38. They would NOT refund. There is also no one to phone like Amazon. In the end our Visa card 9Bank) got a refund for us. The term Robbers Dogs comes to mind. The only thing I wish for is they fall off the planet.

Ordered an external hard drive from Wish in early Sept. 2020. Faulty HD arrived end Sept. Could not contact Wish via ‘refunds and returns' link. Contacted Wish via a service link and advised that r&r was not working, their reply - go to r&r. They did not reply when I again wrote r&r not working.
Reported problem with PayPal early Oct. Escalated with PP 20 days later because no replies from Wish. Early Nov PP advised full refund.
If not for PayPal, I'm sure I would not have received a refund.

Prices are the same as if in the USA (they use a San Francisco address to make it look like it's in the US, but it is in China), the price gets adjusted for the USA. I saw the price for about $1.50, but then when I purchased the item, it went to $7.00 with $2 shipping, now I have to wait a month to get the product. If I ordered from Amazon, it would have cost $7 but would not have to wait (no shipping cost either).

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
