I ordered a watch and waited weeks and a weeks after the due delivery date I inquired and the message reply was wait a few more weeks so I waited another 3 weeks and again complained that it hadnt arrived and an auto mated message replied I have exceeded the window of time to claim. I wont be accepting this as I am about to go into battle with these rip off merchants. The reason for the review is to let everyone else know that they should leave their money in their Bank Account and not have to go through what I am about to go through to recover my funds.

I've ordered a phone with wish, it was saying delay due to covid that has never arrived. Later it was closed with no one answering phone calls and not chat support all are automated which is not is helping. Lost couple of hundred dollars. Don't recommend bying any item as it looks cheap and magnified in images that look attractive. As you can see in delivery status says it is not arrived, stuck somewhere in china. Wish is not refunding the money.

I just ordered and the total was $110 and change when I finished it was $162 and change THIEFS I've had the same items same total for almost one month you pick boots listing as $6 then they're $19.45 same on pants they were$3.45 and now$11-$13THIEFS no wonder your rating is 1

I ordered 3 things, boots size nine got size 7, dog bed size 70 mil got 60 mil, briefs size extra large, fit size small. Could not contact customer support tried multiple times. I even tried emails and they told me to contact customer support. I explained I was unable to contact customer support this went on and on. So again I say wish is a farce. I am unable to give a picture for I sent everything to good will.

I ordered 10 items and got 2 of them. The rest never came. First they listed they were still being shipped. Now they don't even show as ever being ordered. This is the worse company out there. If you want products from China, use Ebay and Paypal. You will not get ripped off.

The photo says it all. $11 vs $15 for the same item. SMH. Oh, and if I wanted to buy two of these items, it was $5 for each item, which is super dumb. My order would have been $42.40

Ordered dozens of products, the ones that ship from usa come fairly quick but most of the products with long shipping times don't come at all. It's really hit or miss. And the shipping is so long it's out of the return/warranty period so they keep your money

Ordered 81$, pick up Oct. 30. Never got barcode on email. Store would not give me merchandise without barcode. Their phone to find orders was broken. Paid on PP. Put in a dispute, pp will not recognize them as a legitimate co. They gave me refunds for our of stock merchandise, about 1/3 of my payment. Never got the rest. Pay a little more and get the real thing from a trustworthy company in the US.

They have a lot of tricksters companies/suppliers. When you have issues with your order "WISH" will never back you up in case of you have problems with one of the suppliers! I will never use them for shopping

This is by far the worst service ever. Items are crap quality. Always lies and delays on the adds. Promo discounts never work. Its all fake and lie to get you to use it. I am never using them again. Waste of time. And you cannot speak to anyone in customer suport, its automatically done by comp and you they never resolve your issue.

Product of the website are just absolutely trash and won't last more than few weeks. Look at the true stickers I ordered, it took them only few weeks to get like this.
Doesn't worth the wait and postage fee.
The product might sound cheap but they charge you the real price by adding up the postage fee.
And even if you order few items together they charge you seperate fee for each item.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
