I spent $200 in November of 2016 on various items from wish in that order there was two watches which didn't work and the things that I ordered that did work are no longer working. I ordered a couple of dresses the quality was awful I received two items yesterday. I didn't bother contacting the company because at this time I feel if I have to return things and ship them and the aggravation in time it's going to take me it's not worth it I will never buy from wish again.

FedEx showed that a label was printed but no further action was taken. Two different customer service people did not check with FedEx before telling me to wait for the shipment

I ordered nail wraps eventually I received an email saying they had been shipped. 2 months later I still hadn't received anything and then they said there were payment difficulties and asked me to scan the Card I had used. I declined as any reputable Company would have just used my order no. Eventually I discovered that my order history showed that I had been refunded only a quarter of the cost! Even taking off the shipping and converting to US$ I couldn't reconcile the amount. Anyway no matter because I hadn't been refunded anything. I have never dealt with a reputable Company anywhere in the world that didn't have a Customer Service or any Department you can contact because all links lead you to shopping/sales. Or who asked you to scan your payment card. Having read other similar reviews I say stay away and hope they get shut down soon.
Yes it takes a long time to receive your items unfortunately for the consumer. The reality is wish is a middle man company. Most of the items are from overseas. So it takes a great deal of time to get items here in the U.S.
With that being said its not WISH fault of how many channels the items must go through be before arriving to our great mail sytem and its channels before it make it to your door step.
I purchased several items. When one item took to long getting to me i sent a question and got a respose in two days on my wish account. Made my complaint. Waited... got a refund and a very apologetic letter that ended with. We are sorry and we sent item out which may still show up later here is your refund keep the item that may show up later! And it did and I LOVE THE ITEM i feel bad i got my money back for it. I would shop wish again with no problem.

They took the money from my PayPal account even though they never placed the order. I have been a wish customer for a few years now. I order varied items. And most times, if an item was late, you'd get your refund and the item likely still showed up weeks later. However, the last time I actually received anything was early December 2016. I have since had to refund over a dozen items dating back to October 2016 when I placed the order. And this time, still no sign of the items. That's not the part I care about. I got the refund, that's fine, but there are other items I'd still like to order. There are other itens I have ordered, but were not at the refund point yet. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I've talked to other family members and friends, same issues, nothing ever arrives anymore. Did this company just go out of business or what? Why is this happening? I've sent in inquiries but never a reply. Anyone know why this is happening?
If you are expecting high quality items for just $1 or 2 overnight, then this is not the website for you. Especially if you buy a gift with a deadline.
Everything I have ordered has been serviceable and worked well. It takes a long time to arrive, but I just bought little stuff that I needed but not overnight. I would use this on occasion for unimportant items.
The absolutely worst online shopping experience ever... ordered 25 items on November 30,2016 most said I would get by the end of December then when I would check on the orders they had somehow been extended... the one item I did get was way way way to small even though I followed their guidelines of buy 2 sizes larger than you normally would... WRONG! Buy 5 sizes bigger than you normally would... the feedback that is supposed to be from customers is obviously generated by the sellers or Wish itself. They all day the same things... got sooner than expected was on a lot of the items... I think I am safe in saying WISH doesn't get a lot of repeat business., never again will I order from any site that originates in China or close to there... what a waste of time

I ordered my product on November 30th, as a Christmas present for a friend. I was estimated to get it sometime between Dec 15-25, which I thought was a bit long, but as long as it got here on time, I was perfectly fine with it. Didn't actually receive the item until today Janurary 20th... It's not a huge deal, but still, I will be wary about using this site in the future if a deadline needs to be met.
On the plus side, I got the item in great condition, and the price was fantastic!
I ordered a knock-off pair of Oakley sunglasses about the middle of December In no rush) i paid $1 for the glasses and $1 to ship. They arrived nicely packaged with no issues. I set them next to my real Oakley's and they are close but not the comfort. For a $1!
Love this site, they give refunds if items aren't received and are amazing to deal with. I have ordered so much off of this site and have only been disappointed by a couple things not arriving. Some products aren't the greatest quality, but when you're only paying a couple dollars, it's not a big deal. Love this site!

I will never order from Wish again. It's been 2 months and I still haven't received 3 of my 5 items. They were originally scheduled to be arriving by Christmas; however, every time I track my items the date has been pushed back. One of the two items I received, an eyeshadow palette, arrived broken. It also contained different colors than the picture provided. They did refund my money, which I appreciated. I have come to the conclusion that you get what you pay for. Lesson learned!
So Cheap you will never even imagine. You are trying your luck to purchase from them. I had purchased 5 times in 2016, one never arrived, one arrived but broken because the cheap packaging, one is good and happy, one is fake product which never work, one had the most beautiful image but arrive rubbish material.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
