My husband and I just purchased our first house together and started to shop for new furniture. I found a coffee table and 2 end tables that came as a set at a local business. They were asking WAY too much for it so I started doing some online research to see if I could find it elsewhere for cheaper. I did find it on multiple sites but the majority of them wouldn't ship to our area. Then I found it on Wish.com. It was about half the price and they shipped to our area. I had never used this site before but I had heard some decent things about them from friends so I decided to give them a try. Also, we wanted two of the furniture set and they had them in stock. I placed the order. My bank alerted me to the charge and I approved it. Wish.com, however, after receiving confirmation of payment and sending me an email advising that it was being processed for shipping, then CANCELED my order. I got in touch with their customer service, which is all message based - no phone number or human to speak to, and they said they would correct the situation. After another 24 hours, they got back in touch and said the same things as before - they had canceled my order and I should see a refund in a few days, and that if I would still like the items that I would have to create a new order. I looked at the furniture set that I had ordered and the price had gone up from $177.50 to $348 so we would have to pay approximately $750 for an order that originally cost $408.26. Absolutely ludicrous. I messaged them again that I was very unhappy with the situation but that I would re-order the set if they would honor the original price. After several back and forth messages with someone who doesn't speak English and never addressed my question, I demanded that they answer my question. I have not heard back from them and it's been over a week now. TOTAL CRAP WEBSITE and trying to scam people out of their money. I found my furniture elsewhere and I will NEVER use this sketchy website again.
Wish.com changes the price after you search and chose the item right after you click to buy. This is bait and switch and it is illegal
I wonder how people live with lying to a honest person just to take their money. This company and everyone that works with them have no conscience, they stole my money i saved up for my son's college abroad. I found a newsletter in my mail from tessline which gave details of their investments offer with mouth watering profits, I fell for it and took out my son's college savings to fund this investment, I was referred to a particular Carlos Joaquin who was my account manager, I don't know how they did, but this profit was increasing and increasing just as they said and I was so happy, I waited a bit longer to get more profits, until I requested for a withdrawal of my money, it was then I knew I'd been scammed, and my whole life came shattering, I cried for a couple of days, told my friends about it and they kept laughing at me for so long, until I saw an advert about timothybarlled@ g mai l. Its cheap and easy to use the have the best toys shoes jewelry I'm totally in love with the make up when I order I got exactly what I order I rather there than any where else
wish.com is a great website to buy something, however, there are so many things to take into consideration when going with Wish opposed to a more reputable store, and U.S. based
Pros:
*VERY cheap
*You can find many cute little knickknacks, jewelry, watches, and small things like that
*VERY cheap shipping, usually only a dollar more than the price of the item, many $1 items have $1 shipping
Cons:
*Shipping takes forever (they're based out of China, and your paying such a cheap price for shipping, no surprise there)
*Tracking isn't very accurate opposed to a shipping company like FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.
*customer service does NOT exist (yes, they may reply to your email, maybe but they're horrid to deal with)
*Good luck with getting a refund. (sorry, it just wont happen, and if it does, it'll take years to happen *literally*)
*Don't like what you got? Wanna ship it back? Nope, not happening either, unless you want to pay a ton on shipping (which will almost always be on you, not them)
*Items may not come as pictured (seeing that this is a sketchy Chinese based store, what you see may NOT be what you get)
*Items may not come in one piece (since the shipping is so cheap, the safety of your item coming in one piece is slim. Bear in mind, the bigger and more fragile your item, the less hope you should have)
*Items may just not come. (Since the shipping is so cheap and its coming out of some odd Chinese factory, it may get lost and never get to you.)
*You cant rely on anything to be a positive purchase except for little things like watches, jewelry, and things of the like (So do NOT go buying like a camera from them, sorry, but that is just plain stupid. Unless of course you want to waste a good amount of money.)
*See all those cute clothes they're selling? Yeah, you shouldn't buy anything from them. As already stated, they're a Chinese store, not only do sizes run weird, but God knows what it will look like when it arrives.
So all in all, it's a great place for buying little things at a cheap price; phone cases, watches, jewelry, knickknacks, etc., but a terrible place for anything else.

They have a variety of items for sale, but when you purchase things online there is always a risk! That is why some people like going to the store so that they can see and feel the product. I have purchased 3 items so far, and I have only gotten one of them. The quality of this item seems okay, but I have that attitude of "I get what I pay for". I purchased a ring and I do love it because it is made from a good metal, but I can see that the color is wearing off of it. I realized that I should have purchased the silver one instead. I am not at a loss of 3 bucks. Keep in mind when you're ordering from China it is going to take at least a month or two before you get your item. Their sizing chart is way different from the US and that is for majority of their products. I have ordered items off of eBay from China and was surprised that some of my cake decorating tips were not the same size as the ones I purchased in the US. This product took forever to come and they ended up having to ship me another one since the first one never arrived (eBay). Their large is like a size 8, so when ordering clothes one has to remember to order the biggest size they have and pray. You can expect high quality stuff all you want, but understand that they can't give you cheap and quality, so decide what you want. I am still waiting for 2 other items, and according to the delivery date they still have a few days to get here. I enjoy shopping online, because I find great deals and don't mind waiting for them to arrive. I will only pay the store for convenience if I really want the product RIGHT NOW! To eachs own! I hope my review helps others.
Bought some Samsung headphones for $1 and I'm almost sure they aren't genuine. Sound and feel terrible. Awful quality. Waste of time and money!

I got the items and they are both perfect. Shipping times were standard. A little longer for the poster, but the hoodie came fast.
I like the products but the delays in shipment are very disappointing. Sizing is also a issue as it doesnt match the size charts.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
