They do not sell what they advertise and If you complain they say "your order has been fulfilled" do yourself a favor and don't order from wish.

Base on my experience, My item does not arrived for months. The problem is that the tracking was Inaccurate. Their last location was "Wishpost order has been generated" ever since after I bought it. The app said the latest will arrived at this date, but in the end they said it'll be delayed it again. The problem is that when I wanted to get a refund to the seller, it said "Failed to find product with this ID" and the Customer support wasn't even helping! Just some bot keep repeating the same question/response. What a horrible system if you asked me. Why wouldn't they allow me direct to the seller? Why couldn't they update the tracking item? Why does it need to be delayed? It make me question even more and thinking it's a scam that they delete their account away. I know that I bought the item was pretty cheap and shouldn't expect it and make a big deal out of it but since I pay for it, I still deserve to get my item. PS: I know some people here said we shouldn't trust an app that selling cheap stuffbut I don't believe that the case because I download another app which cost similar as I bought it on wish. Guess what? The item arrive on few weeks. That being said it all depends on the website and Wish isn't the one we shouldn't trust.
HORRIBLE... refund policy... I ordered some headphones that were red for my wife for Valentine's Day at the end of 4 weeks I hadn't received them and I contacted them. They inform me they were delayed and did I want a refund or did I want to wait. I told them I was happy with waiting another 2 weeks went by I still hadn't received them and with quickly approaching Valentine's Day I contacted them and again they apologized and asked me if I would like to wait or want a refund I informed them I again would wait. 2 weeks later I contacted them as it was several days before Valentine's Day and they inform me that it was passed the refund time and I could NOT get a refund I contacted customer service and they said that their policy. Why are they asking me if I would like to wait when they know the time for REFUND is about to approach. This is stealing. In my opinion this Could have easily been corrected the customer service refused to refund my money this happened on 3 other orders in excess of a $150. I did contact an LEGAL and it's just not financially worth Pursuing any legal action. In my opinion... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY... Often times when you receive the item it's the wrong model, color, or its broken, Often times it's flat out junk... They prey on people who have addiction for Shopping... I can guarantee you this will NOT be posted by wish

Some of the stuff takes so long to get. I'm still waiting on a shirt I ordered back on May 10th. I realize it's coming from China but come on.
So free item when you open your account cool. Then you have to give cc number to pay 1.00 shipping that's the hook. Then you think OK wow is it really this great. So you order something else OK the line. You receive your items very quickly, this is great. So you place another order. Some things don't come or show up late. WISH has your back. They refund your money a month to 6 weeks later item arrives so it's free because they had your back. Place another order and stuff starts to trickle in each day. This order isn't what was shown or described so their gone to make it right. But you have to pay for the return shipping in order to get a refund. Even though the first reply to my complaint said I was validated in my complaint. The next day stuff comes and it's 3 pieces should have been 6 they are gone to send me rest of my order so sorry. Next morning the message says they will send a refund. I wanted the items not the refund so now must go out and purchase items some where else WISH I'd done that 3 weeks ago then would have it and wouldn't have a headache. Some items have been above and beyond my expectations. Several not so much. Buyer beware. Shop at your own risk. Clothing listed in description as a US size 22 is barely a size 10 US. And all is see through. They tell you order 2 sizes larger so next thing comes and I can fit 3 people in it. If you order gone by descriptions and overview pictures they tell you your fault for ordering wrong size. Snapshot all order information and questions and reply because you will at some point need it. Do not throw away original packaging if you are in question of an item ordered because they will ask for a picture of the original packaging with the tracking number because (THEY CAN'T FIND IT) so yep love to hate hate to love relationship with #WISH
They ship defective product and only refund a fraction of the purchase price. The product is garbage. Total waste of time and money,

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
