I don't like the fact it takes a month to get the orders or that they ship stuff out due to the size and color worst website I have ever ordered from
Everything I ordered was received in a timely fashion. Communication was great regarding shipment of product.

Wish is quite crap... will tell my story...
I ordered a tablet that costs around 60 euro, it should have been delivered from China. The initial estimated delivery was 3 weeks, few days before the end of the 3 weeks I saw that the delivery date was updated and postponed of two other weeks, and happened the same thing, the delivery date got updated few days before it should arrive of two other weeks...
I contacted the support after one month asking for a refund and explaining the situation ( as also the tracking post reference the last update was saying returned to the merchant on the 2nd of June) and the support just keep saying (seems they do copy/paste of reply) that there could be delays... but the sad story is that I cannot ask any refund for an item that can get the delivery date updated till the next 10 years... and so doing will not get back anything because for their system everything is fine... IT IS AN ILLEGAL SYSTEM THAT WOULD REQUIRE THE ATTENTION OF SOME LAWYER TO SHUT DOWN THIS ORGANIZED STEALING SYSTEM FROM THE SELLER ON ONE SIDE AND FROM WISH ON THE OTHER THAT DOESN'T CARE...
It's good but there are some items that I still did not receive and I did not even recieve my refund in some of them but otherwise it's greate cause I get some of the items
I ordered two rings from wish on June 9th and received an email on July 7th that my rings were delivered. I checked my mail and had regular mail and packages, but nothing from wish. When I contacted them I was told due to COVID-19 that there may be some delays with shipping and to wait until September 17th for them to come, and if they didn't by then to then contact them.
I've been checking periodically on the app for updates and yesterday was told it was out of the refund range because a month had passed. I received two different responses (I had to file a separate complaint for each ring), where on one ring I was told that it showed on their end that it was delivered and it was too late for a refund.
On the other ring I was told to wait until September 18th for the ring to be delivered. I have asked why I am getting two Very different answers and which one is correct but I am constantly ignored.
I will never buy from wish again. They have scammed me out of 90 dollars and are refusing to make it right in any way.
I'd accept either a refund or them resending the rings (who knows if I would actually receive them then, though).
Don't waste your time or money on wish.

Ordered item paid for quick shipping never received the item. They also bombard you with emails once you give them your address.

So I bought an external 8TB hard drive, I checked the listing over and over to make sure what I was getting and made the payment, 6 weeks later I get an email asking if I have received the item - I had not, 3 weeks after that an empty case came with a price on the packaging of a couple of euros for an empty hard drive case, now I can get an empty case for less than £1 here so have no need to order one from china. When I attempted to contact customer support I found out that THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE CONTACTED BY PHONE! So that set alarm bells ringing straight away, when I received a mail saying that the seller sent the correct item and now the advert suddenly says it is case only and they will not refund, basically I've just given this 'company' money for nothing. Be aware of the 'reviews by buyers' that give all 5 stars especially if they mention that customer support was excellent and if they say they received refund why and how did they contact this non existent customer support. I sent a copy of the original listing to the 'support agent' where it does not say anything about the item being an empty case and this has not been acknowledged in any way. In short if the prices seem to be too good to be true then they are, AVOID THESE SCAMMERS/MONEY LAUNDERERS!

Easy to shop and communication is very quick. Couldn't be better in my opinion. The product is as what's shown and any problems solved fast.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
