After complaining that the shoes I had ordered where to small size 6 in English which where 39 on the site
( At least 2 sizes too small)

What bad customer service a disgrace!
I, like many others, became upset asked and addicted with the items found on this app. However I was quick to learn they failed to meet quality standards as well as poor customer service! I've ordered countless items. Some so poor in quality I tossed them at once. Others smell so bad it's toxic. After having several months of difficulties, the app not recognizing my password or login information. I remove the app from my phone. Got a new phone downloaded it again and tried once more. Checking the status of some of the items in which I ordered I took note that there was an item I have not yet received. Months had passed. I contacted customer service and they told me it exceeded the 30 days request. I explained all details listed above and yet still nothing. It's fraud if you take funds for something and do not provide that item or service. So I will be calling my lawyers! STAY AWAY! BUY MADE IN AMERICA ITEMS - years from now we will leaned all this $h|t is toxic and the cause of a new cancer! Yep, THEY ARE THAT BAD!
Near the start of the pandemic I purchased a comforter from Wish for $60. I've bought a lot of really cheap crap from them over the years but the is the first time I spent real money. I also purchased 5 or 6 other small items that day. It took months for everything to come in but the comfortor never arrived. It said it was shipped and I know everything was delayed because of Civid so I patiently waited. One day I looked at the tracking and it was returned to the merchant. When I contacted customer service all they tell me is that it is too late for a refund due to their policy. WISH STOLE $60 FROM ME! PLUS SHIPPING! NEVER AGAIN!
I agree that one star is too high a rating for what I've received thus far. I ordered a four-part painting. The cost, I should have believed, was too good to be true, even after shipping. The product arrived as four rolled-up canvases that looked nothing like the original pic advertising the product - very washed-out and much smaller than the "dwarf" couch over which they hung in the pic.
Shipping: OMG! I realize that they project a date about a month after you order, but I also believe that the shipping charges and times are not visible until after you commit to the order. You've already committed yourself to a purchase, and so they have you!
I'm NOT one of the naysayers who says we need to only buy American, and by no means would I ever discourage international trade and the chance for other countries to introduce products to us - but this (and I'm sure, hundreds of other goods and vendors) is a supreme rip-off! My single little purchase doesn't mean anything, but the millions of dollars that are gained by companies that know what a hassle it is for the consumer to obtain a refund - means that they are pretty insulated from retribution or prosecution (Ever try to take a Chinese company to small claims court? Is there even such a thing?). The concept of really cheap stuff if great - but the problem is that it is "really cheap stuff!"
Take money right away. No shipping information ever sent because items never sent. No response. Reported to Paypal.

I ordered a week ago, the tracking number they gave me is wortless, they say it may take as long as 2 months,( california to arizona) which is completely ridiculous, they claim DHL has the package DHL denies that all they say is they have electronic notification, Wish keeps saying wait two months, i feel like wish is giving me the old wait and see run around that you get just before you get screwed, i would advise anyone to stay away from wish, their customer service is rude and incompetent at best.

After ordering at beginning of May and only receiving 1 item up until July 15th and no help or answers from Wish Support and everything showing still in China contacted Visa with all my back up and fully credited back ALL FUNDS within 3 days of them receiving my info! Just tell them you want to dispute the charges, as long as you attempted to resolve with no luck first they are happy to help, FINALLY REAL CUSTOMER CARE AND SUPPORT!

Ok I never write these type of things but I felt strong enough about this to do so.
I have now order two things from these people and both were defective out of the box. When I try to return them, i am told that i will have to pay shipping to have my original amount returned! WTF? Never in all my years of shopping online have I heard of something this stupid. They want you to pay more money out of pocket to be refunded for a defective item they sold!

I've been hacked twice in the last two months using two different cards by HOME/WISH on line shopping. The last one was done yesterday, one day after I purchased from Home in a matter of less than an hour for hundreds of dollars. I started checking my on line shopping history, and Bingo, my first hacking was done the day after I bought from HOME/WISH. Please be careful if you shop here because I believe they have a very faulty security service.
Does anyone know how I can demand HOME/WISH the money I lost from the illegal hacking? Thank you very much.
WISH is a nightmare. 1st the site is not secure. Then you cannot EVER (phone service is not supported at this time) speak to a person when your account is compromised and money is being stolen from you. The email contact is unable to fathom what your needs are so make the situation worse. So you have to cancel your payment method which you have no memory of allowing them to store. And since by the time you discover the problem it's now up to you to fight WISH for a refund. NOTHING they sell is worth the BS that comes with dealing with them. And just an added hoorah, when the Russians or Chinese or whoever get your info not only will they spend your money they will send threatening emails to expose your sexual deviations via VIDEO that they "have" OK that one made me laugh but it was still part and parcel of what WISH allows to happen due to their lack of security. NOTHING on or about their site is safe, STAY AWAY.

I really like how cheap everything on wish is, I ordered 2 items 3 weeks ago and still have yet to recieve them, I just don't understand why it takes almost a month to receive my items?

I am normally an extra small, but to be safe I orderded a medium and it was WAY to small. Not to mention I paid extra for fast shipping. I placed my order in December and took 2 months for my order to come in and only to come to find out I wasted75$ on such terrible clothing quality. Not impressed at all, However, the only thing I would trust buying from Wish is their jewlery, The price actually matches the quality.
Too bad I had to post on sitejabber in order to receive a refund! If they would have been reasonable from the beginning, this would never have happened.

Ordered a phone cover badly scratched couldnt cope with sending it back but the 2nd and only never again order was a samsung tab cover and they sent an ipad mini size.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
