This is the most horrible experience I have ever had making a purchase online! I don't believe these people read or speak the English language nor do they care at all about good customer service. I placed my order and they split it into 2 orders. The first package arrived crushed and completely unusable. After a week or two of going back and forth with this company, the finally refunded my money for the damaged goods. They state that the second package was delivered to my home and provided a tracking number and told me to contact my local post office to file a claim. I contacted the PostMaster and was told that the tracking number Wish provided was invalid and they had no history of this package and could not file a claim for the missing package. Long story short... contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges which were refunded to me immediately. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE UNREPUTABLE!

Fraud or really unserious company,
In the checkout screen the full price was 98 CHF and my paypal was billed 135.40 CHF.
After that they tried to explain me that the price was without shipping but i had the checkout open in a new tab and the total price with shipping was for sure 98 CHF!
Wish is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. I ordered a tablet for my mom. They shipped it to some random person according to the post office when I inquired about tracking. Post office said they couldn't help because they delivered to the address on label. They said contact the seller well, you can't. Wish has no phone support. You can pick from a list of problems with their customer service automated bot on the website. If it doesn't list your problem you are out of luck. After a month goes by, the bot will give you the option to describe your issue and allegedly a person will read it. That doesn't matter. I did this 5 times and the response was the same. They said it was delivered and closed the support ticket even though I clearly explained that the item was not addressed to me and they could verify that with the post office. They simply don't care about their customers. Now I am forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company and hope they will reverse the charge. The company gets almost 3 months to respond before that can happen. I will never buy anything from them again. Nothing is a deal if they take your money and get nothing in return

Very very poor quality and very deceiving pictures. They change up your actual order and send something entirely different, I would not suggest risking a purchase with Wish. THEY ALSO REFUSE A REFUND AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. I had to do a dispute with Visa to get my money back.
Don't order from this company. They steal designs and photos from independent crafters who are trying to make a living and mass produce them using cheap materials.

Just unbelievable. Clicked to order a bathing suit in size M. Emailed at the same time asking for information on measurements for medium, as M could mean anything depending on the company, region, product, etc.
Lots of AI bots, the old run around, no information.
Told my product was shipped, and nothing can be done till I receive it.
When I receive it, their medium is our extra small. Very cheap thin polyester. Poor quality.
(The product listing estimated delivery in July, which is why I had ordered.
After placing the order, the email said delivery would be in September! So I bought another locally, much better quality, comparable price, and faster delivery. The wish horror did arrive near the end of July.)

I paid for some soap on wish and used the paylater option they charged me 3.73 on the 25th odf September and will charge me 3.73 again on the 30th of september I saw in my order history when I purchased it, it was on pending. I had another look a daylater at order my history and it has disappeared, the information says you can pay the rest earlier just go to order history but I cant find mine. I feel abit ripped off.

In the time that I have been buying the wish, 90% of my orders have arrived, 3% have made me a refund as long as it does not pass the month after the purchase and 2% or did not arrive in a period of more than 3, or the reimbursement was no longer possible because of the passage of the month to be able to make the claim of the money or also some of the items arrived in a size that was not requested (3 times happened to me)
I know that in many cases being products sent by mail, the delay in your arrival is usually because in the country where you receive the product does not have a good local mail system and that is my case

Despite all the bad reviews and not so many good ones I decided to see for myself and place an order with them just to see how they work. My order was supposed to take two months to arrived, surprisingly it only took 20 days. So for now I must say that their delivery service wasn't so bad after all. However, as I suspected; the item I ordered was nothing like the one I received, it was supposed to be made of Sterling Silver 925, what I have here is a piece of jewellery made of a cheap metal, stainless steal, aluminium, you name it, but it's absolutely not Sterling Silver. Well, I paid 6 dollars for everything including shipping so I knew something was gonna go wrong. My advice is; be very careful with what you order form them, you're better off going to a brick and mortar store where you can see first hand what you're getting. My 2 stars rating is because I got my order earlier than expected but Wish website is very deceiving when it comes to presenting their catalogue, honestly if I wanted fake, cheap metal jewellery I could've just gone to any of the many fake jewellery stores I have around here. Present what you're selling as what it is and stop deceiving people for their money.

They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
