I have ordered a few things from Wish. You basically get what you paid for. The jewelry is ok. My daughter liked the few necklaces I got her. The watch didn't work. Most of it broke after wearing it once. I would stay away from clothes. Ordered a couple of shirts for someone. I ordered 3x in US sizes. It was more like a Medium.
I placed an order on May 27. It is Aug. 8th and I have yet received all of it. I asked for a refund and guess what, my time ran out yesterday! This place is horrible. Support said they could give me credit. Ha ha Never again
Some times you get what you order and some times int won't come or it just like a weak late. Most of the time it's good and I like wish that there is so much of anime and Japanese style for a good price.

I ordered two 64gb micro sd cards and when they arrived they wouldn't work but about 1/3 of the stated size or less! SAVE YOUR MONEY & STRESS AND BUY IT OFF OF AMAZON. At least there you'll know you're getting legit merchandise.
Very dissapointed in Wish. I paid for my items and had to wait +- 2 months, sometimes 3months, because of the prolong waiting time I had to wait. But after 5 months informing them I have not received the 4 items, the refund policy does not apply.
Bought two things from for birthdays and they were good items. But when we get credit card statement they had put a $286. Charge on it. I try to contact customer service and of course the phone number on the statement wasn't answered by a person but rather a recording that tells me that I must contact them through their app. After navigating through through the steps to right a message I am then told it will be 3 business days before I can get look for a response! Ain't right I'll be sharing this as much as I can and I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company!'
I ordered some items on may 25th and I knew they would take time to get to me but I decided to make the purchase anyways. The 1st batch arrived at the beginning of july and quality wasn't good at all but for 1 dollar plus another one on shipping you can't expect a diamond jewel. They ship it thru our regular mail and for the 1st batch I didn't have to pay anything.
Now somebody calls me from mail and says I have 11 packages which i have to retire but it would cost me 2 more dollars because it was sent certified ir something like that. I requested them to return all packages to its origin and requested a refund to wish for the items that I was allowed to. But wish only refunded 1.70 when I paid 2 dollars each so refund is not complete.
I don't recommend buying at Wish unless you want to get a headache
I am very disappointed with service of Wish. I had 4 orders, 1 of which was a birthday present for someone who really wanted the item I ordered. I had to eventually cancel 3 of the 4 I ordered. Now I am waiting on 1 more order, which I really want. I ordered this item on the 30th May 2018 and I still have not received it. The arrival date keeps changing even though it says on the carrier site it has reached the country destination. For my First time shopping online I am really not happy with the service I am currently receiving, because no one can tell me where my parcel actually is.
Nothing works and i waited 6 weeks for a 200gb hard drive and as expected it didn't work when it finally arrived. 4 other items i ordered either didn't work or where of poor quality. I can't believe they used a famous footballer to advertise their scam based business. Harry Kane stick to scoring goals for Tottenham Hotspurs
Ordered hats arrived in bags all bend out of shape will never. Buy from wish again. Very disappointed with this company. I hope customers read this before ordering from wish. The osman.

Extremadamente satisfecho, debido a que siempre tengo garantía de devolución si no llega mi pedido o si llega dañado. Lo único que no me gusta es que tarda a veces hasta 3 meses en llegar, pero entiendo que están muy lejos y que tiene que pasar el pedido por aduanas y revisiones.
I have *******@15 items from WISH.com. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Everything I ordered took at least 2 months to arrive at my address and@ 8 of the items I did not receive at all. I have better things to do with my time to try and email this company several times a week regarding their non existant customer service. Avoid this site. Tey are scammers, will take your money and not send you the product and there is nothing you can do about it.
I placed 3 orders with wish, never receded even one order, bunch of liars, they will tell you to wait for the delivery date when that date come they change to other date, you will wait for your order till you 60yrs. I don't think this wish thing exist, it just a scam.it was just a waist of time, waiting for 3 moths for nothing. I will never but at wish. Sorry
Awful service and no costumer service even the 800 number is a joke call it for yourself before you order from them
