Sizing is a problem for me, it's never right. I also don't receive a lot of the clothes. I have bought a phone case, sink sprayer, a change purse and other things that are great. Thank you for making it so easy! I just wish I could speak to a human sometimes.
They offer some great deals, but by and large it's "buyer beware." Their customer service is good enough that they'll reimburse you when the purchase inevitably gets lost in the mail but with some notable exceptions the quality of the items offered have been extremely disappointing. I bought a handful of stuff from this app. The first few transactions went very smooth. I then bought a bunch of watches of which half never showed up. Only two did. I lost track of time and eventually just gave up on waiting for them. The orders that i made for the watches don't show up on my purchase history through wish but they sure do show up on my bank statement. I wonder why that Is? I will not be buying anything from here again.

Very happy with all the products I purchased. The only problem I have had was an opened package and to contact Wish the automated questions didn't fit. I can't believe they have never heard of a tool falling out of the packaging. I purchased another tool and am happy, again.

It's impossible to return an item because when you try on the app, it just will not let you type in any information requesting an address to mail back the item you bought. Forget about calling the one 800 number, you will never get a human being on the phone. The shoes I bought are absolutely adorable but far too small and too narrow. I will never shop from them again

I put about 20 bags in my cart (they were very smart) and went to what I thought was the order summary page, like oh, I don't know... EVERY OTHER SITE I've ever been to has. Not Wish. They had payment info from a previous purchase and whammo! I was charged $199!
I went to their "customer service" which is an automated bot and requested a refund. They said no refunds. Just Wish credit. They said a representative would email me back in three days. That was 11 days ago.
I am doing a dispute through my bank right now. I will NEVER deal with this company again.

I bought two item on wish, seller sent them to the wrong address, I opened the case and tell Wish I haven't received the items, they refuse to provide refund even I have letter from Royal Mail that shows the tracking address do not match with my home address. Royal Mail confirmed the address is wrong and Wish kept asking me to contact Royal Mail! I am very disappointed with Wish and their bad customer service! Very unhelpful!

I ordered a couple of cheap Trijicon ACOG clones for my AR15 from a seller on there and was sent two pillow cases in their place w/ a note included that they were waiting on more stock to come in. It said the pillow cases were a "gift" while I waited for what I ordered to come and that I'd get another "gift" with my order. I had to take pictures of the pillow cases and note along w/ a couple paragraphs about what happened. Their system showed I got the order since tracking showed I got a package from them. I finally got my money back after a while, but it was a pain in the rear and totally not worth the trouble. The other orders that I wasn't "brazenly" scammed on were all very poor quality products produced by slave labor in a 3rd world communist country (yeah, CHINA). Save your money and don't send it over there. Try to buy good made in America or at least made in a country that doesn't cheat and steal from us!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
