WORST COMPANY EVER

THIS WISH CRAP IS THE WORST EVER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY LOVE PLAYING GAMES WITH YOUR MONEY, AND IF THEY CAN THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY. THEY PROMISE ALLOT THAT THEY CAN NOT KEEP. I TRIED CALLING THEM AND THEY ARE NOT TAKING CALLS SO YOU STUCK EMAILING WITCH IS A WASTE OF TIME. WHEN THE ITEM DONT SHOW BY THE DELIVERY DATE, THEY WILL PUSH IT BACK A COUPLE WEEKS BACK AND TELL YOU ITS STILL WITHIN THE DELIVERY DATE, AND WHEN IT DONT SHOW BY THAT DATE THEY WILL PUSH IT BACK SOME MORE, AND THAT IS WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN DOING TO ME SINCE APRIL 28TH THAT I PLACED MY ORDER. ITS NOW JUNE 23, AND AND THE ITEM HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED, AND THEY FIGHTING TO KEEP MY MONEY AND THE ITEM AS WELL. I PLACED THE ORDER CAUSE I DID NOT EVEN REALIZE THAT IT WAS THROUGH WISH, CAUE I WOULD NEVER HAD PLACED IT. IT MY 1ST ORDER WITH THEM BY ACCIDENT AND THIS IS THE SERVICE I GET, I CAN ASSURE YOU I WILL NEVER EVER PLACE ANOTHER ORDER THROUGH THEM AND IF I CAN TALK ANYONE I KNOW OUT OF ORDERING FROM THEM ALSO I WILL. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES. I WILL DEFINITELY REPORT THEM. $#*!ING JOKE THIS WISH CRAP. HAD TO BE A CHINA BASED COMPANY.

Feeling Ripped Off

Wish is the worst online shopping experience ever. I would rather pay the extra and know that I will get the product and when. They offer products then tell you they are out of stock but then you see it at a higher price. They keep delaying estimated arrival day for months and there is no way to return the item even though it's no longer needed. The clothing sizes are not correct (even using the Asian size table) most of my orders do not arrive (even waiting for 2 months). I now have items which have been delayed for the 3rd time and I cannot ask for a refund. Nobody to talk too.

Scam
June 22, 2020

This site is a absolute joke. Do not get scammed by them. 17 refunds iv received but not received the shipping cost. Tracking numbers that don't exist. Tracking numbers that keep changing. Dates on items for delivery keep changing. Havnt received any of there products it's a total scam this site needs to be taken down. Ripping people off you should be ashamed of yourself.

Scam
June 22, 2020

I had ordered 2 items from wish on June 5 and now it's June 22. Never got an email from them stating what's wrong with my order. I'd called the customer service number but only automate came on and there's no email address to email them either. I'm just trying to cancel my order and get a refund back to me. I will never do business with Wish again. SCAM!

I ordered a dress on 30 May 2020. It still hasn't arrived and order date keeps being pushed out. There is no customer service to contact.

I ordered jackets that stated they were on sale for extremely cheap. When I got my confirmation email, I realized that I was charged the full price for the items. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they claimed there was nothing they could do, since I had no actual proof other than a screenshot of the purchase before making the payment. They were extremely unhelpful and refused to cancel my order or give me a refund. This was my first time ordering anything from Wish, and I plan to never do so again.

Same story, ordered stuff, never arrived, no response to emails and no way of getting in touch.

If you must order from them, then pay using PayPal, then at least you can lodge a complaint and eventually get your money back because Wish don't respond to PayPal either.

I made an order mid May - delivery was first estimated at end of May, then early June, now late June. Theoretically it is now in the UK, but there is a worrying line, the latest, saying it's just left the village. I suspect I'll never get this package.

I signed up and placed an order. The order never arrived. Try contacting WISH - almost impossible to do. Finally I found an email address and told them the package never arrived. They did nothing. Tried again 2 weeks later. No response. Dont waste your time.

I ordered mop heads from them on April 4,2020. It is now June 21 and I have not received any indication that the order has left China or arrived in the US. I tried to cancel the order on April 5th after receiving a notice that suggested the delivery may take some time. They would not allow me to cancel. My last communication to them replied that I should wait until July and if it has not shown by then I should contact them again. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

On May 4th, 2020, I ordered a set of tuning key for my guitar on WISH. Today is June 21st, and I STILL have not received them. They seem to know which order I'm talking about (email only) and keep pushing the date back. Hey, I didn't expect the kind of delivery I get from Amazon, but at the time, this was such a bargain that I couldn't resist. 16 bucks for the same tuning keys I'd seen on music sites for 3 times as much. Well, by now, Paypal has closed my case and I keep getting the runaround and laundry list of apologies and excuses from WISH. So I told them today that if they cannot process my refund, I will go through my bank and do a chargeback, which I hate doing. I will NEVER order from WISH again. Oh I ordered a couple other little things that were free but I still had to pay the shipping. Never received those either. There are way too many options out there. NEVER AGAIN.

I am more than 2 months and 15 emails into trying to get a full refund for a purchase that NEVER arrived. There is NO phone support for customer service. All done through automated response that goes in loops. Emails are also mostly automated. DO NOT BUY from this company. If you have a problem you have very few options. All items are imported from oversees on slow boats... beware!

They do not say where the item is coming from until after the fact. I order 4 items back in late March early April and yet I still sit here 3 months later and have NOTHING! I have reached out requested a refund and NOTHING! Covid-19 or not... it doesn't take 3 months to get items here! I would NEVER buy from this website AGAIN!
