I recently purchased a tent from Wish.com and to my surprise, when it was delivered, it was delivered to the wrong address with a wrong name, and I had paid for it and had the tracking number, but it was delivered to someone else. Then when I tried to get a refund they automatically refunded me with Wish cash never ask for that then their where like I'm sorry I can't help you because it's already been a transferred into wish cash. So in other words they're making me use $227 to purchase junk off of Wish. Everyone be aware do not order anything for this trash company.

Over the last 6 months i have only gotten maybe 2 orders filled correctly. On April 7 I picked up a order that was supposed to have 9 items in it there were only 7.2 of those 7 were the wrong color and another a orange swimsuit arrived in a package that was not only open but was missing the bottoms. I have contacted Customer Service 5 times on the missing bottoms and one of the wrong color. It is now April13 and they have not refunded the over $35.00 for these 2 items. A order i picked up in April 12 only had 2 items and 1 item was wrong. I have tried 3 times to contact customer service but each time I take a picture to attach it ends the whole thing when i hit ok, I never get ti the submit part of tne notification. The lousy service I have been receiving from both stores and customer service has me ready to cancel my account with Wish. Also in Dec 2022 i received a light up shower head that did not work but was not about to ruin my phone trying to take picture of it not working. In order to show it not working the shower would have to be on, would risk my phone getting wet. Now this bull of not being to send in a complaint without a picture is stupid. In the first place when an item is missing just tell me how a person is suppose to attach a picture of something they never got. The missing items from the order I picked up on April 7 th I just took a picture of the bottom of a chair and attached it so I could submit the claim. I can give you a couple of suggestions on how to cut down on all the errors. If Wish is interested contact me. Because I can't be the only one ready to cancel my account due to the lower prices not being worth all the hassel of getting their money refunded due to lousy service.

Poor quality items. Not worth the price of the items or the shipping costs. Too often Wish sends incorrect items, wrong size, etc. They do not like to refund your money. I do not recommend spending your money on WISH products. People are generally disappointed, as you can see by the reviews most people leave.

I clicked on an add in my email for a Chinese website called Wish.com. Bad move! I shopped and found a charger for AA, AAA, C, D and 9 volt batteries. The listing showed a photo of the charger and, according to the way it was worded, you could order it with a choice of 1 to 8 D-cells (see my screen shot).
I ordered the least expensive choice, which included one D-cell. In the title it stated 1-8 pcs D cells, then it said "+ LCD Smart Charger". Wanna know what I got for a total of $22.62, including shipping? I got one (1) D-cell battery and a broken cheap plastic case for it, and nothing else! That's right. NO CHARGER! And, it took a full month for the delivery!
I figured it had to be an honest mistake, so I contacted the company via their messaging system (no phone number provided). I carefully explained the issue. I provided the screen shot of the listing, which I had saved when I placed the order. I always do that just in case of something screwy like this, which had never happened before at any other retailer's site.
I went back and forth with company reps (never the same rep twice). I always got the same answer. I was told I had received exactly what I had ordered! I asked them why their company was apparently the ONLY one on planet Earth selling a single D-cell battery for $22.62. And, because of that, wasn't it obvious to them that a big mistake was made? Of course, that's one question they simply avoided answering.
The reps were obviously following a directive that obligated them to tell the buyer it was all their fault, not the fault of Wish.com - no matter what! Then, believe it or not, they always ended their messages by welcoming me to buy more from their dishonest site! Was that their way of telling me to go blank myself?!?
The injustice was so glaringly obvious, that almost any other retailing site would have jumped at the chance to fix the error with profuse apologies. Not Wish.com. No. Keeping me as a customer was the farthest thing from their minds. Apparently, they chose Wish as their name because they'd make sure that buyers would Wish they had never ordered from them.
UPDATE:
After they read one of my online reviews of them, and after my contacting our credit card company about Wish's fraudulent sale, Wish.com suddenly saw things my way and said my refund is coming. I'll update this if the refund never comes. Even if it does, I would NEVER buy from Wish.com ever again. And, in my opinion, neither should you!

Wish kept sending me computer generated messages and did not attend to my request. Five E14 7watt bulbs ordered from LED LIGHTING STORE within the WISH trading site.When fitted the bulbs all failed within three and a half days. I requested REPLACEMENT BULBS but they would not grant my request because by the time I had decorated my lounge and fitted my new energy saving bulbs more than thirty days had passed. How can Wish support and protect a supplier that's sends out goods not fit for the purpose. These modern energy saving bulbs should of lasted three to four years and not three and a half days. DO NOT buy electrical products from Wish you only have a thirty day guarantee. DO NOT BUY from the electrical supplier LED LIGHTING STORE from other reports on their site other customers have also received faulty bulbs.
UPDATE ON MY REVIEW. 25-10-2023
After over 12 months believing Wish had forgotten me, today Wish have refunded into my bank the full cost of the bulbs plus the postage charge. Thank you Wish, better late than never.

I ordered two items back in November. They were shipped out but never delivered to me. Apparently they are stuck in the US somewhere because it says awaiting delivery scan. When I tried to contact customer service, they said there was nothing they can do because it was shown as delivered on their end. They also tend to have listings with Clickbait. What you see is usually not what you get. Don't waste your time on this place.

Wish people are criminals and committing financial crime. I ordered a few things for a trip and they were supposed to come on time. NEVER came. Nothing. Not sure if it got lost or they never sent them on the first place. After I came back from a trip I reached out to the support with the screenshot of everything I ordered and all the information I could find. They ask me for more information - do not tell me where it is or how to find it - nothing. Finally, I found it with the help of google and then they tell me that I gave this extra information outside of the specific time frame, they cannot do anything for me. REGARDLESS, that I my original request was within the timeframe. WISH SUCKS! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
