I ordered a grow light for my indoor vegetable garden and when it arrived (weeks after the tracking number reported it delivered,) I opened it, plugged it in, and found that only half of the lights actually worked. Contacted the BS support "digital rep" and was told that I'm responsible for paying for return shipping. For a defective item! Unbelievable! In total, I've ordered three different items from Wish.com and all 3 were poorly constructed and all around cheap. You get what you pay for, I guess.
1) OK, I read the reviews and for clothing I know I have to order larger sizes than normal. But even when ordering clothes two sizes up they haven't fit more often than not. However, that is more about me failing to order the correct size. My real issue is #2)
#2) They use FedEx to deliver. FedEx claims it delivered though we were home all day the day the say it was delivered. Door bell never rang and I checked multiple times. No photo indicating they actually delivered nor delivered to correct address. FedEx system just says to contact Seller. Wish says nothing they can do because FedEx says it was delivered. If FedEx is going to suck this badly, Wish should use a different carrier.
If you buys clothing or shoes makes sure its cheap enough to just donate, you will not get a refund if it doesn't fit. The ONLY way you will recoup your cost is if they send the completely wrong item or you don't receive it at all. I no longer shop there because every article of clothing doesn't fit and the description only loosely matches what you receive in the mail. You'll save money in the long run buying from somewhere else.

As the title. Do yourself a favour and order from Amazon or somewhere else that will actually provide you a product that works or at least some customer service. Don't get fooled by the pricing, it's all the cheapest of Chinese junk and you'll regret it.

Last week I bought some boots from wish. The money went out on the 12th today another lot of money went out for the same boots. I contacted them and they refunded me 1 lot of money and said they weren't sending them. See my issue. They owe me another refund. Charged me twice. Not sending order. Refunded me once. I'm fuming and just to add to this, I have been treated in a disgusting manner today trying to sort this out. They have the customer service skills of wart hogs and help them selves to money out of your bank account.

Noting I can say that hasn't been mentioned in the thousands of complaints here already. It looks good on the surface and you may get lucky like some buyers but you probably have as much chance of having a good purchase experience as winning the lottery. So good luck if you bother trying.

I've placed orders of a few products in July of 2021, and paid for them. To this moment, December of 2021, I still haven't received my paid items. They appear to have been shipped on their status in my account. But when I track them with the provided tracking numbers, they do not exist. I replied to one of the ads emails Wish sends to my inbox, asking what's happening. But there's no response.
I had hoped to be a regular customer of Wish. But now, I have my doubts.
I even asked for refund on the support site in my account. And yet, I was told that my items are now outside of the 30 days refund period. Is it my fault that I haven't received my purchased products?
Verily, I will not recommend Wish to anyone. I've purchased online before with Amazon, Takealot... I've never experienced such a thing.
Wish sucks. And as far as its name, it's where your wishes will be deemed and not be fulfilled.
They clearly do not value their customers.

Got 200.00 chair and was missing hydraulic cylinder. Can not even assemble it. Box was taped and Beat to Death when arrived after hours of texting customer service (because no real person available) still no help all I need is them to send missing part but they say it's not avail. I did a lot of bidding on the 1$+1$ shipping items to find out if the company is legit. I did win a watch but they charged my 14$+16$ shipping. It took a few months for delivery, which is to be expected if it were free delivery... The product box is damaged so I cannot give it as a gift. Customer service refuses to refund the shipping cost. They claim that if the product is not damaged, no refund will be issued. Then why charge me more for shipping than for the item. I had to open a ticket with them 3 times before getting a reasonable answer. They are indeed a scam, at least when it comes to the 1$ items and customer service. Never had issues with AliExpress or Amazon or any other online shop I have used. They have decent product selection but engage in fraudulent activities.

These people first mention before placing orders that they are delivering in your city. Then they will charge you delivery fee as much as the product itself. When the delivery date comes they will just change the delivery date without any notice and cherry on the top there is no way of contacting them. They are just a scam. Not ordering anything from now on and i suggest please don't waste your money.

We literally tried cancelling something right after we ordered something and could not. You get an automated message stating that the order has already begun processing and cannot be cancelled. Yet, isn't be shipped until a MONTH Later. Total Scam. Then all you get is a virtual assistant with form responses and literally cannot reach a person for help with an order. Don't waste your time. Once you order through them you cannot cancel and will have to pay shipping each way which is how they keep you from returning anything. You will be stuck with whatever you order as soon as you hit enter with no way to reach anyone

It went complete wrong, I though it was a legit company, there is not contact us at all only generated emails, I make a big order, the first item was complete wrong, size, color, material very cheap, nothing compare with the picture on the add, added to this the return policy, is brutal, in order to have a refund you have to pay for the shipping, which considering is China you will end paying more than the item in question. Really bad experience, now I can't cancel the order I just pray for the following items came right otherwise I just waste big money. I do not recommend this cheap fraud business to no one
Bought 2 pairs of shoes from them. One pair was far too small. Sent it back with the request to exchange it for a pair 2 sizes bigger. Countless emails later 'm still waiting, then they demanded a photo. How can I take a photo of something I don't have anymore? The other pair, after one month use, looks like this: see photo.
All the clothes i ordered were so bad quality, it s not even funny.
A claimed cashmere sweater had label saying 65% cotton, 35% polyester, and i was lucky this one had a label!

Ordered an external hard drive from Wish in early Sept. 2020. Faulty HD arrived end Sept. Could not contact Wish via ‘refunds and returns' link. Contacted Wish via a service link and advised that r&r was not working, their reply - go to r&r. They did not reply when I again wrote r&r not working.
Reported problem with PayPal early Oct. Escalated with PP 20 days later because no replies from Wish. Early Nov PP advised full refund.
If not for PayPal, I'm sure I would not have received a refund.

This company is a big scam. They send a piece of junk mail just to get a delivery confirmation and then deny you a refund when you complain that you never received the item because 'delivery is confirmed.' There is no voice customer service and they just automate a response and disconnect from you in 'live chat'. Start disputing charges until their credit card processors drop them.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
