If you buy something on Wish you first don't know if you will receive it. The product may have wrong information on their description. If you try to return it they play very difficult so you essentially end up doing a charge back on your credit card. A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TIME.

What a pile of crap! Their products look good in the photos, but when you buy one you get a cheap fake version. They tell you that they've refunded you, but you never see your money again. When you email them a question you get a variety of automated replies, none of which have got anything to do with the questions asked. I was warned about them, but I guess I didn't believe the reviews.

I ordered a Kailijumei lipstick from Wish, thinking that it would be a very cute Christmas present for my friend. I was very happy about how inexpensive it was to buy the lipstick, but when the lipstick arrived i was very shocked. I received a very different brand(Rosetime). Not only was the brand different, the lipstick was not clear(tinted pink) and it had no flower in it. The lipstick was smudged on one side and it smelled cheap. THis website is too good to be true. The prices are only low because you will not get what was advertised. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. When i called costumer support i got no human response and i have tried email, but so far I have not been answered.

I had a horrible experience with this website. When i installed the app for the first time in my mobile they offered me a free gift. On selecting the gift it took me to the payment page where i had to enter my card details and the amount charged was 50 cents. I went ahead and placed my order. To my surprise the next morning i received a mail saying $9 are charged in my credit card.
This website doesnt have any customer support helpline number. So i raised a request in the support link and to my surprise they replied that because i had not qualified for the free gift they had charged me the original price. Totally frustrated when i decided to raise a return and refund, they said that is only possible within first 8 hours of the purchase. Now i have to bear the package cost (which will be definitely more that the item cost) and send it to them that too after a series of form fill ups.
This is completely illegal, when you charge a customer more than what you originally show.
Please boycott this site and spread this news with your friends and family.

I've been using Wish for over a year now, and I personally have never had an issue with any of the items I have received. ALL of the clothes I ordered fit perfectly because I measure myself and go strictly on what people in the reviews say PLUS the sizing chart they provide (the merchant, not the Wish app) and I always know beforehand what parts I may need to take in or alter.
The only problem I ever had was a pair of earrings that I didn't receive (which I found out wasn't Wish's fault because there was a lady at the front desk where I stayed at the time stealing our mail) but Wish still refunded me happily, and they respond when you submit a ticket. At least in my experience they do.
This app and website isn't all just one huge store. This is similar to ebay with lots of different "mini stores" that all sell their own items. There are some people who really hate Wish's service and who are upset with people like me for not hating it with them, and I am very sorry that they had negative experiences. That's just how things are sometimes. Just like with ebay and amazon and other "trusted" sites, scammers can hide everywhere, even on Wish. But just research your items if you don't know about them like you'd do anywhere else and for the most part you will be okay^_^
I ordered a dog bed and it didn't arrive within 20 days I emailed the company and they gave me a tracking number which stated it would arrive in 15 days. The item never arrived and when I asked for a refund they told me by computer not a human in site that there is no refund after 30 days of purchasing.

They sell cheap products that look too good to be true, yet, the only thing is, they really are too good to be true. My first and last order with Wish was today: I ordered (1) 8 TB Hard Drive, and received a 2.5 Sata Enclosure cover instead. Nice start, right? Then my other 3 purchases were USB hard drives that were fakes; (1) 64 GB hard drive was blank and not even reading any of the files copied to it - scam!; (1) 2 TB hard drive registered for 2 TB showing but only allowed roughly a little over 10 GB - Scam!; (2) 1 TB hard drives registered for 1 TB and showing as 1 TB, yet, only allowed just over 10 GB, the other files copied showed an error due to the space not even being on the hard drive - Scam! So, yes, 4/4 items were a total fraud and I am in a battle now to get a refund. They claim on their site that if you are not happy with the product, then simply return for a full refund. After all of trying, all you get to talk to is a texting bot. Never again!

They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
