This is a dishonest and sleazy company. Their website shows many items in stock... this is just a fantasy. Very little is in stock. Their business model is to debit your credit card immediately and then try to talk you into a more expensive model, or into something that they actually have in stock.
I've talked to Ed Zawalli, one of the owners, and Dorothy and Pat and just got lies and distortions. After ordering a $3000 Honda snowblower, and having my AMEX account drained of my money, and after six telephone conversations, and still no shipment, I decided to start an AMEX fraud proceeding against Wise Sales. Beware! Do Not Do Business With This Company!
Ordered a Honda EU7000 inverter generator on 12/1/14. The web site said "in stock" and it still does to this day. They've never had them in stock. They charged my cc on 12/1/14, and I've called them 3 times since then for status, and every time they tell me "We sold more than we had, but it'll ship out next week." BS! After today's call, I called my cc company, disputed the charge (I thought companies weren't supposed to charge your card until it shipped), then called Wise Sales back and told them to cancel. They cost me $200, because 12/1/14 was the last day of the Honda promotion for $200 off. Yes, I'm mad, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Wise Sales is not trustworthy!
Called Wise 3 times 2 times no answer 3rd was left on hold for 15 minutes I have a timer on my phone. Called back talked to a lady she said they was short handed asked what I needed I told her she said let me see if there is someone to talk to. She came back said everyone busy I told her what I was looking for she said they was on back order an she would have someone to call me. 2 days later still no phone call, I will go else where to get what I need.
I ordered a product 3 weeks before my dad's birthday. They charged my credit card the same day I ordered, and I got a confirmation email. Two days before my dad's birthday, I called to check on the order because I still hadn't received it (the website said shipping would take 3-7 days). They told me they would not be sending it out until the next week (3.5-4 WEEKS after I ordered the item). When I told the guy I needed to chancel, he said ok, and hung up the phone. I called back, and explained what happened to another woman. She finalized the cancellation for me, but she never even apologized for the shipping delay, lack of communication, or the guy who hung up on me. I will NEVER use this site again.
I order a honda 7000 watt inverter generator. Was told it was in stock. Paid for it and 2 weeks its been one lie after another. This company is a joke and I will be reporting them to the BBB. Its false advertising and the people will answer the phone and they are so good at saying... I'm sorry! I wish I had read the reviews before I sent them $3999 because that was all of the money I had to start my buisness and now I guess its going to take me weeks to get my money back... even if I can. How does a company manage to rip people offlike this and get away with it. Reading all of these reviews have discouraged me even more now. Please do not buy anything from these people... for over 2 weeks I have talked to 6 different people including the manager Dorothy. She was nice and pretended to understand my frustration but she's just like the rest of the people there... a bunch of liars! Ordered a Trimmer that showed the item was in stock and thinking I would receive the item within 5 business days only to call a month later and find out the Trimmer was on back order. I canceled the order and still have not received the refund after 13 business days. I just called my bank and disputed the charge. Wasted my time of two months and the worse part was that I never received a phone call or an email that the items was on back order or anything. Unbelievable! Whole summer without a trimmer
Ordered a generator from this place (Wise Equipment & Rental) never got the generator and still have not received my refund I asked for.
Ordered the generator on 14 May 2015.
They cashed my check on 29 May 2015.
Talked to them on 27 July 2015 they told me they still had not received any generators and they were still on back order. So I told them I couldn't wait any longer to just refund my money.
Called 10 Aug. 2015 about my check they claimed someone had screwed up the paper work and it would be in the mail that day.
Called them again on 24 Aug. 2015 about my check. They told me that the owner of the company was signing the check that day and it would be in the mail.
Called all day 14 Sep. 2015 no one ever answered the phone.
Called on 15 Sep. 2015 talked with them and they told me they would have their billing office contact me. Ill believe that when it happens.
If you got to their website it says the number one priority is customer service. Well maybe they should go into the manure service, they would be topnotch then. Because all they do is serve up a bunch of crap. Worst company I have ever done business with.
When i placed my order for a generator, it said it was in stock. Come to find out it was on back order and wouldn't be delivered for another month so i had to cancel my order. ONE MONTH LATER and after SEVERAL CALLS A DAY for that entire month with no answer, i was forced to go to my bank to dispute the charge. Very upset.
I ordered a Honda generator from wisesales.com. After a week I decided to check my order status. It still says proccesing. I called them and they told me it will take another 2 weeks before the get the generator and they will ship it as soon as they have it. When I asked for a refund they told me it will take 10 days. It only took them a couple hours to take the $$ from my account, but it will take 10 days fif a refund?
Do not purchase anything from this company!
Ordered a toro mower,, she said it would ship monday, I called for a track number, she says oh it goes out tues, I call back tues she says oh its on back order, he says 1 week, I call back 1 week later she says end of month now.
They knew they were out of stock when ordered they didnt tell me, then they string me along, I cancelled order and went to speedway motors.
Ordered a generator after i received an email saying it would be shipped and i didn't receive it I called and they told me it was back ordered I canceled the order and still have not received the refund and it has been over a month
Ordered generators on June 21,2015. After months and months telling us that they were backordered, we called to cancel the order. We were told that the check was going to mailed out that day. 3 weeks later we called to inquire about the refund check only to find that the phone has been disconnected and the website has been taken down.
BEWARE... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Wisesales.com make phony sale on Ebay with free shipping, they ask people to make offer. So I made a reasonable offer on a dethatcher for $1250 and got accepted with an email confirmation. As an Ebay policy, once the offer is accepted I am obligated to buy the item and the seller has to sell it. Then I called their store in Chicago to see how long it takes to ship to Seattle. Usually people sale people answer the phone are nice but there was man so rude. He accessed to the Ebay and told me he has to rejectect it the offer because It cost more to ship the item to Seattle. Then he asked me to pay more for the item if I want it. I thought this is violate to the Ebay policy so I called the Ebay. Guess what? The Ebay said there is nothing they can do. Ebay wrote all kind of bull$#*! policy but don't apply to the sellers but the buyers.
An awful customer service experience. I purchased a Honda lawnmower from a big box store but needed warranty work done on it. Honda's website listed Wise Sales as the closest authorized repair facility to my house so I brought the lawnmower in to get checked out. The first thing asked of me was if I bought it there, which was a fair question. After telling him no, he responded by telling me "I'll be honest with you, then. You're at the back of the line. The wait is about two weeks before I'll look at it.". He then goes on to say how their customers come first, and if I would have bought the mower directly from him, he'd put me at the front of the line. Now I'm all for taking care of your customers, but talking to a potential customer like that is not going to generate new business. Simply telling me it's a two week wait would have sufficed. If you want to tell a customer who bought a mower from you that they will get priority, that's fine too. I decided to get my mower serviced elsewhere...
First of all, one star is too many for this sorry operation. However, given its definition, it's appropriate. DO NOT do business with these people! Pay the tax and go else where. On 6/27/13, I received a damaged $700 Honda lawn mower. After speaking with Dorothy, she asked if we could work out a deal for me to keep it, "Anything but sending it back to us." I got the impression they knew it was damaged the moment it was shipped. After several phone calls and emails, I received a return shipping label. (They never return phone calls or emails.) The lawn mower was received in their office on 7/9/13. A month later, my credit card company notified me that my card was suspended due to an unpaid balance. These idiots never credited my account. I spoke with Gary at Wisesales today (8/16) and he said they had "30 days to take action" and implied the box had not been open and inspected until today. He suggested that I should have read their policy. I asked if he could count, and he said he could. I asked, how many days had gone by since 7/9? He was speechless. I asked Gary if he was a God-fearing man, and he said, "God has nothing to do with this." Adding, "This is business." Absolutely amazing. What Bible does he read?
Phones are down and website is under maintenance... got a lot of money invested in a saw that I have had bought for a month and haven't gotten it.
Placed an order for a generator on June 8th of this year. After hearing nothing for two weeks, called the company & was told we would receive the order by the end of the month (3-1/2 weeks later!). Received an email asking if the order had been received two days later!
No news that the order was shipped but the charge was on our credit card. Called again today only to be told it wouldn't be available for another month! Needless to say, cancelled the order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a Little Wonder Edger on 3/8/2013. I read the reviews of the company which were mostly negative but, because of the low price I ordered anyway. I called rather than order online to check stock and because I was skeptical. I was told the item was in-stock and would ship that day. I was promised an invoice via e-mail. I did not receive an invoice so I called back. My e-mail address had not been entered correctly. They did then send an invoice. Expected ship time was three days
As of today, 3/14/2013, five business days later, still no edger. I called and was placed on hold for quite some time. Finally, I was told the edger would ship today and that it should arrive in two days. I am not holding my breath. This is a gift for my wife. Gotta love a woman who wants an lawn edger for her anniversary. Anyway, it is not likely to arrive on time which is disappointing.
So, order from these folk if you wish but, believe the negative reviews. Some people got lucky I guess. Their prices are good but prepare to be disappointed.

Ever since placing my order I have been given various reasons on why my order has not been shipped yet.
First I was told shipment from Honda was delayed two weeks. Before the two weeks were up I was told it could take three to four weeks for delivery from Honda.
On August 17 I was told by Gary that my generator will arrive at the warehouse August 24 and they will ship out August 25.
Since August 25 my phone calls to Wise Sales went unanswered until today August 31. (my emails were never answered ever since placing the order)
When I called today I was on hold for two hours before I hung up and called right back. I then got an answer and was told it could be another four to five weeks before my order ships.
This is really looking like a scam where Wise Sales is floating their business by taking orders and collecting money upfront then using that money to purchase items for older orders
I want this item shipped NOW without delay ASAP
Answer: I had to call my bank which had issued my credit card and had them get the money back. Wisesales are the most unwise company to use for any purchase. I called the Schumburg police and filed a complaint with them and notified the local Better Business Bureau about their unethical business practices, also the Schumburg Chamber of Commerce. They all acted as though they could care less. I have not filed a fraud charge them since I did get my money back but if you need me as a witness I would be happy to see anyone connected to Wises Sales go to jail!

Answer: You need to file a claim asap. Call your bank or credit card and dispute the charges for fraud. Call the local sherif as well.
Answer: My credit Union has refunded my money and is trying to recoup from Visa. They have never been able to contact these snakes. They also had a rental company, Wise Equipment Rental. You might try that avenue. I did receive a call from the Illinois Attorney General's office in response to my complaint I filed with them. Also Honda Power Equipment was starting a file about this company when I talked with them. You might check with Visa or MasterCard directly I'm sure this is on their radar.
Answer: I called the credit card company & the Wise Sales. Finally asked to speak with someone in the credit department at Wise. Took two tries but finally got though & was given a credit after two months! Warn people about this company! Hope that helps...
