You won't... They stole your money. We have all contacted our credit card company to file fraud charges.

Are you still in business. I've bought two Honda 1kw generators from you in the past but now need some more power.
Are they still in business?
After waiting almost 2 months I went to the bank and filed fraud on wise sales. The bank gave us a provisional credit. You only have 60 days to do this and start an investigation through your bank if you pay by debit card. A little longer through a credit card. We never received the Honda generators we ordered. Has anyone started a class action lawsuit yet?
I ordered a Wacker Plate Compacter back on July 24th 2015 and still have not received it. The phone number is disconnected and the website is down. I have sent an email twice and have had no response.
I would like to cancel an order with you due to lack of communication with me as a customer and excessive time in filling an order. What is the process and time frame in getting my money refunded to my Visa account?
After 15 days I still don't have a credit to my account for a canceled order. I can't get an answer to your phone. What gives?
