I ordered a Wacker Plate Compacter back on July 24th 2015 and still have not received it. The phone number is disconnected and the website is down. I have sent an email twice and have had no response.

You need to file a claim asap. Call your bank or credit card and dispute the charges for fraud. Call the local sherif as well.
