My credit Union has refunded my money and is trying to recoup from Visa. They have never been able to contact these snakes. They also had a rental company, Wise Equipment Rental. You might try that avenue. I did receive a call from the Illinois Attorney General's office in response to my complaint I filed with them. Also Honda Power Equipment was starting a file about this company when I talked with them. You might check with Visa or MasterCard directly I'm sure this is on their radar.

I'm not sure if their still in business but their website is down and their phones are out of service. I hope everyone got their money back from those thiefs if not I would take a trip to Illinois and talk to the local Schumburg police department.
