Worst customer service ever. No solutions! I've waited six hours so far for the money to go from ADP to wisely card! Still hasn't happened. So ADP shows I got paid and yet no money on my card! I need that money today. Called them and some person in India answered and I couldn't understand them and eventually I finally heard her say that my pay would be on the card in three hours. That was three hours ago and still nothing!

I activated my card and attempted to buy something from Amazon, but it wouldn't let me. I talked to a customer service rep and they said I needed to upgrade my card for online transactions (which was a lie). I do the process of upgrading my card, taking a picture of my ID and myself, and the next day, I got an email alerting me that my account would be terminated in 30 days, as they could not verify my identity. After talking to another rep over the phone, they just repeated what the email said verbatim.

I cancelled my card because of unauthorized charge trying to be made, and they still make a payment 4 days after being cancelled. This is unacceptable, and I still have no access to my funds until the new card comes in the mail. FYI. The charge was not authorized with auto pay. Gave 1 star only because you have to give something to post a review.

I called to ask a question about their bill pay option and the rep shut my card off and is holding my money hostage. I have to send in my license and SS card by download to get my card turned back on. As soon as it is ready and fixed I am cancelling this service. Already shut the deposit off.
They have 2 weeks of pay of my sons they froze his card he has sent them everything they wanted they still won't send him his money or a new card. I will b getting a lawyer my self. This company is a joke and don't use this card.
Made it extremely complicated to dispute a transaction that was made in a city I never traveled to. Then only disputed the small transaction and not the large one when I did, all the paperwork, and returned it in time the requested. Also recently my card was declined in a restaurant, however the transaction came off of my card twice, and I was told by a supervisor at my wisely customer service that I wouldn't be able to get my funds back until four days later, even though my card was declined in the restaurant. Not only was it embarrassing to be told that in a restaurant, but also I'm charged twice only on my end. Once my funds are back on my card I will never use this card again, it's always something with this card!
Went through the whole process and wrote void on the check as directed the said can't deposit and ingo is closed and wisely can't fix so here I sit with a check with void on it I will no longer be using wisely after years if it is done on there app they should be able to fix it

I had just got paid an i made 3 transfers to my bank $100 $166 an $84. I got them all except for the 84$. For 2 or 3 weeks straight they took my threw hell for me to get my own 84$ back. So i got tired of hearing the s a thing an filed a dispute 2 weeks later today i get the dispute letter saying no fraud was detected an i will not be paid? This card company will decline almost all purchases. Then they blame the vendors or apps. They never take the blame when it's on their side. You can never talk to anyone in English. (DO NOT TRUST) this card company. I will never refer this company to anyone ever.
So, I got this card set-up for work for Tips and DMR for delivery driving. It started out okay, besides fee's for ANY atm that I went to for a withdrawal. But about a year after I got it, it began to take money out of my acct. There was an administrative credit that put the money on there, and then an Administrative debit that would take it out. I couldn't make sense of it and would call wisely and talk to a representative. They came up with a lot of excuses and said it was just a fluctuation and kinda dismissed the whole thing. I didn't want to accuse them of stealing at all, but that's what it come down to. Wisely is a fraud! Do not get this card! Stay away. I'm working on finding other ways to get paid.
This bank steals the money of its customers and makes no attempt to resolve the issues. Call the office of the OCC federal regulator at *******743 to file a complaint pass or present let's put them out of business. Get the bank issuer on the back of the card and call their number. Last but not least meta bank it doesn't exist call Pathward Bank at *******506. Wisely card and anyone affiliated visa etc call them and let them know this is just like a Nigerian money laundering scheme. If you thought the card was already $#*! to begin with just wait for the new update, it's completely $#*!ing garage! Oh and it gets better, your only option for customer service is to call their 1-800 number and get a person that doesn't speak English very well and is also reading a $#*!ing prompt of what their supposed to stay to you. Literally the worst card I've ever own and I would NOT ever own this card if I was not FORCED to. Do not ever get a card through these mother $#*!ers!

They do not care. In addition to barely being able to speak or understand English, they REFUSE to send you to an American. They will be disrespectful and make accusations of racism and literally hang up on you. Answer: No I got fraudulent charges locked card called them got a new card while on the phone more charges were getting denied because I locked the card(all $10 to same thing repeatedly) told guy I was talking to he's said they would look into it and sent out an new card. Got the new card then got a letter saying they're looking into the charges and next day another letter saying I was denied I've never gotten anything that fast I don't think they even looked I called and the guy said I have to hand write a letter and mail it to them to do anything else wtf is that I'm closing this account of course and this is part of fith third bank so I won't use them either
