I called to ask a question about their bill pay option and the rep shut my card off and is holding my money hostage. I have to send in my license and SS card by download to get my card turned back on. As soon as it is ready and fixed I am cancelling this service. Already shut the deposit off.

Careful what you ask while on the phone with Reps.

3 hours of hold 1 hour on chat and all the available pick up at store available inventory is not there after you enter in your credit card information. Several hours later they cancel your order and don't tell you why or give you other options. 6 stores show available 0 actually have it.
