The customer service is a joke, the crazy fees make no sense. I deposited a check and the fee was $58! And they say you will get your check early….yeah you don't. Don't do this. I already changed banks.
I go to an in-network ATM to withdraw money only to be declined twice but I have a positive balance 20x the amount I attempted to withdraw. Anyhow I call customer service to see why my card was declined and discover that I was charged 2 dollars for the attempted withdrawals. The customer service representative informed me that I was charged because I was using an incorrect pin code. But I checked my email I was declined due to card inactivity. With this being said you would probably want to verify your account through customer service if you can wait 2 hours of elevator music
I lost my card, and can't use my money until I get a new one? It's been 7 business days, guess I'll have to wait for 3 more. But the kicker, I can't access my own money until I get the card. Just go to a real bank stay away from here.
First my card was used to take 400 dollars did a dispute and still waiting. Called to get my money and always a problem. Called multiple times and customer service sucks they always give you an excuse. Still have money left and cant not withdraw my funds they hack my card today i checked my account and they change my phone number to a 253 area code this company is a joke and a fraud. The customer service lines do not help you in any way shape or form, and just repeat to you the same sentences. I have called and chatted with the wisely customer service lines for over 2 weeks and have received zero help with my card issue!
This company is a joke, let an ATM remove funds from your account and try and get this company to do anything! They literally have $460 of my money and keep telling me it could be 45 to 90 days before I receive my money back! I live paycheck to paycheck, and my bills won't wait 45 to 90 days!
I recently had someone tried to use my account, so I had to shut the card down and order another one. Well now I have no way to get my money, I can't transfer it to another account, I can't send some to cash app in other words I'm sitting here broke no food no gas and no way to get to my money. As soon as I get my new debit card I guarantee you I'm drawing it all out and getting me another account somewhere. This is ridiculous that you have no earthly way to get to your money unless you have a debit card
You definitely don't want anything to do with this card or financial entity whatsoever. If you are issued this card, get your money off of it fast and open a checking account with a reputable bank. Customer service agents are nothing more than a bunch of monkeys tapping on a computer. Don't expect any of your concerns to be addressed and God forbid, don't dispute any transaction. YOU WILL BE SORRY
Won't work on Cash App, won't work at post office, won't work at ANY ATMS within a 25 Mile radius of me. I need to dispute a transaction and I can't... unbelievable.how are they allowed to be in business? This card is costing me more of my hard earned money!
Have had a Wisely Card from my employer for over a year. All of a sudden I receive a notice from Wisely stating I need to verify my identity. I send the the necessary documents only to receive a message stating my account would be closed. Contacted customer service and was told I was no longer eligible for a Wisely and I don't they know why. Wisely customer service is absolutely useless. I would not recommend this card to anyone.
Wisely is a bad company to trust with your money. I had a deposit and was told to upgrade my grade to get my money. I upgraded and asked the man on the phone, how long do I get my money and do I have to wait for another card because I can't wait that long. I was told no I can keep using the same card. We got off the phone and I got a email saying new card will be in the mail 7-10 business days. I can't wait that long and the man lied. I called back the next man gave me totally different information from the last guy. I was told my deposit was denied and I have to contact the sender. I asked to speak to a team specialist and he hung up on me. I called back so mad. A lady got on the phone and saved the day. Their workers tell you anything to get you off the phone.
Recently my gf company went through wisely to receiver her last check before she moved on to a different company. We talked to wisely because the check never went through to her account and it told us we needed to contact the company to figure this out. Was rudely hung up on and the issue was never resolved the only answer I got back was that the money had already been sent but when you go and check her bank account there was never any money in it. What I'm confused about is the fact that a company that is well known would go through a process like this and why they wouldn't just send there own check over it makes no sense if there's anything i can do to the company or wisely itself please help!
I recently got paid $50 on a Wisely card from doing a job thru a temp agency. I needed a pair of $30 steel toe boots from Walmart for a vital job on Monday. Walmart wouldn't accept the Wisely card so out of desperation, I tried to transfer from Wisely to my normal bank account… only to be told that it would take up to 3 business days. All of this was on a Friday and I needed the boots early Monday morning. So now I have no cash thanks to the transfer, still no boots and I've had to turn down the work… which the office can't get word of until after I'm supposed to be at work Monday morning. Work here has been scare and I had been waiting for that job for a long time. It was meant to supply the $500 for my rent, which is due in 5 days and it was my only source of hope that everything would be okay. Thank you Wisely and Walmart for a week of stress and for potentially making someone homeless and unemployed.
My card was hacked over a week ago. The original merchant refunded my money back to the wisely card. The wisely company is holding onto $1000 of mines for over a week and will not refund it to my card. Can't feed my children or put gas in my car wisely has me in a bad situation. It takes over 2 weeks to get a replacement card if you've had fraudulent activity on your account. They'll try to charge you for the new card and your funds will be frozen for the entire duration of the time. If you file a claim prepare yourself for no income for a couple of weeks. You should also know that you will not be reimbursed for 90 days. Actually it's been 90 days for me and the jury is still out on me being reimbursed at all. I honestly have another fraud transaction, however reporting it is to costly. I have to transfer the funds from this degenerate account faster than the criminal can access my funds. It's less of an inconvenience to pay for the crackhead that skimmed my card than to file another claim with Wisley.
Do not get this card your card will get hacked even though it is still in your possession the company wisely itself will not care that your card is hacked with your paycheck on it. Please get direct deposit with your own risputable bank you will get a bunch of Indians overseas that do not speak English and do not care about customer service or that the fact that your money that you use to pay your bills is gone. You can call customer service they will not help you if you ask for a call back they will not call you back they just keep lying and stuttering about where your money is.
For the most part this card works fine, it's wen u have to dispute or file a claim or have to have a replacement card. They will make u wait to get ur money. The worst part about that is ull probably be fired before they send u ur card or put ur balance back on ur card because it takes about 2 to 3 weeks for everything to clear up. Be prepared to be broke for weeks, that means no food no gas no nothing like I'm sitting here doing. Phone off no food for about a few days now. No work because u don't have gas. I hope this place goes out of business soon because I bet u one thing, the worker that work here don't use this card

I called Wisely to remedy card transaction issues. I was declined purchase groceries, gas, pay bills, and order on Amazon. 100$ was taken out of my account for 25$ gas. I called 9 times and was hung up on 9 times. Denied access to talk to Supervisor, they dropped the call 3 times. In the process, they deactivated my card, they claimed wrong birthdate on file. I sent them proper ID. Then, told me to call back in 3 days. Now I don't have access to my earned money to buy my 4 kids food, gas for my car to go to work, and pay my bills
My account got hacked almost ninety days ago and still haven't resolved this so who is the thief well I don't know money got spent out of State in a grocery store five states from my residence I still haven't got my hard earned money back

Answer: No I got fraudulent charges locked card called them got a new card while on the phone more charges were getting denied because I locked the card(all $10 to same thing repeatedly) told guy I was talking to he's said they would look into it and sent out an new card. Got the new card then got a letter saying they're looking into the charges and next day another letter saying I was denied I've never gotten anything that fast I don't think they even looked I called and the guy said I have to hand write a letter and mail it to them to do anything else wtf is that I'm closing this account of course and this is part of fith third bank so I won't use them either
