Called customer service and they couldn't do a simple thing that I'd asked them to do I one of them to transfer my money from wisely account to my other bank account and they said it's no other options which they should. You know they have access to my accounts they should have no problem transferring my money into my bank accounts. It's not hard, it's an easy fix simple is that. Then I told them can you replace my card and they said that I will get it end of two weeks. I had to pay my bills and rent. It's like they playing games with me.

Never get a wisely ADP cards. They do not honor ach automatic withdrawls, they do not always provided temporary credits if fraud is reported and they close your account without warning or justification. They have terrible customer service because you have to wait for a call back from a manager who is thw only person with authority to problem solve whenever you have an issue. They had the never to call and asked why I received a large deposit other than my payroll. I said none of your businessz. Since when so people have to answer to our banks if and when we receive unexpected funds?

Not enough Postage!
March 6, 2023

Not a way to start a business relationship. I received a notice from the Postal Service. My ADP envelope with my ADP card is at the Post Office. I went to the Post Office only to find that ADP sent my Wisely ADP card without enough postage. I had to paid 24 cents to get my card. I shutter to think how this is going to work when a company is two cheap to pay postage on a product that they receive payment for the customer using their product. The cost of postage should be part of the cost of doing business. It shows that Wisely by ADP does not have a strong business model and should be watched very closely. The "Fifth Third Bank" should be embarrassed to put out a product that they can't afford postage.

I called to report apx $400 in fraudulent charges and after holding the phone for an excessive amount of time I finally got a very friendly person. It was told to me that it could take 3-6 months to resolve and replace my money and that my card would be canceled and they gave me the option to have my new card sent to me overnight for a charge of 35$. Three days later and I can't access my card info online and cannot get anyone to answer the phone……. My employer suggested this company and I have done my own research now and found that they are one of the worst payroll card companies in the USA

Don't get myWisely
August 10, 2023

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Someone stole 300 from me they told me 30-90 day investigation. Still had money on my card after they locked it they unlocked it just enough time for me to get my remaining money off. Tried to get a new card through employer but myWisely won't activate it for me bc the wording of the companies are diff from the first card I had so now I have to wait for a new one and all while just got a paycheck deposited on there and they won't help me access my money jsut kept telling me over and over again that I have to wait for the new card to come in the mail so no money can't pay bills and have 700 on my card currently that they don't help me access. Worst company will be switching to direct deposit after I finally get the new card and my money off of it. This place should be shut down

Horrible!
September 1, 2022

On vacation and card doesn't work. I call them and they ask for some phrase they say I set up years ago. I don't have a phrase! Because I don't have it they will not turn my card on. I have to send them all kinds of identification and will take 2 -3 day to open card.

Meanwhile I am stuck on vacation with little funds and they ruined my vacation! I could have proved my identity many ways but that wasn't good enough.

When I get home and get this card open I will close the account and never look back. Beware of their horrible practices

I'm homeless and staying in hotels for the time being I'm working a full time job and doing people ready part time I have worked many jobs for people ready and lost my card and haven't been paid. In order to receive a replacement card from wisely they need me to upload utility bills in my name with my P.O. Box address on it that I need them to send me a replacement card. It's been over 6 months and I'm still getting the run around about the money that's on the card and they're trying to keep the funds

Was told that my card was unlocked after misplacing it for one hour. I never asked them to lock the card. Talked to 4 different non English speaking morons who assured me that the card was unlocked and usable. It was not. Was totally embarrassed when I tried to use my card to pay for dinner and was declined. When the issue was finally resolved I was charged 24$ to have a new card shipped to me.
Never, EVER, use this company for anything. Especially if you have any serious money tied to it.
0 stars. If I could rate at a negative point I would give wisely a -100.
They $#*!ing suck. Don't use them. EVER.

AVOID THIS CARD IF YOU CAN
January 6, 2023

I thought I had 3550 when I had 3350. My fault. I wanted to add money to CashApp and leave 150 on the card. I accidentally tried to add 3400, and CashApp told me they would only allow 3350 to be added, so I cancelled. I looked at my balance again, and it still showed 3350, and then I remembered. I went to add 3200 instead, and my request declined. I checked Wisely, and now my balance was 3400.

When I spoke with Customer Service, they told me they are keeping a hold on the 3400 until the 10th, and it was the 4th. They were extremely unhelpful and acted as if they barely understood why I had a problem. I've never seen anything like that happen from any financial institution before. This is a first.
Now I'm just waiting with nothing added to CashApp and a negative Wisely balance.

I've immediately switched my DD to my own bank and Coinbase. I hate Wisely and ADP for claiming them.

Money thieves
August 26, 2022

I'm not sorry DON'T GET THIS CARD! They will make u wait for money, they make u prove who u are over and over again, they tell u they can't find ur proof or they can't read it. They tell u to wait 1-3 business days to get ur money. If u don't tell them the birthdate that the employer got wrong but tell u ur true birthdate they lock ur card! If it's on a Friday they tell u to wait till mon, tue, or even wed. They make u out as the bad person even if u didn't make the mistake! I guess they get about 1,000 calls a day of people saying there me! Never had so much trouble with a prepaid card in my life! This is the second time that the wrong birthdate was given by the employer and I've been punished from my own money. Don't get it's a ripoff!

I had fraud on my wisely debit card so I called to inform and lock the card for a replacement. On payday I tried to transfer the funds which I usually do to another account since I had no debit card to access the wisely account, lo and behold I was not able to do an ACH transfer to my other accounts because the debit card was closed and of course I had not received the new card. My entire paycheck is on my wisely account and I will have to go almost a whole week not being able to do anything including buying food and gas for my car. Big disappointment! And there is nothing any of the agents can do I am switching my direct deposit immediately to a regular bank I can do without getting paid early because I will always have a way to access my funds at a bank.

It is absolutely ridiculous that through my job I get confirmations whenever my pay is processed and having early direct deposit I never see it when it's processed. Therefore the company is holding on to my money for longer than it should and instead of just leaving a review I tried to talk to customer support because they need to be reported to the better Business bureau instead of getting the information I need to report them they simply made it to where I could no longer type in the chat function so I called when I called we talked for about 60 seconds I mentioned that I needed the information to report them to the better Business bureau and they hung up and I have yet to be able to get in contact with them again. That's considered theft holding someone's money that you have no right to hold. If anyone knows the avenues I need to go down to have them reported please comment below

Awful
November 7, 2022

I got sucked into wisely as my job uses ADP. The fees are insane, the pending charges are pending for upwards of 10 days in an amount higher than the transaction itself. We are supposed to be paid "2 days early" and despite my settings confirming that I am eligible, I do not get my money any earlier than I did with my credit union. Additionally, I am extremely dissatisfied that I ACCIDENTALLY entered the wrong PIN number at the ATM and was charged a "$1.00 ATM decline fee" what?! Ridiculous.

Mywisely the Rip Off
December 8, 2023

My company deposits 1874. Into my bank account. There was a fraudulent charge. Without telling me they cancel my card. Do not take the charge off. Allows the person that use the card with the fraudulent charge. Keeps the charge until I go into a negative. So I put money in my account then they tell me I can't use it because they canceled it. So I can't use it but the person who used it that didn't have my permission continue using it until it goes into a negative. They are ran by foreigners and they don't know English. Don't use this for your bank account. They suck. And still havnt gotten my money back

I only received my card Monday, January 30th, activated it January 31st, and today February 1,2023 I have a negative -$1,594.04 because someone in Minnesota used it to charge theater tickets! I live in Maryland, how does this happen and I have never even used to the card? I haven't even had my first payday yet. I'm calling ADP next, because this card is trash!

I called to see why my card wasn't working to make online purchases. I was still able to use the ATM and make store purchases. I called to fix the online situation and the call got disconnected so they locked my card completely. They are the worst bank I have ever seen don't use them.

I had a Wisley paycard from my employer. I had gotten a personal check from my mother in Christmas. Well with their take a picture and deposit it on my account they cashed it but never gave it to me! I called customer service many times then they told me they didn't deposit it. My 78 yr old mother called the bank and they did cash it. But never received it. I used another pay service after that and still never got my money!

Stole my money
September 27, 2023

Tried to take out $240 at ATM, ATM had error and declined the transaction saying my card was deactivated and to contact card issuer. I checked my card and it shows the $240 was taken out, the bank confirmed that I did not get the money. Wisely has not returned my $240. Bank says Wisely has to fix it, Wisely says bank has to fix it. Now I'm out $240 that apparently disappeared into outer space or stolen by wisely. I need my money back and I am getting no help!
