MyWisely is a horrible consumerist scam that uses your own money to profit this terrible company. I shouldn't EVER have to pay fees to get my rightfully earned money! This was forced against me at my job and I've hated it since day ONE.
I was to receive a sign on bonus, itvwas over 10k. Wisely rejected the funds and it took 4 days to return the money to the originator. They asked for all my identification documents and proof from my employer that thise funds were mine, so when it was deposited again it would go through. It was rejected again! They should not outsource to another country, it's terrible.
This online banking is very un professional the do not give proper information.they have no resolution prosses they only Give programmed answer With no concern for the customer And if you have a problem with a service they will tell you what they're going To do Instead of finding a solution to fix the problem All of their guarantees and assurances on their policies as far as customer service and quick help regarding the service is not true this is a horrible service
Lost my card. Called them about it but told them that I need to keep it so that I can keep my account to pay my bills. They canceled my car went through 3 days after paying $35 to renew my card. These people only want your money. Please be smart and get a check or go through a legitimate bank. SMH
This service is trash and I would advise that everyone drops them in been trying for 2 weeks to get a new card to use the 500 dollar on my card been calling for a week and a half bud they are not one bit helpful they hang up on you, I'm pretty sure ford is the only reason there in business but yet they treat ford workers like $#*!, I give this company 0.1/10 stars and think checks would be better than these guys stealing your money and selling off your info
(DONT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE A JOKE)
Great dinner as normal but exceptional service from Brendan Downer who was informative and expeditious with drinks for the ladies! Huge thanks for a great time!
My card got red flaged without me ever agreeing to it. They were so rude on the phone they were practically yelling at me on the phone. Never get a card through wisley when I get my card back I'm immediately canceling it and getting a different card. I'm seriously so pissed.
Infuriating! They decline any purchase that come from out of state, even trusted online services (like my health insurance). They say they are fixing things but they don't. Their customer service constantly hangs up on you. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE YOUR MONEY! These guys obviously don't understand contemporary banking. Zero stars is what they deserve. Booooooooo!
I canceled an order from Amazon. I received a confirmation that it was canceled. An Amazon merchant charged me, anyway. I disputed it through Wisely. No deal. I was told Amazon did a "force transaction," and that is that. I didn't know you could be forced to buy something. I was also told that the transaction was completed "under federal law." BS. I canceled the transaction, with confirmation. Order cancelations are just part of business. But why Wisely cares either way is beyond me. Canceling an order doesn't violate federal law. I can't wait until my direct deposit doesn't involve Wisely bank!
Call to have help changing address on the card I have. When said supervisor was talking with me he made it a point to read my phone number back to me in case of a disconnect. And we were but did he call back No the jackass says my card is lost I don't know this until I go to fuel my vehicle. When I called back to ask what's wrong I was told what Aarin did claim my card lost. I did not authorize this nowhere did I say call it lost. But Aarin thought to me that's were the problem lies. So I was told to call back today to get a tracking number I at least desirve this I was charge 24 bucks to have one sent. The person at the help couldn't give me one because it hasn't been made or sent. Shame on you people.
Sincerely to the idiot employees that lied to me through this process.

My next heading won't be to you but to the banking AUDITORS.

I never recieved a card. All of the money I have is on this card. I have called three times now over the course of a month. After explaining that I still have not gotten a card from the company, verifying the address, and requesting that the card be expedited they want to charge me 30$ fee to expedite the card. When I expressed my feelings regarding the fee and asked for them to wave it due to their error(s) NOT sending me a CARD MULTIPLE TIMES I asked to be transferred to the supervisor. The rep hung up on me and never called back. I still have not recieved a card which means no money. Im so mad.
This bank or whatever to call it. Is TERRIBLE. Your questions never get answered, they change the policy by person you're speaking to, they don't let you speak, they place you on hold before even verifying your account, they eat while talking as if you can even hear them (they sit VERY CLOSE & it's VERY loud), they hold deposits per basis, they don't process disputes, they'll lock your card and prohibit transactions if you're more than 50miles from your home. Just get you a real bank account. It's not worth it.
They will steal your money & act like you are clueless as to where it went. They have stolen thousands of their customers money. I don't see why or how the FBI isn't involved yet.
Well on 9/22/23 I had $1,400 taken from myWisely account fraudulently. I've been waiting on the correspondence letter I have to sign and send back with 10 days… today is 10/23/23 still no letter! But I did see another review on here a guy said he contacted ADP the company that owns Wisely through facebook and sent them a message, so I took a chance and did the same thing. And I promise you guys a rep from ADP sent a message back within a hour and asked for my Full Name and last 4 of my account. That was at 8am this morning now it's 1pm(same day) I just checked my acct and have the FULL $1,400 credit back into my acct. Don't waste your time talking to those foreigners at Wisely customer service that don't care! Contact ADP on Facebook messenger and you will have no worries. I hope this review will help everyone on here like the previous guy's review helped me!
IF BY ALL MEANS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. NO ON CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTION THAT YOU MAY HAVE. THEY'LL SUSPEND YOUR CARD FOR 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS WITH NO ACCESS UNTIL THEN. EVERYTHING WITH THEM CONSIST OF DAYS. NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH & UNDERSTANDS WHICH MAKES THINGS HARDER THEN NEED BE. I HATE THEIR SERVICE & EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM. STAY AWAY FROM WISELY IF YOU CAN. I DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE THAT STAR
Wisely will hold your money hostage if you lose your card they won't issue a virtual card and be rude with you when you ask questions my kids and I slept on the streets because of it!
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns and dissatisfaction with the services provided by Wisely Bank.
I have been a customer with Wisely Bank for [duration] and, unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. While I initially chose your bank with the expectation of receiving reliable and efficient financial services, my encounters with your institution have been consistently disappointing for the following reasons:
1. Bad customer service
2. Waiting 10 weeks for new card
3. Employees Cant understand my concerns
I have attempted to address these issues with the bank through [mention any communication or complaints you've made], but I have not received a resolution or satisfactory response. I believe that the level of service and professionalism I have encountered falls well below the standards I would expect from a financial institution.
I kindly request that you review my concerns and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service provided by Wisely Bank. As a loyal customer, I believe that it is in the bank's best interest to address these issues and work towards enhancing customer satisfaction.
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these matters further with someone who can provide solutions and guidance on how to improve my banking experience. Please feel free to contact me
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope to see positive changes in the future of Wisely Bank.
These people don't have an ounce of professionalism or courtesy. They constantly interrupt, don't listen to anything, and seem not to understand their job is to (LISTEN) to customers concern or help needs INSTEAD they over talk you, blatantly ignore your questions & then ask youba question but start talking over your answer and direct you to what they want. Aside from that, the basic comprehension motor skills is missing.
I had to file a dispute bc for some reason my card kept getting charged for Playstation. Within doing so my card had to be blocked. First the app wouldn't let me update my address.so i had to upload my ID. NO change was made I called again still no changes.I was told they never got the ID uploaded.uploaded it again still no changes.after the fourth time and having to speak with a manager it was finally changed.after that I ordered it to be extradited 24$ was the cost. They charged my card and promised it would be sent 2days later.still no card.when I called back I was told it would take another 3 days which is really normal delivery.and charged 24$ for nothing yet still no card. I was even given a fake tracking number.I advise you to never deal with this co
I haven't used the card since 2021 for payroll deposits and the last deposit of any$ was my 2022 tax refund. Since then I have sporadically withdrawn funds. Today I visited their webpage and after imputing login info I was asked to confirm via email or text. This was impossible as both my phone # and email has been changed.
As well as the window for choosing which verification option would not scroll leaving a cancel button covering the option buttons...thus, the only option I had was to cancel.
Called customer service and was asked date of last transaction...told the guy that it was months ago, and as they don't issue paper account statements as well as my inability to access my account on line I had no idea of the exact date! So I was told I would have to send them.a photo of my photo I.D. to confirm identity.
I suggest they do like my bank and ask security questions I.e. " name of my first pet" etc. as this would simplify this process...but to no avail. So it's "aloha o'e " wisely. C.B.3
Answer: Absolutely not. They will lie to you and tell you 3-5 days but twice they've taken 3 weeks to replace my debit card.
Answer: Any place is better than wisely period. Do not waste your time with this company.
Answer: No I got fraudulent charges locked card called them got a new card while on the phone more charges were getting denied because I locked the card(all $10 to same thing repeatedly) told guy I was talking to he's said they would look into it and sent out an new card. Answer: Thought was good choice but now, 0 customer assistance If the people i dealt with for 9 hours today worked for me, theyd be fired
