Terrible!

The website is terrible, their customer service is terrible. And they don't even have their customer service number up on their website. I had issues several times logging in, and the customer service agents were unable to figure out what was going on. I have to live with this, because my company provided this pre-loaded card. Why do companies even use this?!

If it was possible I would give ZERO stars! My husband has a Wirecard through the Plasma donating center he uses. His account was used fraudulently. He had be fill out the fraud paperwork and they said it would take up to 45 days to get an answer. Well its been 45 days and no communication. I call today and was told that their fraud departments investigation said no. I asked to speak to them and was told they dont take calls. I need to wait on a letter then dispute it. A supervisor wouldn't help me and refused to get me someone higher. I asked 6 times and then she hung up on me. Wirecard is a freaking joke.

Shameful website

1. The website is hacky, a lot of back and worth entering information repeatedly.
2. One user id per card - don't we all have enough user ID/ Passwords to remember. One company one user ID. Simple.
3. Had to call CS to find out number 2 and they wouldn't answer this simple question until they spoke to my husband who's name was on the card. Ridiculous, question had nothing to do with security.

No problems at all

I'm not trying to be "Mr. Big bad banking pro" but, this is my experience with Wirecard AG: I bought the wirecard (mycard2go) credit card in a gas station a few years ago with 100 euros on it to use as an online credit card. At the time that was the maximum you could have on an unregistered card in Germany. After awhile, I decided to register it and add more to it so I could make bigger purchases. I had absolutely no problems and customer service was extremely helpful (a little slow at times though). I bought plane tickets, rented cars, booked hotels and made ATM withdrawals, all with no problems or fees. The only negative I ever had was that it could take up to 5 working days for a SEPA transfer to go through. Recently, they sent me notice that they were shutting this card down and rebranding as boon. Planet. I got the app, registered and made a deposit. Again, no problems. Now, I'm not saying they're the greatest thing since sliced cheese, but for my needs. I'm very happy with them.

Is this the same wirecard.com that operates the Mastercards issued thru CSL Plasma? Cuz I've had nothing but a good experience with them. They do charge fees which I wish they didn't, but as one reviewer noted, they are interested in profits so that's kinda expected. I don't know anything else about how their cards are used by other businesses, but for my personal use, the card has been fine. I've never called customer service so I can't comment on how that interaction is. But every time I donate plasma, my payment is added to the card promptly. When I go to spend those funds, it's the same as using any other debit card. I've had no issues with the process.

The website is easy to use and navigate so I can only guess that the negative reviews here reflect some other use case with the cards/website that I'm not familiar with. But for my use - a personal debit card obtained through CSL Plasma - I've had no problems. Other than some fees charged which lower my balance, but the terms of use are clearly explained up front.

So for me, the company has done well. Feel free to reply with any questions or contradictions.

If at all possible STAY WAY from this card! They are a TOTAL JOKE! They charge for everything thing! I you want to take out YOUR money - 1- you can't check your balance at the ATM - they will charge you. 2- you can't use the card more then once a day 3- Even if you have money in your acct - unless you make another donation - you can't get it unless you want a another service fee. I have NEVER delt with such a horrible company!

Scammed & unable to retrieve money--within hours of making the payment - the scammer stopped responding so i sensed it might be scam -- contacted bank to stop/ retrieve money back - told beneficiary claim no money from transcation left to be claimed back -- no trace nothing - action fraud as well of no actual help-- this faster payment company need to stop such people & report them to fraud line instantly

Who ever do business with this company will be burne big time! My money was stolen from my account and they are telling me I have to wait for 90 days to get my money back? I was on the phone for 2h with them very unprofessional staff!

Garbage service, they introduced a new "security system' that uses SMS text to log in and now since it's such a good "security system" no1 can access the account, not even me. I'm just sitting here with my phone that I set up and worked for like a week and wait to get a text with my logging code. But if you try 3 time then it works only since you have no idea which login that code they finally sent you is for you still can't enter. Now my account is locked and guess what I need to unlock it, A SMS CODE THAT NEVER GETS SENT TO YOU CAUSE THEY ARE IMBECILES THAT HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO IMPLEMENT SUCH A SYSTEM. Either that or they are so cheap that they bought some half dead garbage servers that can't process the requests. If you think of getting anything from this company I suggest you keep searching! Disgusting

I have a card from a plasma center that our donation pay is put on I got a $50 deposit and the went to put $30 in gas in my car and then went to take my kids to McDonalds for lunch and i ordered and the card was declined I the called the card and it said it was negative $11 so I got a hold of customer service and they inform me it is their policy to charge you the amount of the sell and then with draw an additional amount the same as the amount you spend if you shop at a gas station or do on line shopping just wow I can understand the the online shopping but for buying gas really come on that is just ridiculous with policies like this I dont see them lasting to much longer and I for one am extremely angry I mean they hold my money for buying gas and now I couldn't even get get my kids a meal while on the go with my money because! They want to hold my money for buying gas Stupidity!

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Very obvious fraud claim gets denied, even when I have proof of fraudulent activity and show how their reasoning for the denial was absolutely invalid and has no concrete evidence to back it up.

I had over $2k taken out of my card in 10 days. Most transactions were from Tom Thumb and Kroger. They claim that I frequented those stores 37 times since 2015.

Ok, but I had 27 fraudulent transactions at those stores in 10 days! How can you compare 37 times in 4 years to 27 times in 10 days? Makes no sense. Heck, 10 out of the 27 fraudulent transactions were on the SAME day at different parts of the metroplex, some for the same amount ALL while I'm AT WORK!

There is even more reasoning, but what's the point? No one calls me back, I have emailed and now I get no response. All I get is the same letter with the same reasoning for denial. I have a ton of other people that work with me that have gone through the same issue.

I will be going to the news and every outlet possible with this because I work too hard for $2k+ to be stolen and for them to give me some weak excuse as to why they denied everything. I have given them plenty of opportunities to fix this and work with me, but have gotten absolutely nothing.

WIRECARD or CHECKOUT Portal Scammed us for $25,000

Never Never Never trust them

They scammed us for $25,000, we processed all our hard earn money of sales for the last 2 months and they hold the money. Didnt even pay 1 USD for the last 2 months.
Finally we started calling our customer to raise chargeback on all the transaction.
We eventually have to close the business because they scammed us so badly.
I have to sell my car to earn some money to pay my employees.

Because of them, I closed by webshop.

WIRECARD or CHECKOUT Portal is a big fraud company, please be careful.

I sincerely wish karma should come back and burn them out.
They didnt realized how they perish my family, my new born 3 month old child, my family.

I lost all because of WIRECARD or CHECKOUT Portal

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was supposed to get a refund of $1,150 from a security deposit that my JCPL (electric company) held for us.

Wirecard was supposed to send it on April 23rd, and they said it takes 2-3 WEEKS via USPS First class. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? It should take 2-3 days if you mail it.

Anyhow, they told me to call them 1 month afterwards if I don't get it, and so I called yesterday May 23rd. They gave me the same spheel over the phone, "Wait 4 weeks and call us" and DUH! It's May 23rd, the service rep DOESN"T EVEN think about what they are saying.

So I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, and guess what?!?! She was JUST AS INCOMPETENT. I asked them why they don't use a tracking or ship this substantial check via FedEx express, and they said they'll charge me $25 to use tracking!?!?! RIDICULOUS.

So they agreed to cancel the check and reissue ANOTHER check and I have to WAIT ANOTHER 2-3 weeks. I asked her, what if this gets lost again, and she said, to call back after 4 weeks to reissue another check. SMH!
