I ordered a grey pixi wig - remi-human hair. I got a synthetic bottle blond, shoulder length bob, which didn't suit me. Wigway refused a refund, and wanted me to pay more money for the right wig to be manufactured. Happily my bank refunded my Visa for the full amount. I was harassed by Wigway to return the wig by Australia Post, but Wigway refused to pre-pay the cost of return, which I insisted on. Under Australian Law, once a product is deemed to have a major fault, then the company is responsible to pay the return freight costs. Don't deal with this company. They are not trustworthy.

I recently bought a wig from here and the color that I got when shipped did not fit the ash color that was picked #18. The color was like a strawberry blonde. Anyway, I left a few e mails and pics. Of the wig color. I got an answer back that I could not return the wig because it was a custom wig. I know for a fact that there was nothing said that this wig could not be returned and I read that you can return the wig if you are dissatisfied. In fact I was told that I would look good with that color and should use the wig as an alternative wig. That is very rude on their part and I feel that I should get the money back. This wig was not a cheap wig and cost me a lot. I dealt with other wig companies and they gladly took it back with no problem. I do not recommend your company to anyone looking for a wig. They are not a caring company for their customers.

This is a scam. Heading into chemo I ordered two wigs, one synthetic and one human hair. They didn't arrive within 18-20 days and when followed up got told they would be in touch within three days which would of taken it over the 30day point of when you can cancel it with your credit card. Thankfully I had paid by credit card via paypal which has 180 days to dispute. When I lodged a dispute the wigs arrived in 3 days. The human hair one was not human hair and melted on low heat.

I ordered 3 " 100% human hair, hand tied, monofilament wigs, totalling $992. What I got was nasty, cos play, cheap $5 Halloween wigs. They made it so difficult and tried to get me to send another $500 so they can go through a different wig company. After I told them point blank I wanted a refund they suggested I sell them to someone else. They then offerd a $50 refund. I then went to PayPal and explained what had happened. Wigway freaked out and offered me $100, then $300, then $600 refund. I flat out said no, so PayPal are refunding my whole $992 and wigway are getting their hideous barbie hair back. For those of you who have been scammed please get your money back through PayPal. Wigway are a scam and disgrace. The wig smells like acetone. I hope their factory accidentally burns down.

I have issues with self esteem so I thought id buy a wig from this company, they promised top quality real human hair and i got dooped big time.
Not only was it so nasty and synthetic but was wrong colour, the front part was only few inches long, and it had a major chunk of hair sewn in the wrong direction in the front... colour wasn't true black either. I tried for ages to return it but I kept getting put through to Asian suppliers and given the run around... even got emails in full Chinese...
DONT BUY HERE... FAKE HAIR. RUDE SERVICE.

I don't usually complain much. Usually just cut my losses, but my mother is dying!
I bought a wig from wigway for my mother who is bald from cancer treatment.
They sent me a wig that was the wrong colour and not a very nice looking wig, that can't be styled.
I paid $138 and after 5 weeks it turned up. I emailed them back and forward asked for refund or exchange, they refused exchange saying, it would take up too much time, Eleven times we emailed. They kept repeating that they want to refund me but want a photo. I sent a photo... Still no progress, and no explanation of what they measured the colour against, they offered me $20 refund. I couldn't believe it. They just kept me hanging till I got exhausted emotionally from it and gave up.
Now my mum has no wig and the reality is, she could die any time with any of the 7 tumors in her brain bleeding.
Im devastated.

Brought this for my partner as she is losing her hair
Wig was meant to be same as pictured totally different they said to pay a extra$190 will send correct colour what a joke was told to try it on she would like it if she put it on then went on about how much it cost them to make and how they would be out of pocket ( well I'm totally out of pocket nearly $400 trying to get a return address good luck with that. Lucky I paid with PayPal hopefully they can get their address $ money back
