Bought a man's wig as seen on their site of a Caucasian hair with lines. (Stupid of me not to see the reviews). Was sent a rustic Chinese wig which is completely different from what I selected.
Requested for a refund, and all letters for refund being ignored and no response at all. Looks like my
Money has been stolen. I will contact the consumer affairs to see what they suggest. Hope google can kick these bastards out of their sites so they scam other people. Hope these lowlifes rot in hell.

Do not order from this site, you will not only not receive what you paid for but it will be in awful condition. I received mine that looked nothing like I paid for and the parting had a patch of stubble. I have a dispute with PayPal, of cause the invoice is added below but the trading name is not included. No response yet.

First wig ok, 2nd absolutely nothing like I ordered. Had to take it to PayPal. They won't pay for return freight australia to Shanghai. Refused to refund. Pretend to be from Au. I received my wig 31 May and the style and colour nothing like the catalogue picture, send an email about this, sent a photo of the wig I received and wanted a return address to be refunded. Diane of Wigway said please can I try wear it or make it work as they spent a lot of money to make it... BS
I am still waiting on a return address. Do not buy anything from them... scammers. Look at the 1st beautiful catalogue photo and the wig I received. Specially made for me... disgusting

I paid $160 for a wig … yes the quality is good but it was NOT what I order. Was no way near what I ordered z. They tried to say that shipping and handling made the wig from 16 inch to a 24 inch wig and the roots are 8inch dark growth when I order one with 1/2 inch dark roots … now they want me to trust them ato make me what I orded and pay another $160 plus shipping. No way ‘!
What a waste of hard earned $

I paid $180 for a human hair wig. When it arrived it was synthetic. WigWay told me if I sent an extra 120 they would send the correct wig. Stupidly I sent $120 extra…then cancelled everything…. Sent back the synthetic wig ( to China) and asked for my money back.
I have received nothing and Daisy keeps telling me to keep the wig I have already sent back.
This company is apparently dishonest, they do NOT accept returns for faulty products and return money.

I tried to cancel this order numerous times.
Everything i did was within the cancellation and refund policy and as a consumer i have not done anything wrong.
The wig arrived, after more than ten attempts to cancel over the course of nearly two months, starting as early as within twelve hours of placing the order, and it was of horrific quality. I would just like my money back this has been an abomination

I am a cancer patient snd bought two " human hair wigs " from them
They are totally synthetic
I have written to wig way and they have admitted they are not human hair but want me to buy another

Purchased what I assumed my natural hair colour, first mistake, it has arrived and is an orangeish/red colour nothing like the picture. Very, very disappointed they have after much communication offered to exchange the wig at my expense and for me to pay another $20.00 shipping, they also said to send wrong wig back at my expense the wig should have been light brown, sadly burned by this company. Needed the wig asap as my hair fell out due to chemotherapy.

This wig and this company is a joke! I ordered a human hair wig and I ended with... a plastic wig from China! The color is wrong, the wig cap is wrong and even for Alloween I can't wear this... thing. Wigway you're scammer! Im a cancer patient I expected a lot from this wig I should buy a plastic one directly on A***press at least the wig are cheap DO NOT BUY FROM WIGWAY as you never see again your money

I have attempted a few of different wigs from here and really cherish them as they are so pure or natural. This wig is completely ideal for me both in style and shading. I am truly pleased with it.

This is very cute. You do have to work with it and style it and calm it down, before wearing, but it really is a nice style. Love to be able to pull it on and look like I spent lots of time on my hair.

It is sassy, silky and fun. Probably not a great cut for my head, but I love it anyway! My wavy, thin bio hair would never have been able to achieve this cut, but now I can look just as stylish as the next gal. I chose this wig and it is beautiful color. I think it reads so cool.

Occasions, it isn't at all resultant that I am wearing a wig. This is the thing that each wig client needs. Extremely extraordinary wigs.

THEY DELLIVERED 100 PERCENT SYNTHETIC HAIR. WORSE PART IT MATTED UP THE MINUTE YOU TOOK OUT OF THE BAG. WHEN I ASK FOR THEM TO REPLACE IT WITH HUMAN HAIR, THEY ASK ME TO PAY? WHEN I ASK FOR REFUND THEY COMPLETLEY IGNORE ME.

I ordered Remy human hair wig paid AROUND $164 for it and it turned out to be fake I took it to my hairdresser she said this is 100 plastic nothing real and also knew myself I didn't have to take it to a professional to tell me i live in Australia I'm 27 years old I wanted to change up my hair style and colour and let me tell you the wig looks horrible horrible it might look similar on photo but it looks and feels worse in real life stay away from this company
