Do not order from this site, you will not only not receive what you paid for but it will be in awful condition. I received mine that looked nothing like I paid for and the parting had a patch of stubble. I have a dispute with PayPal, of cause the invoice is added below but the trading name is not included. No response yet.

It is sassy, silky and fun. Probably not a great cut for my head, but I love it anyway! My wavy, thin bio hair would never have been able to achieve this cut, but now I can look just as stylish as the next gal. I chose this wig and it is beautiful color. I think it reads so cool.

I received my wig 31 May and the style and colour nothing like the catalogue picture, send an email about this, sent a photo of the wig I received and wanted a return address to be refunded. Diane of Wigway said please can I try wear it or make it work as they spent a lot of money to make it... BS
I am still waiting on a return address. Do not buy anything from them... scammers. Look at the 1st beautiful catalogue photo and the wig I received. Specially made for me... disgusting

I tried to cancel this order numerous times.
Everything i did was within the cancellation and refund policy and as a consumer i have not done anything wrong.
The wig arrived, after more than ten attempts to cancel over the course of nearly two months, starting as early as within twelve hours of placing the order, and it was of horrific quality. I would just like my money back this has been an abomination

The wig looks so natural - no one would guess it isn't my own hair. My hair used to look like this when I was young but I lost a lot of it over the years through medication. Now I have it back. Was also so easy to put on and quickly style myself. I would highly recommend to others - it took me a while to find a wig that looks so good - so glad I found out about it now. Thank you.

I ordered Remy human hair wig paid AROUND $164 for it and it turned out to be fake I took it to my hairdresser she said this is 100 plastic nothing real and also knew myself I didn't have to take it to a professional to tell me i live in Australia I'm 27 years old I wanted to change up my hair style and colour and let me tell you the wig looks horrible horrible it might look similar on photo but it looks and feels worse in real life stay away from this company

The color was natural looking. I love it so much. I'm very happy and I think this is a nice online shop.

I paid $160 for a wig … yes the quality is good but it was NOT what I order. Was no way near what I ordered z. They tried to say that shipping and handling made the wig from 16 inch to a 24 inch wig and the roots are 8inch dark growth when I order one with 1/2 inch dark roots … now they want me to trust them ato make me what I orded and pay another $160 plus shipping. No way ‘!
What a waste of hard earned $

Purchased what I assumed my natural hair colour, first mistake, it has arrived and is an orangeish/red colour nothing like the picture. Very, very disappointed they have after much communication offered to exchange the wig at my expense and for me to pay another $20.00 shipping, they also said to send wrong wig back at my expense the wig should have been light brown, sadly burned by this company. Needed the wig asap as my hair fell out due to chemotherapy.

I received my wig today, it is so comfortable and light and airy,, feels awesome on my head,,, like having nothing on your head,,, does not scratch,,, and so easy to work with,,,, spike it up,,, Im gonna purchase another one in the same color soon,, to have for a spare. Love this wig,,, it's my favorite now!

I bought a short wig advertised as human hair. When it arrived I found a synthetic wig proven by taking it to my hairdresser who tried to put some highlights and the colour did not take. It also arrived in a colour not the same as I ordered (hence wanting to put highlights in it to match the photo of the one I thought I was buying!)
It also came 3 weeks later than advised and so far I haven't had an answer from them regarding the synthetic wig which I emailed 3 days ago. Very not happy.

Happy to find a simple style for my 93 yr old mom. Bought 2 with different shades of auburn. And fortunately her caretakers are great with them, such an improvement.

This wig and this company is a joke! I ordered a human hair wig and I ended with... a plastic wig from China! The color is wrong, the wig cap is wrong and even for Alloween I can't wear this... thing. Wigway you're scammer! Im a cancer patient I expected a lot from this wig I should buy a plastic one directly on A***press at least the wig are cheap DO NOT BUY FROM WIGWAY as you never see again your money

First wig ok, 2nd absolutely nothing like I ordered. Had to take it to PayPal. They won't pay for return freight australia to Shanghai. Refused to refund. Pretend to be from Au. I now have ordered 5 of this wig over past 2 yrs I took to salon to get my hair color and cut the same. Love

I paid $180 for a human hair wig. When it arrived it was synthetic. WigWay told me if I sent an extra 120 they would send the correct wig. Stupidly I sent $120 extra…then cancelled everything…. Sent back the synthetic wig ( to China) and asked for my money back.
I have received nothing and Daisy keeps telling me to keep the wig I have already sent back.
This company is apparently dishonest, they do NOT accept returns for faulty products and return money.

This is very cute. You do have to work with it and style it and calm it down, before wearing, but it really is a nice style. Love to be able to pull it on and look like I spent lots of time on my hair.

I love this style. The cap is perfeect size. Average caps seem a little big but i purchased the new silk band to wear underneath the wig perfect fit and comfort. Color is what you see online. Hair feels natural and soft. Shapes up nicely.

I have now ordered 2 of this wig, since I wear it almost every day. It is lightweight and natural-looking, although a little small on my head. The light brown color is very flattering!

I have issues with self esteem so I thought id buy a wig from this company, they promised top quality real human hair and i got dooped big time.
Not only was it so nasty and synthetic but was wrong colour, the front part was only few inches long, and it had a major chunk of hair sewn in the wrong direction in the front... colour wasn't true black either. I tried for ages to return it but I kept getting put through to Asian suppliers and given the run around... even got emails in full Chinese...
DONT BUY HERE... FAKE HAIR. RUDE SERVICE.

I have just received the wig which is far too big and asked for small, they wrote back asking me to sew another band inside and to tighten up the little straps inside
No way was I going to do that I want my money back i asked them a few times now, would any one know a way of stoping these ruthless people.

The wig i ordered arrived on time, that was the only positive from the whole ordeal. Wig did not remotely like the photo, and when i requested a refund they gave me several suggestions. 1. Take to the hairdressers for a trim... seriously! 2. Buy another wig. But at cheap price 3. We remake a new one for you... good price 4. Can give you 10% refund

Absolute joke, wish the place could be shut down, learnt my lesson though, always read reviews first.
