I PURCHASED TWO CELEBRITY BEYONCE HUMAN HAIR WIG. I PAID $640 AUS.
THEY DELLIVERED 100 PERCENT SYNTHETIC HAIR. WORSE PART IT MATTED UP THE MINUTE YOU TOOK OUT OF THE BAG. WHEN I ASK FOR THEM TO REPLACE IT WITH HUMAN HAIR, THEY ASK ME TO PAY? WHEN I ASK FOR REFUND THEY COMPLETLEY IGNORE ME.
THIS IS FRAUD AND FALSE ADVERTISING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAV REPORTED THEM TO E COMMERCE.

I received my two wigs both of which where way too big despite ordering the correct size according to there website. The colour was terrible and the completely wrong style for one of them. They look like a dead haggis -seriously! They did not respond to my emails to return and I had to keep emailing -when they did their response was basically "sorry but suck it up - we'lol give you $20 back" - I spent $240!

These people are the most dishonest Company. They had a wig advertised which I purchased. After paying, I wAs advised the wig would take 15-20 days to make + delivery. When I tried to cancel this order because of the time frame, I was immediately emailed that it had already been posted! The wig duly arrived, was totally a different style and colour I. Ordered. You cannot return the wig, as there is no address to return it! I have been nothinfg but harrased by email with further dodgy deals, requiring me to pay more money upfront, on the pretext of many stories, I reported this to the FTC /govt. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD YOU READ ON THE WEBSITE! THIS IS THE MOST ELABORATE SCAM OF ALL TIME. No business ethics or professionalism. Photo 1 wig sent. Photo 2 ordered

I ordered a clip hair piece for my wife who has cancer. Wigway sent a full wig which was not what I orderd. I sent them an email stating they had sent the wrong item telling them I wished to return it and have my money back. They sent my an email saying for me to pay another $45.00 and they would send me another wig. They also stated for me to send them pictures of my wife's current wig or take the wig to a hairstylist. I replied back saying I ordered a a clip hair piece not a fullwig. I readvised them I was more than happy to return the wig. They came back saying we will give you a $15.00 refund and I could keep the wig. I reminded them yet again that the wig was of no use to my wife. They said I could send it back by Austrailian Post. Bit hard when I live in New Zealand. They are absolutely a horrible company to deal with an my wife who is dying of cancer is without a wig thanks to this company.
