I ordered a zury sis naturali star pre-tweezed part human hair wig from this company and the wig came WITHOUT the pre-tweedzed part. It also did not look like any of the other Zury human hair wigs that I had purchased from other sites. They are FAKE - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
If you have an ounce of decency in your wgole body, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. After dealing with the rude monkey that I can onky assume other reviewers are talking about, I sent the following email to WigTypes:
I really do not believe you will care about my comment; especially considering how rude the young man that answers the phone for your company can be towards customers. I spend a lot of money via online shopping on a yearly basis. A huge percentage of that amount is spent at hair companies such as WigTypes. Thanks for proving to me that my money is not good enough for your company. I also thank you for living up to the negative reviews done against your company and the F score given to you by the Better Business Bureau. You have definitely earned it. I will definitely add my two cents in on every single outlet I can... i. e. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Lipstick Alley, BBB, and that all time favorite... general word of mouth. You lost a would be loyal customer over $12.14! However, as I stated earlier, you probably do not care. Good day.
I do not endorse other companies; especially if I don't benifit from it. However, I have never had a bad experience with Hairsisters when I ordered from them years ago. I also have not had any issues with Divatress; who I currently use exclusively. Women are continuing to support companies who are blatantly disrespectful and care nothing about customer service, just to save a couple of coins. Do the reasearch. If you get the same doggone complaint from reviewers, do not order from the company. This applies to everything you order via the internet.
How do you track packages as a guest? How come haven't I received an email about my order yet, I ordered yesterday?
I am not sure what is going on but I keep getting my orders refunded saying the items I ordered are out of stock. I understand that if it says 1 item left or something, it may run out before my item gets processed. But then if they are out of stock how come after it's cancelled sometimes the website still says they're in stock?
They do not respond to inquiries. Their order confirmation emails come as raw HTML code which makes them impossible to read (I did write to them about that too the first time I ordered, theres been no change. That is a very simple probably <5 minute fix.)
Yeah, so they aren't withholding refunds or anything but it seems odd that three times since Jan 2014, I've had my orders just plain cancelled and refunded. I would be glad to patronize their business if I could know I'd get the items I ordered which the site says are in stock. (I have to correct what my review said before - after looking at my account more closely I realize have gotten some items delivered from them in between those three orders). I have been happy with those orders. I just find it odd that some orders get cancelled when their website says they have stuff in stock both before and after cancellation.)
But sometimes if I wait to see if they'll ship, another site that has the items runs out of the item I want, even though they had it at a higher price. I'd rather just pay the extra $ so I can get the items, instead of taking a chance it'll be cancelled again at WigTypes and then not be able to order it elsewhere.
They also seem to do business as Beauty of New York. The physical address is identical and phone #'s are almost identical (in fact I was pretty sure they used to be but now are one number different) and the charges show up with the same ID of "BSOFNYC."
I am wondering if I got blacklisted? But I can't think why that would be. I've never returned anything to them (as if that should be a good reason to do so?). I've never actually received anything from them either. I think I did ask Beauty of New York if they were the same business as WigTypes, so, maybe that got them mad at me somehow? It's not hard to figure out, I kind of did it by accident googling.

Did not send what I ordered/very poor quality wig was sent/wrong color. The delivery was fast. Merchandise was dissapointing.
WHEN YOU GET THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR YOUR PACKAGE, CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS INFORMATION IS CORRECT! I purchased my wig with PayPal, which has my correct shipping address information. My shipping and billing information is the same. I have been checking on the status of my package throughout the week. I see that my package is finally in NV today. Instead of it being on a truck in Vegas, I see that it is on a truck in Henderson. This makes no sense, as Henderson is about a 25 minute drive from me. I check the address on the tracking information, and I find the problem. Wigtypes used my apartment number as part of my street number. This is why my wig is on a truck in the incorrect city. I had to call FedEx, so that they could have my package dropped off at one of their building locations, instead of being delivered to a non-existent address and sent back to Wigtypes. THIS IS PROBABLY WHY PEOPLE AREN'T RECIEVING THEIR PACKAGES! Wigtypes is putting the wrong address on the orders, taking people's money, knowing full wel that the item is going to be returned to them as non-deliverable. Pay attention, ladies!
This site SPAMS YOU WITH ENDLESS EMAILS. Their unsubscribe does not work and they don't answer their phones.
