For one free shipping would apply to order over 49.99, now it is 69.99. It is not worth it, they guarantee lowest prices that is a complete lie. Price are raised higher then other sites. They claim to have these amazing sale but it does not exist. The price stays the same all the time. The holiday sale the claim to have is the same price as also was. Customers service is terrible.

Wig order

Do not order from this company. I ordered 5 wigs from this company. They sent me 4 of the same color wigs. I did not order 4 blond wigs. They just sent me what the wanted or had left in stock. When I sent them a email they said they will charge a 20% restocking fee. I refuse to pay for their mistake. I will never order from this company again. THey have lost a customer, but they probably don't care. Maybe I can sell them on Ebay.

I have shop from them with no problems on my order being shipped. However, when revewing my totals I find that they don't add up. They are adding an addition $3-4 without you even noticing. They tryu to confuse you with some addition % off. Do the math and you will see the accounting is VERY incorrect.

Order was returned to them in error they refused to send the order back to me and they charged me a 20% restocking fee and $11.95 for shipping fee. Be careful they will try to keep your money without giving you anything

If I could give this -0 I would. The customer service is extremely rude. I would never order from this damn company again. Whoever that man is need to get fired asap. They took my money without my consent and refuse to call the merchant to get my money back. Never again.

Horrible

This website is a scam. After I ordered my hair last week I never got a confirmation email and I put the right email in there. Also they logged me out of my email making it seem like I put the wrong email in there. They need to be sued.

I placed an order without doing proper research on this site, and I regret my decision. When I placed my order, although they immediately took my money out my account I didn't not receive an order confirmation. I waited a few days to see if I would possibly get a shipping confirmation I did not. So I'm oblivious to if my order processed or even shipped, but I know they took my money. I called customer service to cancel the order, and the caller was rude and rushed me off the phone.

They are terrible, I entered in my correct address. They sent it to an address that didn't exist and then told me my only recourse was to re-buy the product and they would provide the free shipping. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that they only speak Korean and that they had left the building. This is a huge scam!

I ordered on this website and at first my order wouldnt go through because it wouldnt let me put a different shipping address. I wish I saw the reviews before before depending my money with these d*cks! I called cause my order was being sent to philly and I now live in Boston and Im going out of town. Ups said they would send it to Boston if the company approved I called they were so rude and matter of factly said no they are not doing that. They basically only care about getting your money they dont value customers at all. Id you have an issue they will give zero f*cks and not help you at all. I have never been treated like this from any customer service at all! I am so angry right now I could scream, thats how frustrated I am at this point, they are so disgusting and disrespectful.

I read these reviews and was reluctant to order from them. I called and spoke with Marcos who was great! I sent an email with my order number. The response was amazingly quick. He let me know that a color I wanted wasn't in stock and suggested a color which I agreed to. The order shipped the same day and I received it the next day. I had no problems with this company and my customer service experience was outstanding. UPS absolutely sucked but wigtypes.com was great. I will definitely order from them again.

I purchased (2) Outre Glam Cut wigs from wigtypes.com for &18.00 plus &10.47 for S&H per wig. However i placed my orders separately (since had to have one!) Each order totaled $28.47, the wig color db/30' was not as it appeared on their website. I returned the wigs for a refund and, i received $12.79 per wig! They're answer to that was since i returned the wigs, i received a deduction of 15 percent because the wigs had to be returned back to it's warehouse. I'm out of $ 24.58, and yet had to buy the exact wigs elsewhere! This is the worst experience I've ever had shopping online. "Please stay far away from Wigtypes.com, they are rip off artists"!###!

Very fast shipping! I ordered this item Wednesday and I received it today in the mail. The description is as described. I really love this Wig! I got the color 1B and it looks good. It's lightweight and the curls is lovely. I will be purchasing more hair pieces from this website. I highly recommend you to just placing a order from this website.

83 dollars! I have a hold on my account for 83 dollars that has been on hold for a week or more. This is utterly disgusting and completely unacceptable. Wigtypes.com is a complete and total fraud! I placed my order and was declined, so how is money gone from my account for the order total. I have no tracking number, nothing. And the phone at the company is not even being answered! Do not order from this company! It is not worth it.

A declined transaction will not appear on the credit card statement, though it might appear in a list of pending transactions when you check your account online. Pending transactions will reduce the available credit card (or debit card balance) balance, but will not actually charge the card. A declined transaction will generally remove the temporary pending authorization on the credit card within 1 business day. Some credit card issuing banks will take 2 to 3 days to remove the pending charge.

If a temporary pending authorization does not "drop off" the card within 3 days. Please contact your bank for more information.

For almost 2 months I have been trying to get my refund for 29.00 since they canceled my transaction without giving me a proper explanation. The number doesn't work and their e-mail responses has been cocky and distasteful! They treat you as if you're an idiot and when you threaten to sue; they completely disregard you. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this site EVER! I wish I could give this company a -0 rating!

Was really skeptical about ordering from this company because of all the bad reviews but happy I took my chances. Ordered my wig at 1pm and it arrived by ups the next following day. I love my wig and will be ordering from this company again. Thanks wigtypes.com

I purchased a wig from them and immediately saw when I received it that it was faulty. The seams were coming off and the wig fit was very awkward and barely looked like the picture.
I emailed them within an hour of receiving it to ask about a return and was told because I tried the wig on I couldnt return it despite having the box and tags still attached to the wig.
They pretty much didnt care about trying to rectify the situation.
Don't bother with them.

I purchased an order which came to about $60. When I tried to place the order with my credit card it said that it was declined giving me an error message that my information did not match (which it did). So I went through PayPal and the other went through. Look into my account a day later and it 8 charges from that company with a total of about $500. I was never ever to reach someone in customer service and they did not reply to my emails. I will never order from this company. Then when shipping my package I wasn't at home and they took my package to another location.

It's been nearly month and I have not recived my package. I informed the company and they said it takes 8 business days to put in a claim with FedEx. 8 buisness days later and all I am told is it is still pending. That is it. No explanation or an idea on when I will receive my refund for a package I never received.

Please do not order from this company; color of products do not match website and won't cancel orders, although the cancellation policy on site. This a man in business by the name of Marco taking advantage and rude and disrespecting mostly Black women. How dare him! He is in a business of bate and switch. Please do not buy anything from him, boycott this business. Boycott this business! For those unsatified with products due to bait and switch and refusal to cancel orders in timely manner, I suggest you to call your credit card company and paypal, etc. put a claim against company. They will reverse the charges on your account and debt wigtypes.
