I'm extremely impressed with this site. I was worried because of all the negitive reviews but I will be using this site from now on. I'm very satisfied. I received my order in 3 days and it was the standard free shipping. The hair is beautiful and better than I expected. Not a single complaint from this happy buyer!

They have what you order. I have done returns with no issues when the cap was too small. Shipping when I don't uses USPS takes longer. But this is the only place I order wigs from now.

This was my first time purchasing a wig and my process of ordering one through wigtypes was very easy. At first, I thought their website was skeptical because of the reviews on here. But honestly the bad reviews on here are mainly their own faults. What I recommend to do in order to get the best experience is to order a wig before 5pm so that it ships that EXACT DAY. Also, make an account so you can track your orders! I seen a review on here stating there's no order track for guests so avoid that. When I received my wig it looked beautiful. Haven't tried it on yet, I'm excited to! Lastly, I received my order on time. I look forward to ordering another wig from wigtypes.

I have gotten many wigs from this company, and because of their awesome service I would only recommend wigtype.The wig that I ordered looked just like the picture, and that is rear. I love this company. I will not be going no where else.

Bad Customer Service

I recently purchased 4 wigs from this company, and one of them was supposed to have been Champagne colored, but instead, had a lot of grey/white streaks of hair. It only cost $20, but I do not want a wig with grey hair in it, so I called to have them replace or refund, and they would not, and told me it should have grey hairs in it.
They have lost a customer, and now get this review rather than make it right. Really?

Pictures on our website show that is grey hairs in the wig. You are more than welcome to return the product if you are unsatisfied however the item was pictured correctly.

However, just don't ask a question about your order. The overall attitude of this company is definitely less than professional. If they can somehow fix how they communicate with their customers, they wouldn't have so many on the blacklist. Luckily for me, I found a better inexpensive wig store online. Thank you for being the bi**h you were in the email. I'll make sure none of my friends and family members not patronize your online store.

Run like hell

Ordered wig, paid threw paypal, and the Web site charged also, then when I contacted them to let them know I was charged twice, they were very rude, said I would get refunded after two business days, that was three weeks ago, contacted them threw email, no response called, no response. Never again.

I bought two units from this site, first and last time. Never again! The units looked used both were frizzy beyond frizzy. I'm soooo disappointed. Customer service suck and it sucks I had to take this loss, hair sisters.com sorry I strayed away I'm on my way back no more wig type.com I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Never Again

I only ordered from this place b/c elevatestyles was out of stock in the wig I wanted. The color was wrong and I just wanted to exchange it for the correct color. NOPE! I have to return it pay a restocking fee and buy it again. No sir! Don't waste your time, order with a company that has a reasonable return policy. WigTypes deserves NO STARS!

I emailed Wig types to inform that I unit that I purchased was different from the picture on their website. I sent them a picture of the unit that I ordered and a picture of the unit on their website. The two pictures are nothing alike. There was barely any of those colors in the unit I purchased. I have spent a massive amount of money with this company. Through this experience, I've learned that they don't value their customers. The emailed I received stated that according to management the unit you received is not defective in its color. I will never purchase another unit from this company.

I had a horrible experience with this company. After they withdrew the money from my account I did not receive an confirmation or tracking email from them (which the receipt claimed they would send).

I tried to call and do live chat, hours later, neither worked! Finally I got through and the representative had the NERVE to be rude about me not getting a confirmation email or tracking number. I don't care if I ordered an hour ago. I had same day shipping, therefore, I expect an automatic email confirmation! I usually order through Sam's Beauty and I would endorse them as you receive your emails promptly. I shouldn't have to harass a company about sending email that there OWN receipt states they will. How else would I know that they are doing their job? HELLO. DO NOT buy from wigtypes.com, they are too rude and I work too hard for my money for crappy service.

BTW the hair will be the same no matter where you buy it from so I suggest you shop elsewhere.

I ordered 3 wigs from them & one was severely damaged. It looked as though someone had taken scissors to it. I tried several times to call them but they never answer their phone. There is never a chat operator available even during the times they specify that one will be available. I emailed them and finally got a response asking me to email them the photos I had taken. The email address they supplied has servers that won't even allow you to email photos. I then emailed them a link to the photos and they will not respond to me. Had they tried to resolve the issue I would have been more than happy to purchase from them again as two of the 3 wigs were beautiful. Now I'm just pissed and will not only not be purchasing from them again but I will let me friends and everyone else know not to shop there.

Please do not order from this horrible place/ Website I place an order and their website stated declined, but of course these con-artist has the order amount pending in my checking account. I have notice that this scam has happened to others. I have already contacted my bank to dispute this order and I will be also be contacting the better business bureau to advise them of this website as well.

We apologize you had a hard time placing an order. However we needed to implement the strictest security standards on our website due to an overwhelming amount of fraudulent activity. The billing information input on our site needs to match exactly what your credit card company has on file. The easiest way to determine what they have on file is to look at your statement. If the problem keeps occurring we suggest using PayPal as a form of payment as this is not something we can bypass. The “pending” charges you see on your card will fall off within 1-2 business days. You will not actually be charged.

I have shopped here before usually with no issue and spent a lot. This time my order never came. I spent nearly a hundred dollars and they won't refund me or assist in anyway except repeatedly opening investigations. They are claiming ups told them that it was received but it never was and ups is saying it has taken them repeat tries FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS to get any kind of response. Don't shoot here... if anything happens they won't help at all. I've emailed over 20 times. Try any other site but this one. Also I repeatedly asked them for corporate information and they refused to provide it. I'm trying to attach photos of all the emails but it won't let me. On my *******@antaresdavinci you can see the video of the email and the exchange with their trash snarky customer service representative. Just search my name *******@wigtypes to see how rudely and sarcastically they respond. It's disgusting.

We explained to you in emails and private messages on social media that during the 5 UPS investigations, UPS has determined that you confirmed delivery of the Harlem 125 Synthetic Hair Swiss Lace Wig - LSD91 wigs on 5 separate occasions. Horrible!

I purchased a wig from WigTypes because of the low price and supposed "fast shipping". After a week I called their customer service line to get a tracking number and estimated delivery. He wouldn't give me a tracking number but insisted the wig had been shipped and would arrive the next day. All he asked for was my name which is VERY common so how could he even know he was speaking on the right order? I asked again and he repeated that it'd be here the next day and rushed off the phone. Another week passes and I call again. Same answer. No wig that day either. I dispute the order with PayPal and only then did they ship the wig and I receive tracking info. The wig never left their warehouse the entire time they were telling me that it was on the way. NEVER AGAIN.

The worst place ever

Wigtypes.com is a scam – they claim to offer wigs at a sale price but they don’t have the supply to back up demand and opposed to being honest with you. They take your hard earned money and send you half your order and then claim they did nothing wrong. I called and was immediately drawn into conflict. I simply wanted to know when the rest of my order would arrive or if I would receive a refund for the 2nd wig. I spoke with a guy named Jay who said it wasn’t his problem. To do what I have to do (dispute it on my CC) Please save yourself the hassle and don’t buy from them.

Horrendous Service

This company is absolutely ridiculous. If you take a moment and research, you will see they have the same issues with so many customers. Their prices are cheaper than comparable sites to lure you in. I had an issue where I ordered and the order got canceled. I called the extremely rude man at the company who was ridiculous and inefficient. After being short with me, he explained that since it was canceled I wouldn't be charged. And if so, it would cancel after it was "pending." Of course, they processed the payment and I never received a wig. I contacted my bank and they reimbursed me. In short, stay away from here and spend your money with a more reputable, customer service-oriented company.
