DO NOT BUY THEIR WIGS! My young daughter, bald because of chemotherapy for her cancer, purchased two wigs for an upcoming family wedding, they cost £170. They took about six weeks to arrive and looked nothing like they should do. They were appalling and caused her great distress. I then entered in correspondence with Wigsmart in an attempt to return them for a full refund. At first they refused to give me their address and consequently went on to tell me they could not offer a refund as the wigs were custom made (this would require a personal fitting, so not true.) They then asked for a sample of my daughters hair (very hurtful) but eventually ofered me £30. Which is when I realised that I was dealing with a bunch of cheats and conmen. They eventually gave me their address which was in China. Tired of their dishonesty, I contacted PayPay who activated a dispute. At their requst I sent the wigs back. Unsurprisingly PayPal found in my favour and I received a full refund of £170. Without their support I would have got nothing. This company prey on people, please avoid them. They are dishonest and corrupt.

I order an item from them after couple of weeks delay and chasing it up finaly they post the item. When the item arrived it was total different from the picture on thier websuite and the attacvhment type was diffrent too.
I request an explanation, their response was you need to style it yourself. But that was not what I have seen on the photo and the attachment was different too. They first refuse to refund my money and i had to send so many emails and explain that it was their fault to begin.
After a few weeks the refund the money excluding the £7.00 postage fee. They are still rejecting to refund me for the postage fee.

It is not worth it at all. The most crook company I aware work with.

NEVER BUY A WIG FROM WIGSMART. I paid for speedy delivery. My two wigs eventually arrived 6 weeks later. I contacted them via e Mail about 15 times to ask what was happening about my order and was fobbed off with pathetic excuses. When my wigs did eventually arrive, OMG! They looked like something you would buy in a joke shop. I took them to my hairdresser who was horrified. He managed to salvage one but the other is unwearable and I am now in the process of trying to obtain a refund. Wigsmart company is a scam organisation. PLEASE WE WARNED and NEVER purchase from them.

This site has some wonderful photos of wonderful wigs including pictures of Joan Collins. Do not be fooled! The wigs they are providing have no resemblance to the ones pictured, and as for the sizing that is a joke! They are very large!
The wigs come from China and are very poor quality. Ideal for wearing to a fancy dress party but that is about all!
I have alopecia and have been wearing wigs since 1999. I have always purchased them from Trendco and have been satisfied but was taken in by the internet advertising and too good to be true prices at Wigsmart. There is no U. K telephone number to ring and contact is only by email. I have paid over £100 for two wigs that I could not wear without looking ridiculous! I have written it off as a bad experience after reading the trouble that people have had trying to get their money back from this Company. I have not even bothered to contact them but want to warn others to avoid this Company and be careful who you purchase from. This Company are making money out of people's misfortune. They need to be stopped.

I ordered what looked like a gorgeous platinum blonde bobbed wig for £65.00 from what I believed was a UK web site.
A couple of weeks later this short, ginger monstrosity arrived which looked like Anne Robinson on a bad hair day. It was nothing like the style or colour I had ordered.
I contacted Wigsmart "customer services" straight away explaining they had sent me the wrong order and for them to provide a postage-paid returns label so I could send it back for a refund, as it was THEIR mistake.
They asked me to send them a photo of the wig as they claimed it was what I had ordered. So I sent them a screen shot of the wig on their web site as well as a copy of my order so they could see for certain the style and colour of what I had been expecting. I also sent a photo of what I received.
They said they could not accept the wig back because it was "custom made" for me and they had lost money making the wig. I told them it was NOT was was advertised and NOT what I had ordered and I demanded a refund.
They followed with a series of nonsensical emails, some of which were obviously copied and pasted from previous emails, irrespective of my comments or questions. They all contained the annoying "we hope for your understanding" as well as the ungrammatical "for your order, the wig is indeed produced with the colour you chose" even though the screen shots and photos showed to the contrary.
It was obvious they had no intention of helping me, so I reported them to PayPal, and sent PayPal copies of my order, the photos and the series of ridiculous replies.
PayPal found in my favour and obtained a return address for me. I did have to pay £9.75 to send the item Royal Mail international tracked, but once I had sent the tracking number to PayPal the £65.00 was refunded within a couple of weeks.
The whole experience has made me a wiser person, and now I always seek out customer reviews for any online company before buying from them for the first time.

As said above, I do wish I had done a bit more research before buying from this company, but stupidly, because it had uk after the name I assumed it was in the U. K.!
It is not, it is a company based in China. The wig I ordered took approx 3 weeks to arrive, and believe me it looked absaloutly nothing like the picture. It was the wrong style, much shorter, zero thickness, incorrect colour and was just hideous.
I messaged them via email, as there is no contact number anywhere. They say they will get back in touch within 12 hours... they did not, another two emails and they finally answered. I told them I wished to return the wig, then came a load of excuses saying I should put it on the stand, style it, try it on again, I then explained that no amount of fiddeling with it would make it look like the one illustrated. I told them I was going to pop it into the post to them with or without a returns number ( which they do not give you anyway), and should I send it back to the Swansea address that was on the box. I think they wait until they have a load of orders and then ship to one addresss where they are then distributed, they said no it would have to go back to china. They then offered me a £25 refund, I said no, next email they said I could exchange it, I said no, next email they offered me a £55 refund, I said no! Believe me they make it very difficult, I finally after 7 emails from me got the address and sent it back which cost £13, and I did then receive the refund of £110, but what a battle. Please please do not buy from this company, make sure you buy from one in the U. K, with someone on the end of the phone.
If you are reading this and have been unfortunate enough to be in a similar situation, keep on to them, don't give up, persevere and I am sure you will get your refund. But, I have certainly learnt a lesson!
