Scammed by Wigsbuy

This company is the by far the WORST company I have ever done business with, they should be shut down! Their customer service is a total joke! They NEVER answer their phone and trying to to send emails is even worse, I believe this company is based out of China and they lie, cheat and steal your money! Their wigs are inferior products made from either a cat or a dog! I purchased 2 wigs last January, still waiting for my money almost a year later. Stay away! Thery owe me almost $300 dollars for 2 wigs returned in perfect condition, they keep saying it"s on it's way, dealing with these scumbags for 1 year! My advice to everyone, stay away or they will get you as well and no one will help you!

Money grabbers
April 12, 2022

My wig arrived in fairly good time but was not wearable. One side was much longer than the other. I paid $80.00 and lost $80.00 which was much less than other buyers. There was no return address on their website and the 2 telephone numbers, one in China, went nowhere. I called my bank and filed a dispute. They did credit my debit card with the $80.00 until they could research the dispute. 3 months later I received a letter from my bank stating that the $80.00 credit would be removed since Wigsbuy provided documentation that the purchase was valid. I know that it was valid but I was not able to get a return address for the return time allowed. I will be researching sellers before making purchases from now on. Look at their reviews.

I ordered a strawberry blond wig from wigsbuy.com. What I received was a hideous bright orange fake looking henna wig. I have filled out the return complaint form three times with no response yet! I feel scammed.

The worse company to deal with and should have researched before buying from this company. I ordered item on 9/11/17. It is now 10/6/17 and I've only received one item and still waiting for the rest. This is paying for expedited order. Followed up on 9/30/17 about order and did not get response for 1 week. I finally got frustrated with this company and got a hold of an online agent to cancel. Not worth my time and will NEVER deal with again. VERY BAD COMMUNICATION!

UPDATE 10/23/16: After reviewing this terrible company, I'm attempting to understand why another wigsbuy.com representative would reach out for for the order# one week later? I gave it to her but she didn't do anything except apologize and explain the discrepancy all over again of what I've already been upset about to begin with. Folks save yourself the heartache and don't even waste your time with the bad customer service!

I HAVE MY REFUND!

I am a woman of her words. I told the people at Wigsbuy when I receive my refund I would write another review. Here I am.

If you're getting a refund, don't give up. True, I had to do some footwork or finger-work in my case to get my refund. It was worth it. I received my refund quicker than what I was told.

I still will not buy another wig from them but customer's service turned out to be better than I first thought. Thanks for getting me my refund.

Don't buy from these people. I ordered a wig that looked nothing like the photo or the description. I complained and got the runaround. I insisted on my refund and they emailed me the directions. I was specifically instructed to send it back REGULAR mail. Now they claim they never got it. Of course I have no tracking because I was told to send it regular post, complete scan... I'm out $300.

I'm a cancer patient and have lost my hair and anticipated getting some self confidence back when receiving my wigs. First it took forever to start receiving them and when some did come in they were the wrong wig and/or wrong color. I have been trying over 2 months to return what I have bought by writing to their "so called" customer service via e-mail with no response. I have tried to call their customer service telephone number to try to talk to someone and can't even leave a message because the voice mail box is full. I'm so disappointed with and if I can stop anyone else from ordering from this scam company by writing this review it makes me feel better.
Save your money and spare yourself the heartbreak of trying to make yourself feel better by buying one of their wigs. It's bad enough to go through the trauma of hearing you have cancer, going through chemo treatments and loosing your hair and then have to deal this company on top of it.

What is the point of having a review site if you're just going to allow the business to post its own phony reviews. Compare the incorrect English phrases to those in the product descriptions on their site... AND ironically, all the reviews posted here were done on the same day, 4/25/2015. Really?

I ordered a Dolly Pardon wig due to chemo treatments. Took almost 60 days to receive it. They took $75.00 as soon as I placed order. The wig looks nothing like picture or what I ordered. No return form in box!. Emailed numerous times and filed dispute. No answer... phone number keeps saying to call back. Will contact Credit card and file fraud... what a joke!

My bank had to go after this company cause they took my money and still haven't given me a wig four months later--proof on one lying email after the next. Not sure if this means they are a scam. If you buy, make sure your bank has the ability to reverse charges.

This was one of the worst wigs I've ever seen. It was totally thin and the color was horrible. It looked nothing like the picture of it. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, even if I had cancer and someone offered to buy me a wig from this company I would refuse it.

This place is a scam

This place is a scam. Every positive or almost positive review is from a person that works for the company. Try to find a YouTube video of someone who actually purchased a wig that likes it, who is not affiliated with this company. Do a google search and you will find scam and buyer beware everywhere. I just wish I did this before I had my money suckered away from me. I hope an investigation is done and they are forced to pay back every customer they stole from. They are nothing more than thieves. This is an honest review.

Very happy with the quality of my human hair wig. Light and natural looking. Great price and Ruby the online chat lady was helpful with the progress of my order and explained that the human hair wigs take longer to process as they are hand made to order. I have now ordered four more in different styles and lengths.

After reading all the reviews it has been 6 days and my order says processing there is no where that says estimated delivery day and i bought human hair clip ins i pray they are really human hair and length and color i ordered and i hope they look good because from what everyones posting has me nurvious i spent that much can someone please let me know how much longer my orders going to take to process and ship freaking out about it

Wigsbuy quality

I will never order from this site again. They have no ethics when it comes to honest business. I spent over $200. They sent me the wrong wig. At least 4 inches difference in length. I will never wear it cause the quality is so low. I've seen better for $20 at a local shop... and then ask if I will keep it if they give me a $20 dollar coupon... do not do buisness with this company. Your throwing your money away if you do...

I'm not a person that wears wigs.My friend introduced this website to me and I bought my first wig on this website. I absolutely love the wig and I get so many compliments. It also stands up to the test of time and still looks great after several washes.

I loved how fast the wig came to my door. However, The wig was a bit thin, Not as thick as the other 100% human hair full lace Wigs that I have ordered from you. But still, for this price it is realy worth the money, also, It won't stop me from ordering from you because you've done such a great job.

I think this company stinks. They are Robotic in answering your questions. Will NOT return your money and mostly (ubless you have years to wait) you won't even get your order. This has been a nightmare for me. Cancer patient, no hair, can't leave my apartment and they won't refund your money so you could at least order out. A little empathy goes a long way, but they don't get that and all their answers are scripted.

It is a perfect work of fashion design and fine material with great finishing. The loose long full lace wig is a great addition in my collection. I prefer to wear the beautiful curly wig in occasions as it gives me a cute look. Thanks wigsbuy!

My experience with wigsbuy was terrible to say the least. First I didn't receive everything I ordered and than what came was wrong. I tried contacting them with the numbers they provided but none of them was functional very disappointing after spending so much on them. Their customer service also sucks, simply put they suck in every level. I wouldn't even refer them to my worse enemy.
