I placed order on February 6th. I've tried making contact on 5 different occasions with email. They say they have live chat, but it's never available! My order says preparing! How long does it take to send out a stock wig? I'm getting ready to contact credit card company and dispute the charge as I've not received the wigs. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend placing any orders on this website.
This is a Chinese company that shows wig pictures from other manufacturers, then sends you either something horrible, or nothing at all. I don't understand why PayPal allows them to collect money through them. If it hadn't been for American Express, which I used on my Paypal account, I would have been out the $300. There is NO customer service. Don't even consider sending them money!
Everything went fine with all of my orders except one, in wich case the customer service were very helpful and after making everything clear I've received my order with express delivery.
Will definitely buy from wigsbuy again!
I ordered my wig before reading all the negative reviews. Do your research before ordering. Anyway, I got cold feet, so, within 24 hours I called them and they agreed to cancel my order and refund the entire price. Originally, they said it would take 2 to 4 weeks to refund my money, but it was back in my account within 5 days.
I've bought wigs from different online shops before, 'simul for cosplay purposes, but I've never enjoyed them or found such a wonderful quality as those at Wigsbuy. They are natural, or vibrant, but beautiful and realistic and freaking incredible prices. I constantly have people reaching out to touch asking if it's real hair, or complimenting it. I feel confident and beautiful in each and every wig that I have received with incredibly quick shipping. So just, to the wigsbuy team, thanks!

Wigsbuy should not be able to function as they so. My 85 yr old mother purchased a ' wig' from Wigsbuy. What she received looked like a Halloween costume piece. I was furious and tried in vain to contact them for a return. They have a non existent customer service. NO return address but state on invoice that there are no returns w/o an RMA #. Because my mother gets very frustrated easily she decided not to pursue this thru her cc. There are reputable companies to buy from... this is an Overseas scam! Be warned!
I waited two months for the wig and when I got it, I was very disappointed. The color was wrong and the shape was terrible. I paid $228 and they offered to refund me $100 if I wanted to return it, in addition to paying for shipping costs. As an alternative, they offered to pay me $35 to have it restyled at a salon. I took this last offer. I will not be ordering a wig from them again
Respectfully requesting that if you are purchasing a wig DO NOT buy from Wigsbuy. Took forever to receive and it is the wrong color and long hair when I ordered short hair! So disappointed. Wigsbuy hasn't answered my emails for directions on how to return. Paid $151.00 and buyer beware. What a total rip off and they shouldn't be allowed to do business in the USA.
Paid for 2 wigs, total $396.54 on Nov. 7th, 2021. I never received an email acknowledging the purchase. I've tried to contact, to no avail. I believe they are scammers. Do not purchase anything from them.
This wig is one of the best wigs that I have ever worn. First: It doesn't look like a wig, which is awesome. Second: I got many many compliments on it. Third: It fits me perfectly, I didn't have to continuously keep adjusting it all the time. Fourth: The price is amazing for this kind of quality. What a pleasant shopping experience. Stay away from this website. They are based in China and their wigs look nothing like what you ordered. They are a rip off company so please do not buy anything on this website. The good reviews you read are fake.
This website is one of the worst experiences I had in regards of communications.
I did a purchase. Got no confirmation, but used paypal, the transaction went thru, I thought it would be only time for them to process, etc. 2 weeks later, no confirmation, nothing. Trying to contact them any communication takes more than 2 days for them to read it (using Facebook messenger). They insisted no payment was done, regardless the amount of evidences.
Thankfully PayPal assumed the case, tried to contact them, no response, and reimbursed me with no further due.

I think Wigsbuy came up on Facebook, but do not buy from them! I wish I had looked at reviews first. The wig that I ordered and the wig that arrived were not even near the same wig. I have worn wigs from Paula Young that were VERY nice. So I am familiar with wigs. I was able to return it, but I had to pay for postage and there was an international charge too! Do not buy from them!
Ridiculous to work with. Spent $350 on a sale for 2 wigs. One is so terrible that it looks like a mess hot glued together by a 6 year old. Part of the seems weren't even attached. The company told me that they could either offer me a 25% discount on another to replace it, or they could give me back $175 for returning both wigs. What a frigging sham. Hopefully my bank corrects this because the Company may not. Wigsbuy is an absolute joke
Wigsbuy apologized for the mix up on the wig I brought and is making it right buy refunding me my money and they are doing it very promptly. They have taken full responsibility so I will try them again. Everyone makes mistakes so I will still be a wigsbuy customer.
I ordered a wig from these people and it took a month and a half to get the wig, when I got the wig it looks nothing like the picture. It is not even a Bob wig who does this and how can they get away with it. Do not order from this website I will never order from them again had I known it was coming from China I really would not have ordered. They are using our favorite artist and stars pictures making you thik the wig looks like that.
This company is a joke. They sent me the wrong order and when I contacted customer service (twice) I got no response. It wasn't until I filed a claim on Paypal did I hear anything from them. Even then they lied, saying they would ship me the correct product (they didn't). Once I escalated the claim directly to Paypal they offered me a $10 refund. Seriously? In what world do you offer someone 1/4 of their money back when you are the one who messed up?
Needless to say I'd never order from them again.

Despite all the bad reviews from this website I still placed an order on 22 and paid for expedited shipping and the order is still just in process. I'm starting to wonder if the reviews I read about this being a scam are true and just hope my unit finally ships soon so I don't have to dispute the transaction.
Though the bob hairstyle wig took long time(two weeks) to reach me, but I was happy waiting for a trendy wig like this. I like the affordable price and best quality of human hair fiber used in this bob hairstyle wig. Hope wigsbuy's delivery could be better.
Horrible quality! Even worst is their non-existent customer service. Still waiting for them to respond to any of my emails to get a shipping address. Don't make the mistake If you are not satistfied you will get stuck with it. There is no refund.
Just ordered a gown with wigsbuy.com. OMG, it was beautiful. I can't tell you the compliments I received on my wedding day. I did have to have it hemmed up to be the 3/4 length I wanted, but very good quality materials. Again perfect fit other than length. Will definitely recommend it to my friend!

Answer: The positive ones are fake reviews. Standard English is butchered in these reviews. They also write things we would not say like "i recommend site to all my friends to buy." These bad reviews are the honest ones because they have no reason to lie and no agenda to put money in this merchant's pocket. The bad ones are assuredly those who HAVE paid for horrible wigs that are poorly made. They write these reviews for two reasons: 1. It is cathartic getting the scam off their chests, and 2. To help and warn others. It is a waste of time to leave an honest review to help others knowing people will not believe them! For what reason do they have to lie?
