I bought a remy hair wig that looks nothing like the photo. They will "need to revoke part of the labor cost and shipping cost, so the refund is $100", half on what I paid. I already paid to ship it back to them. They communicate with broken English and have no accountability other than reviews.
I bought this wig as part of a costume. The quality was far above my expectations. They did an amazing job and the price was well below what I would have expected when I saw the product. WigsBuy.com had it in my hands in a few days and gave a great discount on the shipping. I will be doing a lot more business with them after this experience and I will tell all my friends.
I ordered my wig not knowing it would be coming from China. They have already charged my credit card but I have not received my order and there is no tracking info. I have emailed them for order status... we'll see what happens. I noticed the question below regarding if the good reviews were real. I also question that since they are in broken English and it seems the reviews are either extremely bad or good... nothing in the middle or average... weird!
This is the worse wig ever purchased on line. This company is a fraud, and beware what you buy from them. They sent me a used different wig, not the one I purchased for $45.44. The wig looks scary to wear, and I have called and sent many emails to no avail. They are thieves and it will catch up with them soon. Beware of these fake China companies, never again, have lent my lessons.
I have ordered from wigsbuy.com quite a few times I always order the same thing but its much cheaper than buying in the shops. They usually send a free gift of a hairbrush in with your product, so now half my friends have an hairbrush. Would order from them every time for definite.
They are copying information from wigs.com to make it seem like that's who you're ordering from. After not hearing anything for 3 weeks after placing my order, I contacted wigs.com with a copy of the confirmation e-mail. They said they had no record of my order and that they were aware of the scam being perpetrated by wigsbuy.com. I checked my PayPal statement and saw that they had processed a payment from me about a week and a half ago, and all the information was in Chinese. I have opened a dispute with PayPal. Stay away from this company, and be extra careful when you place an order. I'm a very savvy shopper and I was still fooled.
These people charged my credit card, (an international fee was charged as well), but I did not receive the wig. I did receive a payment confirmation and order number, in which they advised I could track down the progress of my purchase. I checked the status of my order on account created online with them, the 'status' went from preparing shipment to "You have not placed any order, Shop now!" I tried research under the order number, but the system indicates the "order number does not exist". I searched for their phone number only to discover they are in China. I also found a few negative reviews about the quality of their products, and other major issues when comes to refunds, Never again will I deal with them. I will check for reviews before I place an order with any other companys online, had I done with this one I would have not even bothered.
I purchased 2 wigs the first one came in a month and the quality of this wig was so poor I can't wear it in public. Been waiting 2 Months for the second one to arrive and still nothing. They don't respond to my emails, other than a delay notice. They advertised a discount they didn't apply so I paid $800 for nothing! Very upsetting and they don't care, once they have your money, you're out of luck. I would strongly advice against this company
Very glad I googled reviews for wigsbuy because I was ready to order one. I had emailed customer service with few questions and it took a week to get a reply. Thank you sitejabber for saving me the trouble of dealing with them.
I love this wig! Looks like the picture This wig is absolutely gorgeous. Very realistic imo. I have naturally dark hair but wanted something with some curl to it since my real hair doesn't hold too well and curling it is a pain.
Completely unprofessional outfit - there are only partial refunds and they are scarce at best. Company sent (3) of the same wigs, none of which I ordered. It is a struggle at best to effectively communicate and their responses are scripted. Outrageous business practices.
Purchased a wig weeks ago (almost 2 months) and 2 additional orders that I haven't received. I haven't been able to contact company at all because no phone number exists. Will not recommend to anyone!
Trying to return a wig that looks nothing like the advertisement. I clicked on numerous sections on their website to get someone to tell me how to return this wig (turns out China). Their website is only good for taking your order and that's it. Please do your homework and don't order from Wigsbuy. They are a scam. Unfortunately, I cannot rate them zero. I have reported them to FTC.
Stupid me didn't do a thorough research first. I was led to believe the wig was coming from U.S. I ordered the wig and they took funds out of my account on 1/4/22 with 3 day shipping. On 1/10/22, no wig, so I tried canceling order and they refused. This monstrosity that's supposed to be a wig arrived 1/31/22. It's not even the wig I ordered and it shipped from China, not the United States. Hard lesson learned!
Before l made a big purchase l wanted to see what the quality of the wigs would be. I purchased a long and a short. The long came in a different color and it sheds. It also looks like a Halloween wig on the top where they tried to make it look like dark roots. It shines like stupid ugly. The short wig is ok but definitely not the one l ordered. I bought both on sale and they were still $124 in total. This is very disappointing and l won't order from them again.
Hi, wrote here before about the 239$ paid wig, that was a scam bad quality. Well I then took it to Paypal and escalated a claim. I returned the wig (by my own expense) and now I got e-mails from Paypal that they made a resolution for my favor, and I have been refunded with the 239$. I am relieved, even though I lost some money with this scam, but got the most back. It was a very frustrating battle and I do not suggest that anyone EVER puts any money to those cheaters! I had also another claim with Paypal according another scam company Wigsis, and that resolution came also today and I got the refund, which was 150$, so at this cases Paypal really helped me and it ended up as good as possible. I am a lot wiser now, and I will not use these awful Chinese scam sites anymore at all. Please be aware!
My wig which took 2 months to receive is nothing like what I ordered. The cut and color is all wrong. I don't believe it is human hair. No one would wear this wig! It is trash! I returned it but of course they are not going to refund my money. Customer service is not existent. PayPal was also not helpful in getting a refund.
The best part of the long human hair wig is its quality as even on touching you feel that these hairs are natural and baby soft because of 100% human hairs that have been used in them. The price is also very reasonable for such quality straight looking hairstyle.
Horrible wig, nothing like the picture, not length, texture, or color. My hair stylist said there was no way to make it look like the picture. They offered $15 off. PayPal was useless. I finally gave up and kept it in the event I ever take up street walking.
Just received 'short choppy layered wavy wig' - never again! This is a joke. The worst wig I have ever seen. I will throw it away.
Not even going to try to get my money back because any company that can sell a product like this has to be unscrupulous so I have just put the experience down to a scam.
