I only wish I had seen all these other reviews before buying. No product and no communication until I went with a PayPal resolution. The wig itself is hideous, looks like the hair is glued on the top. Who would wear it? Complete waste of time and money.
The wigs I received after a long wait did not in any way match the advertising pictures. The models are pictures of actual real hair styles not wig. When I contacted support I got ghosted. The website has no return policy or option. Do not use this site to buy a wig. It had no style or color just very awfully made and bad color. I have a receipt and can post pictures later.
Although it's a new web for me, i found there are many new and attractive products which have better price than other websites. I am considering to buying something from this online store in the coming days
The product is of very high quality and looks exactly how it does in the pictures, for a fraction of what you would pay elsewhere. I will definately recommend buying products from wigsbuy to everyone.
I love my previous wig I received and get tons of compliments every time I wear it. I have since ordered three more! I'm obsessed! Their customer service team is great, they are so helpful. I recommend this site to anyone looking for a good quality hair piece at a reasonable price.

Ours came 24 days after ordering, sat on front porch for 3 days (didn't know it was there). Then when we want to return it, phone doesn't work, emails are unanswered.
Stay away.
I purchased a wig online on May 28,2020. My payment posted immediately of course. Almost a month later, the company took it upon themselves to cancel my order for no reason. I will not be re-purchasing anything from this company!. Now I have to wait for my refund which I'm not counting on considering their customer service.
I would NEVER order from here again. It took 5 weeks and the wig was not what I ordered. My mom had a tumor removed from the top of her head in February and I ordered a short pixie cut wig that day. The wig came and is completely wrong. See the photos and their offers. Refund me less then 50% of purchase AND I pay for return shipping. Then they give me a VIP link for future orders. They are messing with the wrong girl!
Just received a my wig back from the post office after returning it to Wigsbuy a year and a half ago when I was first diagnosed with lung cancer because it was't the quality I expected it to be. I was told I would receive half of what I paid back but that never happened. Don't waste your money on this company like I did. Just wanted to warn everybody who might be in my situation.
They advertise like it's a wig shop in Florida, when in reality, the wigs come from China. They look nothing like the pictures and to send them back, you have to fill out a customs form, then pay close to $30 for postage. They gave me a credit of $10 for a $100 wig! Wig was platinum blonde with ORANGE highlights! Style not at all like picture!
I do a good deal of online shopping and pride myself in thoroughly researching products before a purchase. I've been looking for a highlighted short choppy cut wig and found one on WigsBuy. I did NOT do a search for reviews and am so sorry for this mistake. I received a package with a wig sized for a doll's head, color brown made out of what I would call straw cut from a bowl. This company needs to be drummed out of business.
The first wig I ordered from the company was nice. I should have quit while I was ahead. I ordered two more wigs of the same color, but different styles. After waiting a month, I received my wigs. They were the wrong color and wrong style. Nothing at all like the pictures on their website. I followed the directions to request a refund, got a pop-up that my dispute had been received, and there have been crickets ever since.
Additionally, the site will say your order is shipped, but when you check the carrier—IF they tell you who it is—the status is pending. For weeks.
Steer clear of this company.
I been going back and forth over hair that was supposed to be auburn but is orange! And been week of emails for return still not be solved! So I guess I will post here everyday and on other sites till they give me a return for this party city hair that coast 220.00! I want my refund!
Not as nice as a Halloween dime store wig. Absolutely a joke. Recycled road kill. You will not get a return address and never see your money again! China Company. Boot legged pictures stolen from actual wig company's, not their photos! Beware!
These wigs are nothing like the pictures. I almost laughed when I took one out of the box. Suitable for Halloween only. Also, can find return policy on web site. Apparently, there is none. Buyer, beware!
The natural hair wig that I bought for my mother looked nothing like the image! I attempted to contact and resolve an exchange 3 times and was ignored completely by their non-existent customer service! If you're considering a purchase, don't do it!
I ordered my wig in February and after numerous emails I still do not have my order... the so called tracking information saying it's been delivered is a dam right lie! Wish I'd read these reviews before handing over £200 to these scammers!
I ordered a standard size (based or their chart) and the fit was terrible. It also looked like something I could have bought at a costume store for $10. I have tried for 3 days to get a return address and whatever else is needed for the refund they claim you get if not 100% satisfied. As a hairdresser, I know quality and this is not it! I am also going to add a post to Facebook where they advertised. BUYER BEWARE
1,, waited over a month for 2 pixie cut wigs in Med Golden Brown. 2 Got the wrong wigs (style, color) one some kind of brown and the other was blond 3. Tried calling Customer Service several times, over several days just kept getting a system greeting. 4. No packing slips or return shipping labels. Judging from the reviews I've read Looks like I'm out $300.00. So very upset and will never order from this website again.
They're no way legit wig mages are stolen from other wigs websites. Order one, you'll receive skinned possum in about 6 weeks!
