I bought four wigs from this company and one of them looks like it might be able to be worn during Halloween. The others are made from some kind of polyester or something. I doubt if you can use heat on these they would just melt. Below I have a picture of just one as an example of what they show on their website and what you actually get do not waste your money.

I bought four wigs from this company and one of them looks like it might be able to be worn during Halloween. The others are made from some kind of polyester or something. I doubt if you can use heat on these they would just melt. Below I have a picture of just one as an example of what they show on their website and what you actually get do not waste your money.

Tip for consumers:
DON’T buy from these web sites. There are three or four but they’re the same company.

Products used:
These wigs come from China somewhere and take about 12 weeks for you to get them. They are counting on you not returning them because of the hassle of having to ship there. Do not buy from any of these wig companies without checking their reviews.

Do NOT buy from here. The quality is so poor, I would't put it on my poodle's head. The color is off, the braided part looks like rope vs hair, and it's really plastic looking strands that are glossy. Not much you can do with this. I called 5 times now. Different answer with every person. You can't even donate this. I'm going to dispute on my credit card.

Placed an order, FedEx claimed they delivered, package never received. Called customer service, was told I would have to call back 25 days later to have package resent. Why do I need to call back in 25 days? I believe that this is a tactic to not replace merchandise and keep people's money. How many people get busy and forget to call back. Furthermore, why should a customer be inconvenienced in such a way? I asked if I could request a refund when I call back. Don't want anything from them after being hung up on by "Carl." This new representative told me that I would have to have the item reshipped and then return it. What sense does that make? Why would they risk a repeat of what happened this time around? As I stated previously, taking people's money and not caring about whether the merchandise is received or not. They got me once but, I will make sure that it won't happen again. I will never ever purchase from them or any company it claims to be affiliated with. Check wig.com at bottom for affiliates.

Shop with a company that ensures that it's customers receive their merchandise.

Very poorly made and fake looking. Impossible to return! I paid by paypal and had to initiate a claim. After 5 emails back and forth requesting they give me an address to return the wigs I was given a china address! They would refund my money after they receive the wigs, and to make sure I insure them in case they get lost! I ended up accepting partial refund and lost time and money.

Tip for consumers:
that returns are impossible, make sure you know what you are ordering and plan on keeping it.

I bought Ava (M9410) Average Color 24/14 (Iced Coffee). Couldn't wait to get it and put it on. I think it's lovely. The cap fits very nice, and although I don't have a large head, it's not petite either. The color is gorgeous. The little "flips"in the back are great. I love it. Looking for more wigs now as I'm writing this.

I bought three wigs of different types but they shipped to me three similar wigs. I tried to contact them so that I could return the two and get my refund but they have kept taking me round an round till the time I am writing this review. The contact number on the website does not work and the email address they have on there bounced back to me.
This is a terrible company. Stay away from them

Have not received my Merchandise sent them an email they told me it's coming from wuhan And I ordered this on February 26 it is now March 23 do not order from this site, I was told air drop shipment I haven't gotten anything so I disputed it with my bank they keep saying it's on its way but no tracking number and what is air drop shipment?

This is SCAM. First, I thought they were American. They are in China. They sent me the WRONG item. On purpose. I ordered a wig, and they literally sent me some braid strands. When I asked for a refund, they offered me 20% and keep the POS or return the POS and pay S&H for a full refund. The minimum cost of S&H is $27.50. BUYER BEWARE. They messed with the wrong person this time. I am going to have them investigated and do my best to have them shut down.

DO NOT BUY. THIS IS A SCAM.

I ordered from this site thinking it was in USA. And also that is stated it would do returns if needed. The wig was horrible. The cut was not what I ordered. The color was not correct. I also ordered a petite and it's still too big for my head. I asked for a refund and it was then that I was told that the wigs are from China and it wou ;d cost me $50 to return it not including a 10% fee. It's such a ripoff, I can't believe that they can get by with this... but they do.

I ordered a ponytail wig from wigs.com. The color was a light brown but when it arrived it most resembled a dark brown being at least 4 shades darker than the sample online. When calling the company will just repeat the same sentences over and over. So, I paid $7.95 to have it shipped to my house and to return it another $7.95. If I want to exchange it they will charge me another $7.95 to ship the next one. That's already almost half the price of the ponytail. Never again. I was told, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, that none were available as they had all left for the day. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed.

The wig they sent me was lovely, but the large size was still much too small. Also, I sent a follow up question by email asking if they had any extra large wigs and I was ignored. Bad sizing and bad customer service. Buyer beware. (Note also that they sent me an email with a form asking for a review for their website and I tried to send this exact review. It came back as undeliverable. I wonder if this is the reason why their website only has excellent reviews.)

They do not honor their products. They shipped accessories but not the wig - would not take a return on unopened merchandise just received. Bad business model. Spend your money where you are appreciated.

I ordered a wig from them on October 21 and was not satisfied with the color. I returned the wig the next morning with an accompanied email explaining that I was not happy with the color. The wig was received by them on October 24 and I waited for my refund in 3 to 4 business days. They issued a credit a week after my inquiry, I requested it to be returned to my credit card, and then I got radio silence. It is now November 11 and not only did I not receive my refund, they're ignoring my dispute through PayPal, said my bank refused the credit, lied and said Pay Pal never sent the paperwork, and after I escalated my dispute, they responded to Pay Pal and offered to give me a reduced amount, within the hour! Seriously?
I called several times and have an excess of 10 emails in this time period asking about my refund and what the delay was and I had been given so many lies about where it was blaming Pay Pal blaming my bank blaming everybody but them steer clear from these people it is a sham.

I would not recommend Wigs.com

Don't get fooled you can send the wig back exactly the way you received I put it back in the box exactly the way I received it and they told me the hang tag was missing. There was no hang tag so 411.00 in the trash. I ordered two other wigs online from other companies, I am now sending them back not even trying them on This is to much money to loose. I would rather go to a salon and pay more then get robbed by these people.

Horrible seller, no customer service, no returns even on unopened merchandise. I think their business is located in the Ufools district of Long Wrong! I gave my purchase to grandkids to play costume dress-up with... that tell you what the quality is! Don't buy from Wig.com

I placed an order for a wig and the color of the wig was not as stated. I returned in 2 days. Paid 29.99 for wig, only refunded $17.00. Called customer service Lady didn't know what she was talking about, I told her I paid $29 -$17 return
Where is the rest of my money, She said restock fee, I said restock fee is 20% and your product is not the right color you, requested me to ship it back. She said Mrs. We refunded you $17. Bad business, won't purchase from wigs.com. You don't know how to satisfy your customers.

I ordered one (1) wig from them and they charged my debit card twice. The only reason I found out was because I checked my bank account. I have had this problem before with their sister site Paula Young. These are scam sites and I won't be ordering from them anymore. I am going to give them a few days to refund the money they stole from me, and then I will have to file a claim with my bank. BUYER BEWARE OF WIG.COM AND PAULA YOUNG.

Worst company ever what they advertise they do not deliver. WASTE Of Money. No return policy. They advertise lace front, when the wig arrived it had NO lace front. Bad business policy. Don't shop here. Stay away from this company you will be disappointed.

After trying on the wig I purchased I decided it just wasn't right for me. I put on the protective cap before trying the wig on and was careful to not mess up the hair. I packaged it right back in the same bag with all that was in the box. To my shock I received an email saying I was not going to be reimbursed for the wig. I called customer service and was told the delicate lace lining of the wig was a little torn and stretched! I asked for the wig back and will try to sell it but I am now out $455.00!

Ordered the Hope wig by Gabor. Very pretty and I liked it but the right side stuck out away from my head. And it wouldn't lay down. I contacted customer service and was told they don't make exchanges but I could return for full refund. I sent it back. Two days later I get email that return is denied. The reason was that I had cut the wig. Which of course I didn't. Anyway they included 2 pictures as proof. The wig in the pictures wasn't even the one I returned. It was a totally different style and color. After many emails they refuse to believe me and insist that "THEY DO NOT MAKE MISTAKES". So I'm out $100 and they will resell my wig! SO ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I received my order in a torn old box that looked like it had been used and reused. Took out the wig could not try on because it was tiny. The style was not the style depicted online. Got on phone & informed customer service I was sending back for those reasons. Had to pay a return postage. After a week I was told I CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE ALTHOUGH WIG WAS NOT WORN,ALL TAGS BAND & HAIRNET ATTACHED, THE PERSON WHO RECEIVED IT SAID A PIECE OF CARDBOARD WAS MISSING? THEN TOLD NO MONEY BACK AND WIG IS GIVEN TO NEEDY PERSON. They need to be investigated.

Ordered a wig online, but first spoke with a customer service representative who guaranteed it would arrive 5-7 days. I received order confirmation and that it would be 5-7 days and they would send confirmation email when shipped. After 8 days still no confirmation email so I called and was told it would be 21 days because it was being shipped from a third party. The customer service rep was very unprofessional. I then requested to speak with Supervisor who was no better and I cancelled my order. When your hair store tells you they are no longer dealing with a wig Company, believe it is for a very good reason. I thought I would try to go directly through them because I really liked the wig, but at the end of the day people will show you who they really are.

Don't believe their add of easy returns. I dislike the 2 wigs I bought spent $300 and they won't let me return for a refund. They want me to keep them and order more wigs. They offered 20% refund. Stay away from this company.
