Blake gave me exceptional service and it was pleasant for a change to deal with an actual person rather than just booking online. All of the questions I had were answered and Blake even went above and beyond by helping me book some hotels for my trip.

Had simple and minor itinerary changes that the agent' messed up not once but twice and in the process lost fares that I also had tagged on a separate service but regrettably left on the table after deciding to work with these guys! But then this agent' proceeded to blame me for 'making changes' to my itinerary to cause him to loose' the discount fare despite the fact that in the process of making his incorrect changes he had still retained the original discount fares! It was only after yet again pointing out that he made another booking error (with the discount fare intact) that he went back to correct it and of course found third time round that he had at that point lost my discount price. He then had a significantly higher rate quoted and at this point I stepped away.

To blame a customer for his own mistakes is seriously amateurish - this was working with the assistant sales manager no less - use at your own risk - I'll never go near them again.

I am a multi-million mile flier with two major airlines and have over 30 years of business class travel experience - rarely if ever use such services but again extremely unimpressed with this company. Lousy experience, be warned!

Come on, guys... 5 stars? I don't think so. Check out the profiles of all the "people" who reviewed the wholesale-flights.com site. They ALL have only made one review (for this one site) AND they ALL became members in June 2013. Plus, if you really read the reviews, they ALL mention someone's name at the company that they loved. "Kevin did great... Mark was awesome..." Yeah... okay. When's the last time you saw pages and pages of practically identical reviews? Only when they are fake... that's when.

Michael saved me a bit more compared to the other places I've looked for my ticket to London. He was a good listener and was patient throughout the process even though it took a little bit longer due to me comparing prices with others.

As it is my first time buying from this company, I was a bit skeptical. I was surprised by seeing all the great prices on their website and getting a very close price to those with an agent over the phone. The agent was very pleasant to speak with, very on point to the task at hand. I booked my flight and felt the need to check my flights with the airline directly. I was relieved to find out that my flights were in fact confirmed and ticketed. Ill be glad to use them again with no doubts next time.

I can't say enough about how well my flight needs were taken care of by wholesale flights and especially in part by Jason. He explained everything to me clearly and left no questions to be asked. On top of all things, he gave me a deal of a lifetime for a business class ticket combined with a great flight itinerary. I've already passed is name along to others so they can get the same treatment and service that I've received. Thank you Jason and wholesale flights.

Carina has been hands down the best travel agent I've worked with in a very long time. She does the work that needs to be done and finishes it all in a timely manner. She's easy to reach as well even on weekends. I will continue booking with her and passing her name along to others.

Dennis has assisted our organization's travel for the past 3 years. There have been countless times where he's stayed passed his hours at the office just because we needed to get a flight done right away. His commitment to the client is unsurpassed. He keeps track of all our preferences and keeps all our info on file. Never have I had a problem with any of my bookings with him. He's got clients for life because of these features.

It's always a pleasure to do business with Wholesale Flights. Most of my bookings go through Mike and so far, he's been the best travel agent I've ever had. He keeps track of all my info, needs and restrictions so there's really nothing left for me to do at the end of the day but to pick which flight I like. Changing or cancelling my tickets have also never been easier. I like their services very much and will continue to do business with them.

The folks at wholesale flights made it easy for me to do my planning. I called in and spoke with Mike. First off, he was very helpful and answered every question I had. It didn't take him long to find me a flight that suited my needs and fit right within my budget. Thanks to his help, I'm all set and ready to fly.

I wanted to thank Jason for helping me book my ticket. As a first time flyer in business class, I had no Idea how high these prices were going to be. Luckily, Jason had the knowledge and kindness to point me to the right direction. He gave me a one stop flight which is great and also from what i believe and have seen, a very fair price for my trip.
